02/07/2026: This is a very difficult place to rate.
First, we have to separate the hotel from the bar/restaurant:
The bar/restaurant gets 5/5 – the welcome, service, food, and decor are all excellent. It's a pleasant place with quick and attentive service.
The hotel is another story altogether, 1/5.
The smells, the cleanliness, the outdated look...
On the other hand, we encountered an incredible manager: kind, understanding, always looking for solutions, and taking our comments into account without judgment. She manages everything and is very dedicated; she's a gem. I didn't think I'd return to the hotel, but I'm hopeful that things will improve, and perhaps I will. In any case, this person was a wonderful person to meet; she cooks beautifully and takes excellent care of you.

The bins are overflowing.
No background music.
Really, really bad...

19/07/2026: Order placed this evening via Uber Eats. First, we waited ages, and second, one ice cream was missing, even though the delivery driver pointed it out. So we had to deal with Uber Eats customer service.
Their stock management...
14/05/2026: A disaster! A delivery scheduled for 7:30 PM, right on time, but the wrong order. The first call back was pleasant; I was told my order would be changed and delivered within 20 minutes. Two hours later, still no delivery! Outrageous! Do not, under any circumstances, order from this Domino's Pizza.

02/09/2026: 20 minutes at the drive-thru to walk 15 meters for a fast food restaurant. It's a joke.
01/09/2026: McDonald's has been poorly maintained for years, constantly making mistakes. The toilets, admittedly due to the customers, were filthy.
And to top it all off, the overflowing trash cans inside were full.
They were overflowing.
Foreign tourists took pictures of the mess.

23/01/2026: I love coming here, the food is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and the cuisine is delicious.
17/01/2026: A very bad experience at this so-called "restaurant" which only offers "kebabs," paninis, and a few burgers, even though the meat is clearly frozen in bags for the kebabs and the cheapest frozen ground beef for the burgers. A single kebab is more expensive than a full meal at a real kebab shop, which is hard to understand given the poor quality.
The paninis are also very disappointing: barely half a slice of ham inside.
The service is also lacking. The owner is only pleasant to regular customers, much less so to others, and even goes so far as to talk about them, which is frankly inappropriate.
Very poor value for money. I do not recommend it.

16/08/2026: It's a disgrace to treat customers like this. I waited in line for a good 15 minutes at the register, and the cashier decided to close her till, turned her back, and left (lol). She didn't even tell us where to go to pay... basically, figure it out yourself. So I went to another register and waited in line for another 20 minutes. And don't even get me started on how filthy the gas station was. The bins were overflowing, the toilets were disgusting, and the staff were unfriendly and completely clueless. I won't be going back.

The steaks are good, but it's a shame they're frozen before cooking, which means they're never cooked properly.

10/08/2026: So, to begin with, I was an international truck driver for 20 years back in the good old days when restaurants were everywhere. Back when you had a bit of money. Then I changed careers and I earn a good living, I still travel quite a bit. With all due modesty, I have a fair bit of experience. But wow! I'm blown away! I've never seen anything like it. The worst "restaurant" I've ever been to in my life. I won't go into details, but just stay away from this place.
03/08/2026: Don't even bother going there! It's unbelievable to serve such a dish. The frozen fries were served pale and inedible because they were oversalted. The filet mignon was practically raw, without sauce, and not at all fresh. The piece of chicken was boiled, tasteless, and had a suspicious flavor. The waitress was nice but slow! I don't understand where the average rating of 4/5 comes from.

24/06/2026: I ordered on June 24, 2026, at the end of service, and I threw everything away (disgusting). It should be illegal to sell this stuff, and the fries were soggy!!! Don't order!

11/04/2026: A hotel lacking in warmth, with a very cold owner. The hotel could use a refresh. The ladies at breakfast were friendly and the breakfast itself was good, but still, €12... Extremely noisy, even though the room overlooked an interior courtyard.
08/04/2026: I will only speak about the dining area here.
The food wasn't bad, even if it was quite simple, but what bothered me was finding a piece of steel wool in my plate. I pointed it out to the waitstaff and received no compensation.

12/08/2026: Avoid at all costs. Forced welcome and incomprehensible concept. The staff is nonchalant and refuses to explain the difference between the set lunch menu and the weight-based options. You feel like you're bothering them.
As for the bill: the set lunch menu is €8, but the minimum order by credit card is set at €12. I asked to add noodles to reach €12, and the waitress deliberately overcharged me. To top it all off, the food was truly awful. Not good. A very unpleasant experience.
I left feeling unsatisfied, not because I had enjoyed the meal, but because I was disgusted.
12/08/2026: After what I think was a change of ownership, this caterer has changed a lot. The evening queue is gone, and for good reason: the prices have gone up, and indeed, the trays are overstuffed since you pay by weight. The spring rolls don't hold their shape; for us, that was the last time. Next time, I'll try the caterer across from the Pathé cinema.

02/07/2026: I have serious questions about hygiene! The cashier handling the money, the machine, the till, and serving customers by hand without gloves, tongs, or even washing her hands – I find that really unacceptable, especially since it wasn't crowded. What a shame! And let's not even mention the watery hot chocolate that didn't taste like what you'd pay for it.
08/06/2026: The saleswoman kept scratching herself and served customers immediately without washing her hands.
They don't wear gloves in this bakery; the hygiene needs improvement!
