06/05/2024: While passing through Puygouzon we found this restaurant by chance.
I had the salad of the day and my husband had the lunch menu, dessert and coffee. Everything is very good, very reasonable price and fast and very pleasant service.

Menu entrée / plat / dessert à 30 € avec de très bons produits en bonne quantité, le service parfait avec des jeunes motivés. La responsable de la salle a pris le temps pour nous montrer la piscine et nous expliquer le côté familial de cet ensemble hôtelier, nous avons apprécié sa disponibilité.
A recommander sans hésiter.
26/08/2024: Nous séjournions à l'hôtel et avons décidé d'y diner avec nos enfants. L'accueil était parfait et tous les plats excellents. Nous avons apprécié la qualité du menu enfant qui pour une fois ne proposait pas de surgelés. Les portions sont généreuses et le goût présent. Merci pour vos attentions à l'égard de nos enfants qui se souviendront longtemps de ce diner et de votre gentillesse.

27/07/2024: The pizza received has nothing to do with the pizza ordered (breast, tomatoes, mushrooms) only the breast matches, the rest has nothing to do with it! The pizza only contained duck breast and blue cheese (which is absolutely not mentioned on the menu)

25/09/2024: Customer reception in a non-chalant manner, ordering too quickly without us having time to read the menu. Waitress who allows physical contact with unknown customers, this is very disturbing.
Bland dish, raw puff pastry when it's supposed to be cooked puff pastry. Marbled razor clams full of sand, extremely disturbing taste. For two people, a total of 67 euros, expensive to eat something that is not cooked or washed properly (if it is fresh...)
In summary, here you pay for the unpleasant attitude, the tasteless and bland dishes, and the obligation to eat quickly. Other restaurants are of better quality and attractive prices not far from there.

The place is quite cute but we get accosted in the street by the waiter
the service is deplorable. we kept our plates empty for 45 minutes while the waitresses and the waiter walked past us EMPTY HANDS
1 hour later the dish arrives: duck aiguillettes and porcini mushroom sauce: very little taste of porcini mushrooms!!!!
I ask the waiter for a knife and he brings it to the next table, the table on the other side asks for salt and pepper and the waiter places it on our table…..
result 2h30 watch in hand for a fairly average meal
We took a bottle of rosé from Provence for €22 -> very bad
I advise against
When leaving, the manager sent us a little sorry!!!!!

22/02/2024: The most expensive in Castres but the best, the manager thinks he's a bit of a sushi master by advising us not to put soy sauce on this or that suchi/maki... everyone sees lunch at their door for seasoning.
10/02/2024: I went there with my boyfriend, for his first sushi experience he loved it. a gentleman explained everything to us very well, we can see that he knows everything, it’s incredible. Thanks a lot
