22/04/2026: Not a McDonald's fan to begin with, but so disappointed by Burger King that I've been going back to this McDonald's for a while now; the service is pretty good and the burgers are generally tasty.

13/03/2025: A beautiful building, offering a glimpse of a great experience. But disappointment upon arrival. It’s 9:32 p.m. when we show up at the restaurant. But the last order is taken at 9:30 p.m., so we were refused. This is not the best welcome! The room is not very big, but the bedding is comfortable. In the bathroom there is only one set of towels for 2... The remote control does not work properly. Decent breakfast, nothing more. I've had much better for this price! Not up to 4 star standards!

20/02/2025: Aside from the beautiful exterior, the rest was nothing but disappointment. I circled the streets four times to find a parking space. A man had been drinking during the night, and the night shift attendant asked me if I heard voices. It was annoying and humiliating. For what? For a 15 euro discount because I insisted on a gesture, otherwise I wouldn't have received it. I was offered breakfast!!!!! An hour and a half of this drunken man, a wild night. The night shift attendant almost made me look crazy. My car was parked way far away, even though the area isn't particularly amazing. For 15 bucks? So thanks for the possible upgrade, but like I said this morning, I'll never come back, and you deserve the Google review. By the way, room 315 has electrical outlets sticking out of the wall, FYI, no water pressure in the shower and thank you to the tram that passes below the hotel for hearing it. It's clean and classy from the outside but your hotel is a nightmare

30/03/2026: No. I came because the restaurant I wanted to go to was closed. I was greeted in a place that looked cute. But when I ordered, the salad wasn't available, and it wasn't listed on the menu. So far, so good. But what happened next disgusted me. The owner talks very loudly about her personal life in the kitchen, and you can hear absolutely everything, even when there are other people there. The tables are dirty, the paintings are greasy; it doesn't make you want to put your plate down there. To top it off, the owner, in addition to talking loudly, is unpleasant and unfriendly to the customers. She leaves her dirty tissues and her pack of cigarettes on a table where customers might sit. The "monaco" she "can make" was disgusting. And as for the food, it's not what I call salmon pasta. The food is bland and unseasoned. Not to brag, but I make better food myself for less. There's an excessive number of drinks on offer, and the ones they prominently display are expired. I didn't even think to check mine. So yes, the place is okay, but no, I won't be eating here again.

09/05/2026: Hello, We ordered from you yesterday via Uber Eats and we are very disappointed. The kebabs were unfortunately inedible, even though they were supposed to be classic kebabs. The meat had a very strange seafood taste, and we had stomach cramps right after eating. It had been a long time since we last ordered from you, as your kebabs used to be good, but unfortunately yesterday's was really bad.

22/10/2025: I come with my colleague who wants to have a coffee and a scratch card game. I don't actually have anything, but I want to go to the bathroom. The boss doesn't want to because I don't use. He finally gives me the key, which I refuse on principle. He's also not friendly and doesn't smile. A strange way of looking at things from a shopkeeper...

23/01/2026: I love coming here, the food is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and the cuisine is delicious.

17/01/2026: A very bad experience at this so-called "restaurant" which only offers "kebabs," paninis, and a few burgers, even though the meat is clearly frozen in bags for the kebabs and the cheapest frozen ground beef for the burgers. A single kebab is more expensive than a full meal at a real kebab shop, which is hard to understand given the poor quality. The paninis are also very disappointing: barely half a slice of ham inside. The service is also lacking. The owner is only pleasant to regular customers, much less so to others, and even goes so far as to talk about them, which is frankly inappropriate. Very poor value for money. I do not recommend it.

13/04/2026: An almost empty tray of fries, three flat pizzas with no toppings, hard textures as if they'd been reheated from a previous batch. The crust was missing from two slices of my pizza. Shameful. You won't be seeing me again. It doesn't even deserve one star.

11/04/2026: I bought a large BBQ chicken pizza for €13.49, but in the end, there were only 7 small pieces of chicken, not even one or two pieces per slice, so I think it's pure fraud. I understand that there are high costs, but at least give people fair value. I will never come back, sorry.

11/04/2026: A hotel lacking in warmth, with a very cold owner. The hotel could use a refresh. The ladies at breakfast were friendly and the breakfast itself was good, but still, €12... Extremely noisy, even though the room overlooked an interior courtyard.

08/04/2026: I will only speak about the dining area here. The food wasn't bad, even if it was quite simple, but what bothered me was finding a piece of steel wool in my plate. I pointed it out to the waitstaff and received no compensation.

14/03/2026: Good bar, attentive waiter Victor served us perfectly, great!

12/03/2026: Victor the waiter was fantastic, helpful, and always smiling. I highly recommend him.
