08/12/2025: Tonight they refused to serve tea. If you don't order anything, the toilet is inaccessible. I've never seen anything like it! Shame on this shopkeeper. Hot chocolate was €3.80, not a drop of milk! There were two of us! I was barely allowed to sit down. I come from Franche-Comté; I'll remember the hospitality of Lyon.

16/11/2025: The service and welcome are always perfect!! We happily savor the moments spent in this establishment and the conversations with Olivier!!

16/02/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place. Besides having an unpleasant waiter who has absolutely no manners (no hello, no thank you), the café is filthy, there were ants on the tables, the ashtrays were full when we arrived, and the toilets were dirty. When we asked for our table to be cleaned, the waiter didn't even apologize for the state of the table and didn't change the ashtrays. The waiter was also on his phone the entire time, with his hood up and his hair down; I even found a phone in my hot chocolate!

16/02/2026: Avoid at all costs. Unpleasant staff: barely a hello, no thank you at the checkout. The waiter stays on his phone behind the counter and seems reluctant to put it down to answer customer requests. The tables and restrooms are dirty, and when you ask for the tables to be cleaned, no apology is offered for the inconvenience.

08/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! Empty tacos with no meat and unfriendly service.

23/02/2026: Best maxi kebab in Lyon! Absolutely a must-try!! Friendly atmosphere! Family-run and lively!! Very good takeaway!! Very professional phone ordering!

31/01/2026: We chose the brasserie area because I knew the place and was happy to go back. I felt uncomfortable, the staff was unpleasant and the welcome nonexistent, avoid it at all costs!!!! No atmosphere and a lack of respect

04/02/2026: A little gem in Lyon, away from the hustle and bustle of Old Lyon, but starting to become a victim of its own success 🙂. It's still one of the best places in the area to relax in nature 🙂

17/01/2026: I was greeted with big smiles and attentive service during my visit with my grandchildren. Café Gadagne is a magnificent setting that would make Parisians envious! The brunch was excellent and made even better by the impeccable service and thoughtful touches from the staff, who were always smiling and attentive. I even insisted a bit by asking if they had almond milk… and what a lovely surprise: they did! It's this kind of detail that truly makes all the difference. A very pleasant experience for both adults and children. We will definitely be back with great pleasure.

03/04/2025: The burgers are very good, it's original. It's super nice to have a One Piece themed restaurant closer to the station! Just missing perhaps a little music to add to the atmosphere. But otherwise it's really cool, good and the price is very affordable!

16/02/2025: 🏠 Atmosphere: very beautiful decoration in the One Piece theme, it's very original. The server is super friendly and very conversational, very smiling. Small downside for the door which is drafty but I imagine we chose the wrong place. Another downside because we waited over 45 minutes before being served. There were 2 of us and a table of 4 girls who arrived after us was served before us. But we were offered coffee so it was a nice commercial gesture (I think it would have been nice to tell us in advance "sorry for the wait, your burgers will be ready soon" for example, it's always nice :).) 🍔 Food: I salute the originality of the One Piece hat-shaped burger. On the other hand, I suggest a few points for improvement: I find the edges a little dry, they would be better browned & the BBQ burger could be a little less loaded with sauce.

29/10/2025: We arrived at 7pm, it said they were open on Google but they were closed and of course there was no sign on the door!!

17/06/2025: Pleasantly surprised by this Japanese restaurant!! Don't hesitate to go if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed! 🙏🏻 The interior is tastefully decorated (which isn't always the case with Japanese restaurants), the service is great, and the food is INCREDIBLE!!! Without a doubt, it's the best sushi/maki/sashimi we've ever had! The fish is very fresh and the portions are generous (look at the photo!) 🥰 It's such a shame that the soup, salad, and rice are extra!

10/06/2025: The food is good, but the service is truly awful, especially for takeout orders. You get the feeling you're bothering them, and there's absolutely no politeness. If you ask for a second sauce, they look you up and down and then say, "We already have some." It doesn't make you want to come back, as the behavior is the same every time.
