09/11/2024: I think this restaurant took the melon because of its location and perhaps its Gault et Millau mention dating from 2016. I was so excited to discover this restaurant that I had already spotted! What a disappointment. An overly comfortable waitress, who has a very arrogant tone, mentions that we can’t eat outside because it’s “humid”? When the side-by-side stopper has his terrace filled and I tell her that, she replies “well, they do what they want”. It makes you want to stay! As soon as we arrived in the restaurant, the chef was angry because we hadn't greeted him. But who do they think they are? We have the impression that they are paying us to go through their door, the room is empty and cold, like the staff. It was uncomfortable and not at all representative of this country that I love so much. What a disappointment! We preferred to only drink one drink to at least compensate them for deigning to open the door for us.

11/11/2024: Neighborhood sushi restaurant that does the job well! Better to take away than to eat on site. The staff is friendly, the size of the sushi is correct and the products are fresh.

22/08/2024: Blah blah. It seems that the products are not fresh: strange taste and strange smell (yakitori, soba fish bowl).... I threw away half of what I took even though their products are already very expensive. The quality is not there. I'm disappointed, I spent my money thinking I was having fun.... In addition, they do not take restaurant tickets.

15/04/2024: Un endroit calme et cosy pour profiter d'un moment en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Le repas était très bon, j'y retournerai sans hésiter pour déguster un autre plat de la carte, qui change en plus à chaque saison. Très bon rapport qualité/prix au niveau du menu.

29/07/2024: C'est toujours un plaisir de prendre un verre après avoir flâné sur la presqu'ile de Lyon ou encore de déjeuner en terrasse. Bien situé: au calme bien qu'à quelques mètres de la rue de la Ré. L'accueil est top: sympathique et souriant. Les plats du jour simples mais généreux. L'omelette (un classique) est délicieuse également. Merci!

03/07/2024: Plus de plat du jour, alors je me suis laissée tenter par le burger du comptoir à 19€ et j’ai bien fait. Un vrai burger maison et haché de bœuf de qualité accompagné de frites maison. Je me suis régalée même si je n’ai pu terminer les délicieuses frites car trop copieux pour moi. Le plat du jour avait l’air pas mal aussi. A refaire

05/09/2024: One of our favorites in Lyon! With an adorable team, Molière is an institution in this neighborhood. We find the true “Bistro” spirit there which feels good!

30/08/2024: Cherchant un coin de paradis sur les coups des 13 heures, nous voilà engouffrées dans les rues du 6ème. Après avoir arpenté quelques rue sans succès, nous nous retrouvons face au Molière, dont les terrasses pleines et les nombreuses recommendations du petit futé nous séduisent. Lorsque la carte nous parvient, première déception : des plats très classiques (burger, fish & chips, ravioles…). Sans perdre un instant, nous commandons. Quelques dizaines de minutes plus tard, les plats arrivent. Pour faire bref : un burger simple, sans grande saveur, mais au prix épicé. Des « ravioles aux légumes » sans legumes donc sèches, tout autant que la serveuse, qui, peu flexible, nous impose un supplément lorsque nous demandons une variation dans le parfum de glace. Pompon sur la Garonne, on nous propose une fraise tagada pour accompagner notre café. Le Molière, quelle tartufferie !
