08/09/2024: Lovely cafe in the middle of Vouvant. Friendly staff and excellent food. We had chicken teriyaki and came back a second day for brunch which was equally as good. Thanks Tori
31/08/2024: A very pleasant restaurant with a paved courtyard in the shade of a tree. Don't hesitate to have your meal in this charming atmosphere where you will be warmly welcomed by the managers. The salads are well stocked and good, as is the burger, all for honest value for money.

Really warm welcome from the staff at this friendly little restaurant on the edge of the lake just a short walk from Le Pin Parasol.
Very reasonably priced, tasty food.
24/08/2024: The dishes are good, but the budget is too high for simple pancakes and pancakes. Correct welcome but lack of friendliness. Nice place and fast service.

27/08/2024: I didn't find the dishes very good. The lady gets offended when someone politely points this out to her. She and her employees aren't very friendly either. This makes the experience even worse.
I don't recommend.
24/08/2024: We had a great time in this restaurant that we didn't know. A very beautiful setting at the water's edge. A meal the way we like it from start to finish. Nothing to complain about. Top staff and a special thank you to the chef for cooking awesome beef. And for you a little memory left to each of you by my mother. Good luck to the team. We will come back without hesitation

01/09/2024: The cuisine and products are excellent. The portions are adequate but nothing more. The service is a little stilted and lacks warmth. The price remains very high and does not allow you to come back often: this remains a restaurant to treat yourself to for a special occasion. The decor is nice.

20/09/2024: For our last dinner in Les Sables we were delighted.
The mussels were excellent and the portions generous.
Delicious salted butter caramel crepe.. We will come back! THANKS.

26/07/2024: I don't know if we have just been spoilt by very good Thai food in the past. But on this occasion, the food was a bit under seasoned. The spring rolls and rice paper rolls were nice.
Ordering was easy. They had a menu in french and a menu in English. Saved me using Google lens to translate the french menu.
The pad Thai didn't have any spice and lacked flavour. For the price, was hoping for better.
If you want Thai food and are staying in this area. This place is fine. But it won't blow you away.
19/07/2024: We holiday in the vendee each summer. Kinkaao never disappoints in fact each year it gets better and better. Run by a husband & wife ( superb chef). On two occasions our party was 17 people ( includinf 8 children who adored it)and ther service was superb as usual. We will be back !

19/09/2024: Et..toujours aussi bon avec des plats aussi succulents que simples à l'instar de l'andouillette grillée au barbecue ou la brochette de poulet marinée. Et que dire des desserts maison ou des petits pots de glace à la mangue de chez FAURE.
On vient ici pour se faire plaisir à l'ombre des grands parasols tout en profitant du charme de la cour de cette ancienne maison du VIEIL.
17/09/2024: Une très belle découverte , c est l odeur du BBQ qui nous a attiré, franchement très très bon , des produits frais et artisanaux , la terrasse est très agréable . Si vous pouvez réserver ,c est mieux . Nous avons eu de la chance mais juste après, beaucoup d attente et des refus ! C est tellement bon que ça se comprends .
