15/12/2024: I put one star for the welcome because that's the only thing I appreciated, the hygiene remains to be desired and the food remains to be desired between the frozen fries cooked twice the merguez had a funny taste all that for finish with FOOD POISONING sick for 5 to 6 days I strongly advise against it

12/01/2026: I stayed two nights at this hotel and the experience was truly excellent from beginning to end! I absolutely loved the building; it's magnificent. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with quality bedding that allowed for a truly restful sleep. Plus, the location is very peaceful. Another highlight: the pool, perfect for relaxing. The outdoor area is pleasant, well-designed, and very relaxing. The common areas are well-maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and you quickly feel at ease. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, whether for getting around or exploring the surrounding area. I highly recommend it and would gladly return!

03/03/2026: The staff were very friendly, pleasant, and welcoming, and above all, very clean. They were closed, but the lady let me take a shower and they even prepared a meal for me to heat up that evening. Very rare these days! 👌 I highly recommend this restaurant.

01/12/2025: Delicious food, a fantastic team—warm, friendly, and full of great advice! The setting is a bonus, with a view of the harbor! Having gone to Les Sables d'Olonne every year for the past 25 years, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, especially the mussels and fries! I can't wait to go back!

20/02/2026: Wonderful campsite. We stayed on a pitch with a small cabin (fridge, 2 sun loungers, clothesline, barbecue). The sanitary facilities are clean and spacious, the showers have adjustable temperature, and there's toilet paper in the toilets. As for activities (table tennis, volleyball, pétanque, children's play area), the swimming pool is fantastic with Lego activities inside. It's 800m from the beach. There's a small grocery store on the campsite, and a Super U Express supermarket is also 800m away. Bike rental is available on site for €10 per day. There's even a tipi cabin area for rent... Everyone is friendly. There's something for everyone.

24/03/2026: What a disappointment!!! I left Fontenay-le-Comte for 40 years and every time I come back I go and eat a fruit flan! They don't make it anymore!!! Even the plain flan isn't the same anymore, no color, no taste, no texture, no thickness!! Now it's just a flan for Parisian hipsters! How sad, I knew Guiton before he opened La Lutine, my grandmother lived across the street in Saint Michel le Cloucq, I was already eating their cakes when I was very little…. After that, it was a regular at La Lutine: brioche, gâteau minute, préfou! Mr. Guiton must be turning in his grave! How sad!!!
