30/12/2025: A wonderful discovery! We hesitated between this and a nearby restaurant with better Google reviews, but ultimately, given the holiday season, we opted for a more budget-friendly choice, and we're so glad we did! The menu is simple and effective, but the daily specials are stunning. It's been a very long time since I've enjoyed a meal so much! From the cooking to the side dishes and the herbs, everything was expertly prepared—a true testament to the artistry and love of the plate. Not content with being captivated by the main course, I indulged in a dessert that seemed quite daring… A perfect blend of lightness and indulgence, with just a hint of Christmas spices, it was simply divine! I was blown away! Thank you, Chef, and I mustn't forget the service, which was on par with the food. We were unfortunately only passing through, but thank you for sharing this experience.

29/12/2025: Overall, a flawless experience. The menu is well-balanced and perfectly executed, clearly featuring fresh ingredients cooked with finesse. Coming from the Gers region, I tried the foie gras, which was absolutely sublime. Carefully cooked in a terrine. Classic dishes, expertly prepared. Perhaps a little less impressive was the octopus with a wing cream sauce and vegetables... a pure delight.

06/03/2026: Weekday lunch menu at 16 euros (starter, main course, cheese and dessert). Very good value for the price, just one small drawback: the fries aren't homemade!

28/09/2025: This is already the second time I've had the chance to attend events where this caterer is the featured caterer. And both times (a wedding in September 2024 + last night for birthdays) everything was perfect from start to finish. We ate so well!! Being pregnant, I was even lucky enough to have a plate prepared for me with cheeses that were allowed. I found it so professional. Thank you to the entire team at JB. It was perfect!

12/03/2026: The portions have dropped...and the quality has...nothing is fresh. The patties are practically transparent. And don't even get me started on the frozen fries or burgers... On the other hand, the prices have skyrocketed. We won't be back.
