23/06/2026: Not enough space. We were too cramped at the tables. And the lack of manners among the English staff leaves much to be desired... and the prices have gone up considerably, what a shame, we won't be going back.

02/07/2026: Calie and her team took care of my cocktail hour and part of my wedding dinner: the appetizers were delicious, and so was the punch! The service was efficient and quick, with smiling and lovely staff! The chef, Julien, was attentive and available, and his cuisine was delicious, using fresh, local ingredients! Thank you to the whole team for making this day fantastic and unforgettable!

12/06/2026: Unfortunately, a bad experience. Overwhelmed by reservations, the starters were very good, but the lasagna was not. No more desserts. And a tense atmosphere. A shame. I wish you all the best. Sincerely.

05/08/2026: Got a dirty knife, the food was scarce and disgusting, otherwise fine

16/08/2026: A very bad experience for me. The self-service kiosks were malfunctioning, causing me to lose 74 points on my loyalty card. The staff offered no solution. The meals were served on very dirty trays. I waited 25 minutes for three glasses of water and one Happy Meal. Two items were missing from my first order. On my second order, two items were also missing, and the fries were cold and only a third full. The staff leaves you waiting at the counter and never attends to you unless you forcefully get their attention. I've never seen a McDonald's so careless about food preparation, cleanliness, and customer service. I will never go back.

11/08/2026: As residents of Toulouse, passing through Le Mans, we had lunch at La Réserve for the first time in July, where we enjoyed some extraordinary club sandwiches. We were so warmly welcomed by the servers, and the service was so attentive and friendly, that we returned in August, during another visit to Le Mans. Once again, the service was incredibly efficient and kind, the daily special was excellent, and the wine was delicious. We are very surprised by the negative reviews.

11/08/2026: The price-quality ratio was below average. The service was poor (aperitif interrupted by the arrival of the main courses, wine requested twice, same for coffee), and the burger was very dry (although the meat and fries were of good quality). The atmosphere was hectic and stressful, which cannot be justified by the Saturday night crowd.

07/04/2026: We came for lunch after the flea market and were lucky enough to enjoy the new terrace. A real treat. The setting is pleasant and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after the morning's activities. The welcome is warm and the service attentive; you immediately feel at ease. As for the food, nothing to complain about: it's delicious, beautifully presented, and generous. A wonderful place in the area; we'll gladly return.

07/04/2026: A truly wonderful family moment at the Grand Hotel 🐣 There were six of us to enjoy the Easter menu… and it was a real success. A welcoming table, delicious dishes, and that little extra touch that makes all the difference. You can taste the work in the kitchen, the attention to detail, and above all, the desire to please. A meal that simply warms the heart. Thank you for this delightful experience; we will gladly return.

No complaints about the food—it was tasty and plentiful. A big plus for the staff, who were very welcoming and friendly. Quick service! An ideal place for a delicious lunch! 16/10/2025: Traditional, refined, and elegant cuisine. A warm welcome and fairly quick service. Pleasant setting with a view of the cathedral. Located between the old town and the city center. One of the few restaurants in Le Mans open for Sunday lunch, which is a definite plus.

11/07/2026: This is my second visit to this charming French hotel. It combines the traditions of a typical hotel on the square with the magical association with Le Mans and motor racing. The food in the dining room is wonderful and the buffet breakfast great with freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, cheese and yoghurt. I recommend this as a place to stay!

02/12/2025: A huge room with a very large bed, a beautiful bathroom (see photos), a nice TV, a fridge, and bathrobes. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway.

02/11/2025: A comfortable and truly lovely room. The wellness area is well-designed, offering a very pleasant sense of privacy. We were very happy with our two 50-minute massages. The staff intervened only at the right moments, allowing us to remain completely relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast, with a wide selection of high-quality products. We plan to return this spring.
