31/10/2025: We went there for afternoon tea. The bissap was really lacking in sugar and the hot chocolate was lukewarm, served only halfway in the cup. A shame, because the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with games available for children and adults.

25/09/2025: A good experience for a first visit. Friendly staff, we chose the vegetarian bowls and enjoyed them, the desserts were very good and the vegetable cappuccino was delicious 😋 The room is bright and well decorated. Good value for money. Thank you 😉

18/01/2026: I highly recommend this brasserie; the service and welcome are superb, and the food is delicious and very generous. I just have one small suggestion regarding the restrooms. I've been several times and once I found myself without toilet paper in one of the otherwise very clean restrooms.

When they saw I was looking for vegan options on the buffet, they immediately offered me something suitable, with a smile. 15/11/2025: We had a wonderful meal (the four of us), but the service was very average. Our tables weren't cleaned before we were seated. Tables were covered in dust, and glasses were upside down on them... not great. The waitress and waiter lacked professionalism. Their interactions with us were not very friendly. It's a shame because the setting is superb, and lunch on the terrace was very pleasant.

We came for a weekend getaway, and under the pretext that my friend had a drink in his hand when he arrived at the bar, they refused to serve us. 😡😡😡😡😡 Frankly, it's just intolerable. A place to avoid at all costs. We'll spend our money elsewhere, especially in places where we won't feel like outsiders or even discriminated against, ESPECIALLY BY A PERSON OF COLOUR. A word to the wise! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

07/02/2026: Order generated by very attractive promotions. Lots of discounts on products I buy regularly. Quality and freshness of the poultry, fruits, and vegetables. Click & Collect was quite fast.

04/02/2026: Many items on the shelves aren't displayed; you have to wait until you get to the checkout to see them. The staff (cashiers and deli counter) make little effort in their interactions with customers.

01/02/2026: I came to eat with a friend. I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to this time. I ordered a duck breast that was literally inedible. The manager was incredibly unpleasant, and the bill was outrageous. I'm stunned and completely surprised to see the rating (4.2/5). It reeks of fake reviews. In short, you'll never see me again, and don't worry about the publicity I'll be spreading. (On top of that, he took my card details and charged me just under €10 the next day.) A real disgrace. Never again. I gave it one star because you can't give zero. Run away!

31/01/2026: I came to visit a friend in Mazamet, and inspired by the decor, we decided to eat at this restaurant. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. The waitress, although friendly, couldn't tell us if the duck confit was from a supermarket or homemade. The duck breast "with porcini mushrooms" was blue and inedible. We left our two full plates without any apology, no discount, not even a word. The bill was taken very coldly, barely a "goodbye" from the manager. Imagine my surprise when I discovered today (two days later) that this crook had taken the liberty of making a second payment on my card the day after my visit, for €7, without my consent, of course. I will naturally be filing a complaint against the establishment. Avoid at all costs!
