19/09/2024: J'ai retrouvé avec plaisir ce restaurant connu en 2011! Je gardais en mémoire les sardines fraiches de St Gilles... par bonheur ce plat est toujours à la carte. On sens la fraicheur du port tout proche. Rien à redire sinon que nous avons regretté de ne pouvoir y aller à 9! Pas possible pour un vendredi soir! Mais je comprends.
07/09/2024: Très bon moment passé à ce restaurant. Le restaurant est assez petit mais très authentique. Nous avons pris le pot-au-feu de la mer, recette phare du restaurant : il est vraiment délicieux. Les prix sont un peu élevés mais la qualité est totalement au rendez-vous. Les desserts sont également très bons, même s'ils restent plutôt classiques (mousse au chocolat, tiramisu, crème brulée, glace).
Je recommande !

13/11/2024: Great moment on the terrace 😎for a lunch break: grilled prawns with hazelnut sauce it was very good, just perfect 👍 one might expect that fatigue would be felt after a big Vendée Globe weekend but the team is attentive and the fast service. Thank you 😊🐶

16/12/2024: Nouveau passage dans ce restaurant (pensez à réserver). La carte est vraiment limité, gage pour nous de produits frais et de qualité, ce qui s'est toujours vérifié. Nous avons choisi cette fois ci le menu dégustation 4 services (entrée, poisson, viande, dessert). Que du plaisir, des mises en bouche au dessert. Des goûts qui se marient entre eux impeccablement, des assiettes pas trop copieuses ce qui permet d'apprécier d'un bout à l'autre le repas, la proposition des boissons OK, vraiment parfait pour nous.
A part dire "nous reviendrons une fois de plus", rien à ajouter. Sauf merci !
11/11/2024: Très bonne adresse ce restaurant,très bon accueil dès notre arrivée,le repas fut un délice du début à la fin avec de très belles assiettes,nous recommandons fortement ce lieu très sympathique

31/07/2024: Cyril and Aimeline Guglielmo deserve every success with the quality, presentation of their beautifully prepared dishes, using local fresh produce. In my opinion this is Michelin star food at a fraction of the price. We are so lucky having them here in St Martin. We've eaten here every week since they opened ....that should speak for itself.

14/09/2024: It is very well presented and neat (if only for the slices of bread in the basket),
It's very well prepared (we clearly feel that the chef loves his job),
It's very well cooked (the fish was perfect, the meat too)
It's very affordable.
Frankly, we were pleasantly surprised, for a bistro atmosphere, the cuisine is sought after.
After expressing it to the cook, we confirm here the quality of this establishment.
Well done, keep going
Many people at Herbiers should take example....
11/09/2024: We are passing through for a family weekend. Great experience, the risotto was exceptional. The children ate everything. Finally devoured. The staff is super nice!

22/10/2024: I will limit myself to talking about the restaurant, not knowing the hotel which apparently has nice facilities. I won't say the same about the restaurant itself which is a "cold" place. After this first impression, the appetizer rather made me laugh (a sort of cold chicken mousse, with a piece - left on purpose? - difficult to chew). The rest of the dishes - the chef's surprise, with dishes made according to the seasons - were correct, beautiful presentation, but disappointing in flavor. Above all, it is not worth the price of the meal. It's a shame.
