28/09/2024: Very bad experience. The cashier Very unpleasant, my pregnant wife did not want to make her a priority, having to wait for the whole girl, my wife is pregnant at 8 months, can you imagine!!! What a scandal and the more it's expensive, 3 crosses and 2 coffees 10 euros to flee 👎
28/09/2024: Is there a problem with your bueno “muffinoiseries” which have nothing to do with the photo on your site? I'm not even talking about the queue which makes no sense. You have been waiting for 10 minutes to be served only for an employee to pass a person who has just arrived in front of you.

22/08/2024: Very good chicken merguez couscous. The meats were well cooked. The taste was good. The sauce/vegetables served on the side were good too. The quantity was very sufficient too.

31/08/2024: Very good bakery, delicious bread... Pastry too. The restaurant part is not bad. For the prices we are still in the high range!
I update my opinion in 2024: the prices are more and more expensive... The quality still present on certain products less on others, but on the other hand the opening hours change all the time, the opening hours displayed are not respected....it's discouraging.
20/07/2024: The price of bread took a real hit at the beginning of July: €7.50 per kilo for bread in Levant and today €8.90 for the same bread at the price it's brioche.
Too bad I'll look for another bakery

24/08/2024: Durante la visita della città di Lione, ci siamo fermati per pranzo in questo locale, molto carino, in tipico stile Francese. Abbiamo ordinato delle torte salate e dolci, un panino con salame rosetta ed una bretzel. Tutto buono. Prezzi adeguati. Personale gentile.
31/07/2024: On this heatwave day, it’s even hotter inside than outside!! This is unacceptable for customers, but especially for staff. I even think that they do not have the right to work in such conditions. In any case, they are always so friendly!
I took a bottle of water, it's hot. For the price we pay, it's really not satisfactory at all! I hope I don't get sick from the Bought Today sandwiches!!

27/08/2024: Honestly, it was my first and probably last visit to this restaurant. the dishes were not up to par: bland, without any particular flavor. For what I was served, the prices were really too high.
In addition, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order even though the restaurant was empty. And to top it off, the person at reception was not friendly at all. Honestly, this restaurant doesn't even deserve a star!!!!
22/08/2024: I miss the old staff. The person at the counter is being cheap for water.
Don't come here if it's to eat, you'll be thirsty.

08/12/2024: Drive order at 7 p.m., there were a few cars in front of me. I thought I would wait a bit, which is normal. In the end, once the order was paid, it was given to me within 30 seconds. I'm checking it out because it's really fast. The fries are cold and the drinks have no bubbles because the ice cubes have melted.
This McDonald's prepares all its products mega in advance. Considering the price it’s absurd…
Anticipate too much = cold product = unhappy customer!!

03/10/2024: Theft! 15 euros for a tasteless Cesear salad with bottled sauce poured over industrial chicken. Cold lasagna. The establishment is dirty. In short… move on.
02/10/2024: Nice place and fast service, too bad my burger for €18 only contained a slice of cheese and two cherry tomatoes with meat that was not cooked through (cold inside, meat literally raw) after all, I was not asked to cook it steak but I wasn't expecting a tartare, in short 3 leaves of salad with 2 drops of olive oil, I had to ask for more sauce and the homemade lasagna which had neither sauce nor béchamel was meh, I tasted it tasted like a canteen dish but hey had to guess when our dishes arrived 3 minutes after ordering. Disastrous value for money, I was disgusted to pay so much for it
Otherwise the waitress who served us was nice but forgot to bring the bill

20/09/2024: Lack of staff was the answer...but I asked several times who was missing an ICE tea green/green on my order..and I ordered without ice cubes, the girl gave me ICE tea peach without ice cubes, after I asked...she gave me ICE green with ice cubes and I can't have a cold in my throat..you have to respect my request.I have a throat problem..but the lady next to the other civil servant...that's enough ma'am you don't see that we are lacking in effectiveness...conclusion lousy service, lack of respect towards people.

03/10/2024: Je commande une pizza large 33cm, je vérifie la pizza a la réception sur place et dis au serveur qu'elle semble bien petite pour une large
Il me répond que les tailles sont celles des grilles et qu'il ne peut pas y avoir d'erreur....
Je mesure la pizza une fois rentré chez moi, résultats pizza de 30cm au lieu de 33cm, publicité mensongère et personnel incompétent pour des économies de bout de ficelles....

23/10/2023: Still don't understand why the boss just insulted us because we dared to bring 2 tables together on the terrace because there were 6 of us to hang lapero and therefore impossible to sit around a single table! If you don't want clients, change jobs!
23/10/2023: I thank this kind person who refused to serve us because we were runners on the Run in Lyon. We asked him for two coffees and he kindly said “no I don’t serve runners because you’re going to go to the toilet”. Such discrimination (because yes it is discrimination) is scandalous and shocking. Excluding people just because they run and go to the bathroom... where will people's stupidity stop.
That we come just for the WC I understand but we asked for two coffees…. Fortunately, not everyone in Lyon is like that and one of his colleagues welcomed us with open arms.
