10/10/2026: The nugget was completely cold. We informed an employee, but received no response. She went back to the kitchen, so we expected a replacement. After 10 minutes, nothing happened, so we went back. No replacement was possible; this is completely unprofessional.

05/10/2026: I called to let them know I couldn't order through Uber, and they told me I hadn't chosen the right restaurant or that there were no delivery drivers. Completely false! A driver just delivered the groceries. It's just your schedule that's wrong! See photo

03/10/2026: Just by looking at the state of the toilet brush and the changing table, you can tell they offer the bare minimum. Hygiene is appalling, the food is frozen, expensive, and undercooked, and the coffee is curdled. Outrageous.

02/09/2026: The food is still just as bad and expensive. The student service is haphazard but friendly.

13/10/2026: We were just passing through Le Mans, and the waiter with the blond beard made us laugh with his good humor. The place is very nice. We recommend it.

03/10/2026: This isn't the first time they haven't had what we wanted in ice cream: today at 12:30, there was no caramel, no coffee, no passion fruit, and no violet in what we ordered! I didn't pay attention to the others, but coffee and caramel are still classics... It's still incredibly hot, which isn't normal! The vegetables weren't very hot, there was no free gift from the children's menu, and at the ice cream stand, we seemed a bit demanding and annoying. Luckily, the service staff made up for the restaurant's shortcomings; kudos and thank you to them! We're not sure we'll be back, even though we've been loyal Flunch customers for over 30 years, but after a while, we get a little tired of never getting what we want...

02/07/2026: This is a very difficult place to rate. First, we have to separate the hotel from the bar/restaurant: The bar/restaurant gets 5/5 – the welcome, service, food, and decor are all excellent. It's a pleasant place with quick and attentive service. The hotel is another story altogether, 1/5. The smells, the cleanliness, the outdated look... On the other hand, we encountered an incredible manager: kind, understanding, always looking for solutions, and taking our comments into account without judgment. She manages everything and is very dedicated; she's a gem. I didn't think I'd return to the hotel, but I'm hopeful that things will improve, and perhaps I will. In any case, this person was a wonderful person to meet; she cooks beautifully and takes excellent care of you. Thank you so much.

03/06/2026: It's cheap, but the staff are wonderful

10/08/2026: So, to begin with, I was an international truck driver for 20 years back in the good old days when restaurants were everywhere. Back when you had a bit of money. Then I changed careers and I earn a good living, I still travel quite a bit. With all due modesty, I have a fair bit of experience. But wow! I'm blown away! I've never seen anything like it. The worst "restaurant" I've ever been to in my life. I won't go into details, but just stay away from this place.

03/08/2026: Don't even bother going there! It's unbelievable to serve such a dish. The frozen fries were served pale and inedible because they were oversalted. The filet mignon was practically raw, without sauce, and not at all fresh. The piece of chicken was boiled, tasteless, and had a suspicious flavor. The waitress was nice but slow! I don't understand where the average rating of 4/5 comes from.

27/08/2026: If you want to experience the absolute worst highway rest stop food, you've come to the right place! 🤮 The paninis are a rip-off: they're conveniently only a third full and, on top of that, they're disgusting. The dessert isn't any better: a slice of coconut "cake" that tastes like it's been soaked in water 🤢 The staff are friendly but incredibly inefficient, and this is the middle of the week... What must it be like on the weekend? 😱 Let's get out of here now!!

16/10/2026: This hotel needs a good renovation and a thorough cleaning, but the place has real potential. The two gentlemen who greeted me were very kind and helpful. Hence the confusion. Find competent cleaning staff and do some minor repairs. In its current state, the hotel must be consuming a huge amount of unnecessary energy (the toilet flushes at least 9 liters, and the electricity needs to be switched to LEDs...). They shouldn't be putting mattress protectors and pillows in a hotel; it's basic hospitality.

05/10/2026: Hotel abandoned, rooms still in their 1970s state. No Wi-Fi, breakfast served at 8 am.

11/04/2026: A hotel lacking in warmth, with a very cold owner. The hotel could use a refresh. The ladies at breakfast were friendly and the breakfast itself was good, but still, €12... Extremely noisy, even though the room overlooked an interior courtyard.

08/04/2026: I will only speak about the dining area here. The food wasn't bad, even if it was quite simple, but what bothered me was finding a piece of steel wool in my plate. I pointed it out to the waitstaff and received no compensation.

27/06/2026: No problem with the meal! But no air conditioning; it's just as hot outside as inside!!!

24/06/2026: I ordered on June 24, 2026, at the end of service, and I threw everything away (disgusting). It should be illegal to sell this stuff, and the fries were soggy!!! Don't order!

02/07/2026: I have serious questions about hygiene! The cashier handling the money, the machine, the till, and serving customers by hand without gloves, tongs, or even washing her hands – I find that really unacceptable, especially since it wasn't crowded. What a shame! And let's not even mention the watery hot chocolate that didn't taste like what you'd pay for it.

08/06/2026: The saleswoman kept scratching herself and served customers immediately without washing her hands. They don't wear gloves in this bakery; the hygiene needs improvement!
