12/06/2026: Nice shop, nice saleswoman too. Just one big problem: I ordered a vegan vegetable pizza for lunch. When I arrived, the pizza was ready. Once home, I opened the box: very few vegetables, but loads of cheese?? I'm vegan, I ordered a vegan pizza, so I don't eat cheese... That's really outrageous. So I didn't get to eat the pizza 😩. Too bad, it looked good.

19/04/2026: Check-in was supposed to be until 8 pm on weekends. At 7 pm, everything closed, forcing me to call customer service... not ideal! Whereas Booking.com stated check-in was available until 11 pm. The hotel is very noisy! As is increasingly common, guests seem to be completely isolated, with no respect for others! The bathroom is very small and not very clean (yellow mold stains and general grime). The staff were friendly. Breakfast was so-so.

09/05/2026: Are the fries a sample size? The atmosphere was unpleasant; one woman was constantly barking orders at another in front of the customers. The taste and service aren't the same as they were a few months ago.

And let's not even talk about the toilets... well, actually, let's talk about them... people don't seem to know how to use the toilet without making a mess. It seems to me they're supposed to be checked and cleaned regularly, but what's most shocking is the dust everywhere, even though the toilets are cleaned every day.

22/08/2026: It's getting worse and worse. A piece of ice cream costs €4.20. And then you realize you're bothering them, and the service for one ice cream and a Coke... an 11-minute wait when they hardly have anyone there. I love it.

28/06/2026: We had lunch as a family this Sunday. The service was quick, the portions were just right, and you could even order two different half-mussels for the price of one! The waitresses were very pleasant and smiling. We recommend it!

22/06/2026: Despite the fact that we ate well, there was a major problem... no air conditioning, just one fan for the entire dining room during a heatwave, resulting in sweaty mussels. Eating became an ordeal where all we wanted was to leave quickly. A big thank you to the kitchen lady who gave us a spray bottle. We also ordered a children's menu for €8.90 for a 2-year-old because there were no other options, and we didn't even get the goody bag. We'll definitely come back, but this winter... if they have heating.

First of all, if you come here to relax and enjoy yourself... forget about the owners' children who cause a circus on the servers' trays, pushing customers to get their food, shouting, and showing no respect or rules. Then, you look at the flies under the cloches, and up close you can even see their droppings...😱😱😱 So you lift the fish cloches... and there, a smell... enough to make you swoon... you smell it and oh my god... the frozen shrimp are no longer fit for eating...😱😱😱😱😱 You call the waiter, who calls the cook, and then three or four people arrive to smell and immediately remove the tray... So, at the price we pay, on the eve of the busy holiday weekend, we would expect a minimum of hygiene, respect for the cold chain, and above all, respect for the customer. Inform yourself without making a fuss... and don't take it lightly or get a smirk from the waiter... Now, if you're okay with risking food poisoning, diarrhea, or worse... keep going to the Chinese restaurant at E. Leclerc... WOK TCHEN

28/07/2026: Order placed Sunday evening (July 26th), the offer included 3 pizzas, 2 sides, and a drink. The pizzas were good, but the same cannot be said for the "Chikenito's." They were undercooked, the breading had a strange taste, and the chicken had an odd texture… in short, don't order these snacks if you want something good!
