The smiles are very present and not thrown away.
The specialty is more than perfect and the feeling of eating as a family with the staff.
The service is like that😁.

15/09/2024: Nouvelle carte, nouvelles saveurs, mais la qualité et la fraîcheur des produits sont toujours au rendez-vous. La cheffe de cuisine met de l’amour dans nos assiettes, et ça se ressent. L’accueil est toujours parfait, et le service discret et bienveillant.. merci pour le gaspacho apporté à ma compagne pendant ma dégustation des petits gris . A très bientôt, et encore merci pour tout.

Découverte de quelques spécialités vendéennes dans une ardoise vendéenne
Franchement excellent
Que dire de plus sinon que les 8 personnes qui m’accompagnaient se sont régalées aussi avec des plats allant de l’anguille au bun de canard en passant par une andouillette frite et du lieu au risotto.
Donc superbe découverte chaudement recommandée

31/08/2024: Menu à 41€ pas du tout à la hauteur des intitulés.
Pastilla de Saint Jacques garnie seulement de trois petites noix de pétoncles. Anguilles grillées ayant l’air d’avoir été réchauffées de la veille, nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir d’entendre le crépitement des sarments dans la cheminée ni la bonne odeur associée…) et accompagnées de deux pauvres petites pommes de terre vapeur.
Nougat glacé mal démoulé de sa coque en plastique ( morceau de plastique dur que j’ai eu « la chance de ne pas avaler » dixit le patron).
La salle vide de toute autre clientèle un samedi midi est bien le signe qu’il s’agit d’un établissement à éviter… J’ai du mal à croire les avis dithyrambiques que j’ai pu lire avant ma venue.
17/08/2024: Tres bon restaurant , c est excellent que se soit le plat ( cuisses de grenouilles ) et jusqu au dessert ( profiteroles )..
Personnel tres agreable , le service pas d attente , pas de precipitation , tout est impecable
Je conseille vivement .

12/09/2024: A real gem of restaurant, perfect al fresco dining with a large terrace shaded by a giant plane tree and lit by garland lights.
There is a play area for the children so parents can have some peace.
The food is great, although it is a shame they do not have their amazing pizzas anymore.
There is dining inside too for cooler/wetter days and a dedicated bar area if all you want are cocktails and tapas.
We love this place and regularly come back as there is no where else quite like it.

Meat ok, squid grilled too much...
Very small menu and ambience is reminiscent of a sports canteen.

23/10/2024: Small disappointment: Today's suggestions are the same as last year, no more carafes of wine, no choice of main course, unpleasant service. I don't know if I will go back.

The hotel is very clean and good breakfast.
11/11/2024: What is striking is the kindness and quality of the welcome from the hotelier who goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant. The hotel is very clean, whether in its common areas or in the rooms. The bedding is of very good quality.
The general decoration, in blue and white tones, lacks a little warmth and personality, even if one suspects that it is chosen in connection with the proximity of the ocean.
The most negative point is parking. However, this is not the fault of the hotel owners, who are victims of this situation through the fault of a neighboring bar owner whose favorite pastime seems to be to do everything possible to harm them and make them extremely complicated parking for hotel guests.
