29/06/2026: Disappointed...very disappointed by the lack of organization and customer service.
I ordered a brookie on Saturday for Monday morning at 7:00 AM, making sure to ask if that was possible. I was assured it was.
This morning, when I arrived before work to pick up my order (thinking I'd save time), the product wasn't ready and clearly impossible to prepare for that time. If I had been told on Saturday that it wasn't feasible, I would have completely understood and made other arrangements.
The salesperson was visibly embarrassed and went to see their manager. Not only did the manager not come to apologize, but they simply told the salesperson to issue a refund remotely.
The result: a wasted time on a Monday morning before work and a very unprofessional attitude from the manager. The customer service clearly needs improvement.
20/06/2026: A disastrous customer experience
I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this bakery. I came to order some meals, but the saleswoman was unable to give me the prices. She made no effort to ask, showed no desire to sell, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism towards the customer.
To top it all off, I ordered a salad and found myself without cutlery when it came time to eat. That's basic takeaway service!
Such a deplorable welcome and such a lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

30/05/2026: So disappointed I even wanted to try this restaurant! The young woman I spoke to was very hesitant. I think it was the chef who came to see me, but I wasn't convinced. I was the only customer, and I understood why when I saw the quality of the meal and the bill: for €20, a quarter of a melon fighting over three small slices of cured ham (and nothing else), some reheated fries, and a piece of chicken that was also reheated (probably steamed since the skin wasn't grilled), and for dessert, a vacherin. You can find much better at a roadside diner for less. On top of that, you have to add a glass of sparkling water and a little mint syrup for €3.50 and a small coffee for €1.50. So sorry! And definitely not an experience I'll be repeating!

We ordered from you yesterday via Uber Eats and we are very disappointed. The kebabs were unfortunately inedible, even though they were supposed to be classic kebabs. The meat had a very strange seafood taste, and we had stomach cramps right after eating.
It had been a long time since we last ordered from you, as your kebabs used to be good, but unfortunately yesterday's was really bad.

05/06/2026: We stopped to eat our pre-ordered sandwiches, but my husband wanted a pastry, so we headed to the bakery... The cashier was serving the pastries while chewing them. I already find it unpleasant to see someone snacking behind the counter, and upon closer inspection, this person was putting her finger in a sandwich and bringing it to her mouth, and not just once. It's disgusting, and I advise against ordering sandwiches and eating at restaurants. If she can do that, what are they doing in the kitchen????

02/07/2026: This is a very difficult place to rate.
First, we have to separate the hotel from the bar/restaurant:
The bar/restaurant gets 5/5 – the welcome, service, food, and decor are all excellent. It's a pleasant place with quick and attentive service.
The hotel is another story altogether, 1/5.
The smells, the cleanliness, the outdated look...
On the other hand, we encountered an incredible manager: kind, understanding, always looking for solutions, and taking our comments into account without judgment. She manages everything and is very dedicated; she's a gem. I didn't think I'd return to the hotel, but I'm hopeful that things will improve, and perhaps I will. In any case, this person was a wonderful person to meet; she cooks beautifully and takes excellent care of you.

23/01/2026: I love coming here, the food is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and the cuisine is delicious.
17/01/2026: A very bad experience at this so-called "restaurant" which only offers "kebabs," paninis, and a few burgers, even though the meat is clearly frozen in bags for the kebabs and the cheapest frozen ground beef for the burgers. A single kebab is more expensive than a full meal at a real kebab shop, which is hard to understand given the poor quality.
The paninis are also very disappointing: barely half a slice of ham inside.
The service is also lacking. The owner is only pleasant to regular customers, much less so to others, and even goes so far as to talk about them, which is frankly inappropriate.
Very poor value for money. I do not recommend it.

02/05/2026: My family and I ate lunch here today. The location is pleasant, right by the lake, and the interior is clean.
We asked the waitress about the patties in the double burger. She told me they were round, thick, butcher-style, so I ordered the burger cooked medium, my son ordered the chicken tenders, and my wife ordered the ham patty.
Our food arrived, and the patty was simply folded in half. The burger was a frozen bun with two rectangular patties, cooked to a gray wilt like you'd get at the supermarket… with cheddar cheese, a slice of tomato, and a small piece of lettuce that wasn't worth €22.
I do not recommend this restaurant.
02/05/2026: Keep walking. It's a disgrace. Even if you can't expect haute cuisine, there's a minimum level of respect due when you charge these prices. I didn't think such a place still existed.

The cashier handling the money, the machine, the till, and serving customers by hand without gloves, tongs, or even washing her hands – I find that really unacceptable, especially since it wasn't crowded. What a shame! And let's not even mention the watery hot chocolate that didn't taste like what you'd pay for it.

They don't wear gloves in this bakery; the hygiene needs improvement!

11/04/2026: A hotel lacking in warmth, with a very cold owner. The hotel could use a refresh. The ladies at breakfast were friendly and the breakfast itself was good, but still, €12... Extremely noisy, even though the room overlooked an interior courtyard.
08/04/2026: I will only speak about the dining area here.
The food wasn't bad, even if it was quite simple, but what bothered me was finding a piece of steel wool in my plate. I pointed it out to the waitstaff and received no compensation.

11/07/2026: We arrived around 4:30 PM for afternoon tea. There was a bit of a wait, but the service (two waitresses) was unbelievably slow! (45 minutes for about 8-10 people ahead of us.) Many customers had to leave. We left too because we had a problem with our card reader.
10/07/2026: We always appreciate your food 😋😋😋, your hospitality 😁😁😁, and the cleanliness 👍👍👍.
I recommend it.
