04/02/2026: We ate at this brasserie after the Calo concert and we were disappointed; the fries were awful, in 40 years of cooking I've never seen anything like it!

18/04/2026: A pleasant but very expensive restaurant; even Vietnamese restaurants in Paris are cheaper. Very poor value for money. The bobun at €19 is overpriced for a three-quarter portion of a bowl of vermicelli noodles that is tasteless. Small portions, yet the bill is exorbitant. Two chicken skewers with a bowl of plain rice for €17 says it all. A restaurant to avoid.

19/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! We received a warm welcome. The service was impeccable, accompanied by delicious and high-quality dishes. We tried the chicken noodle soup with wonton relish and the pho. The meal ended with a charming little story about the restaurant!

14/04/2026: A late meal after a work meeting, when all the restaurants were closed. Convenient, and the table service was excellent 😊

12/04/2026: For the past four years, I haven't noticed any omissions in my orders, any hygiene issues, and the staff is generally always pleasant. That's rare enough to be worth mentioning!

20/12/2025: Saint Marcelline cheese not aged, what a shame. St. Véran cheese not fresh, what a shame. Oysters are okay, bread and butter are extra...🙄 The waiters are nice though.

28/03/2026: We arrived the first time; there were four of us, and a table for three was available. No alternative arrangements could be made. We returned 30 minutes later. Two tables for two were available, but still no alternative arrangements could be made, and to top it off, one of the employees remarked, "You're not going to teach me how to do my job," always a pleasant surprise. We went to eat elsewhere. Bellota: good products, bad staff. What a shame.

15/02/2026: We returned two years later and what a disappointment! The service was terrible; the waiter didn't know what dish he was bringing and got the order wrong. He was smiling, sure, but not very professional. The hamburger was frankly awful, avoid it. As for the mussels marinière, one wasn't very fresh...we won't be back.

20/04/2026: One of the worst fast food places in Lyon, service is slower than average, and there's always something missing...

19/04/2026: Be aware that even if it says "open until 6am," it's just the drive-thru. The dining room closes at 11pm. It's very unpleasant to discover this after a 15-minute walk with luggage.

07/03/2026: On several occasions, the pints served seemed significantly smaller than expected. A pint is normally 50 cl, and it would be appreciated if the proportions were accurate. When you pay for a pint, you simply expect to receive the advertised quantity. Furthermore, the service could be more friendly and attentive to customers. These are essential elements for a truly enjoyable experience. This comment is not meant to be aggressive, but rather clear and constructive, in the hope that these aspects will be improved.

23/06/2025: I grabbed a croissant when I didn't need one so I could sit down for 30 minutes at a table to work while I had an appointment at another store. The waitress came to me as soon as I got my laptop out, to kick me out because I hadn't paid at the cash register "on the premises." I couldn't get a refund for the croissant, or ask to pay the difference between the cash register and the takeaway. So I left as if I'd been accused of being a thief. No humane gesture from the waitress, no "solution" from the salesperson. He hadn't told me there were two options; that's a mistake that happens, no problem. But on the other hand, when you work in a service industry and forget to serve people who are honest and willing to pay, that's a problem. 1/5, I will never go to any Paul's again in France or abroad. Too bad I travel a lot, so sandwiches at the station were fine.

I do not wish to be judged on my appearance when I simply bought a product from you. If you are not capable, madam, of thinking before you speak, there is no need to open your mouth for nothing. 21/03/2026: The place is welcoming and the service is very pleasant, but the coffee comes from an automatic machine (the kind you find in a corporate office) rather than a professional espresso machine. For an establishment with the word 'Coffee' in its name, I expected much better quality. The difference in taste is striking, especially since the price is the same as for a high-quality barista coffee just around the corner. It's quite disappointing.

09/03/2026: The size of the sandwiches gets smaller every year. I even thought the waitress had forgotten half the sandwich, it was so ridiculous when I opened the packaging. At €9, it's practically a rip-off… Personally, I won't be going back.

22/04/2026: The place is alright, but I'm a little disappointed. - The kiosks are glitchy. - The burgers are poorly made (all stuck together). And paying is quite difficult in the small space downstairs. However, eating in was great! 👌🏼

10/04/2026: I had an excellent meal at this McDonald's, a big thank you to the staff who were lovely and very patient. I've definitely had the best cheeseburger since I started eating at McDonald's, even though I modified it and it only had the patty and cheese inside. But that didn't stop it from being absolutely delicious and very well made! I highly recommend it!
