13/03/2025: A beautiful building, offering a glimpse of a great experience. But disappointment upon arrival. It’s 9:32 p.m. when we show up at the restaurant. But the last order is taken at 9:30 p.m., so we were refused. This is not the best welcome! The room is not very big, but the bedding is comfortable. In the bathroom there is only one set of towels for 2... The remote control does not work properly. Decent breakfast, nothing more. I've had much better for this price! Not up to 4 star standards!

20/02/2025: Aside from the beautiful exterior, the rest was nothing but disappointment. I circled the streets four times to find a parking space. A man had been drinking during the night, and the night shift attendant asked me if I heard voices. It was annoying and humiliating. For what? For a 15 euro discount because I insisted on a gesture, otherwise I wouldn't have received it. I was offered breakfast!!!!! An hour and a half of this drunken man, a wild night. The night shift attendant almost made me look crazy. My car was parked way far away, even though the area isn't particularly amazing. For 15 bucks? So thanks for the possible upgrade, but like I said this morning, I'll never come back, and you deserve the Google review. By the way, room 315 has electrical outlets sticking out of the wall, FYI, no water pressure in the shower and thank you to the tram that passes below the hotel for hearing it. It's clean and classy from the outside but your hotel is a nightmare

The boss doesn't want to because I don't use. He finally gives me the key, which I refuse on principle. He's also not friendly and doesn't smile. A strange way of looking at things from a shopkeeper...

16/01/2026: People who criticize Don Camillo's pizzas have such a narrow-minded view of pizza dough that they don't understand why some people love thin-crust pizzas. My family and I love them. Plus, the price-quality ratio is unbeatable.

17/01/2026: A very bad experience at this so-called "restaurant" which only offers "kebabs," paninis, and a few burgers, even though the meat is clearly frozen in bags for the kebabs and the cheapest frozen ground beef for the burgers. A single kebab is more expensive than a full meal at a real kebab shop, which is hard to understand given the poor quality. The paninis are also very disappointing: barely half a slice of ham inside. The service is also lacking. The owner is only pleasant to regular customers, much less so to others, and even goes so far as to talk about them, which is frankly inappropriate. Very poor value for money. I do not recommend it.

02/03/2026: A pitiful experience, a lack of hygiene, incompetence from your staff, and dry pizzas. A 50-minute wait for four measly, very dry pizzas. Furthermore, the hygiene is appalling. The manager making the pizzas was wearing gloves, touching the computer, the receipt, etc. Then, without changing his gloves, he came to make our pizzas, touching the dough with his soiled gloves, and the meat and toppings with the same ones. He even touched the wall while fetching supplies with those same gloves (I witnessed this during those 50 minutes). The employee with him was overwhelmed, practically at a loss. He left people waiting, making unnecessary trips back and forth. Afterwards, he went to help with the preparation, without washing his hands after touching his colleague, the boxes, receipts, money, the payment terminal, the cash register, and so on. It's a serious lack of hygiene. I ordered four pizzas (I was told there would be a 20-minute wait). I thought the price was low, so I asked if he'd noted all four. He checked, went to someone else, came back to me, and confirmed the order. I asked again, specifying the order, and he said it was fine. Forty minutes later, three pizzas arrived, and he told me he'd only heard those three... At first, he said I'd have to wait, which I refused because it was his mistake, not mine. He went to see the manager, who grumbled but prepared the pizza anyway. I'd been there for 50 minutes, so I asked for some kind of compensation. The manager completely ignored me. He acted like I didn't exist, and the employee ignored me as well. I find your fast-food restaurant unacceptable. The pizzas are dry, and is the sauce, which I still paid for, an optional extra? Furthermore, having only two employees for preparation, the cash register, packaging, and customer service is pathetic. Between this lack of hygiene, your staff's incompetence, and the dry pizzas, it's a real recipe for disaster.

24/02/2026: Despite the restaurant's speed and efficiency, the hotel's deplorable and disrespectful receptionist means we will never return. It's truly best avoided; his behavior is bordering on insulting!

16/02/2026: Meh, meh, meh!!! I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon. Strange feeling, the burger is both hot and cold in places. I don't understand why. The taste is odd too, even though I regularly get this burger at McDonald's. I don't recognize the flavor. I open it up and see that the bacon is raw and therefore cold. I tell the waitress, who says she'll look into it... but of course, she never comes back...
