18/11/2024: A welcome like back then when I lived in the village. Very human, very friendly. Beautiful pastries. Little extra for the pain au chocolat. A little more salty would be great but I validate this bakery, the baker and the baker 😊

14/09/2024: It is very well presented and neat (if only for the slices of bread in the basket), It's very well prepared (we clearly feel that the chef loves his job), It's very well cooked (the fish was perfect, the meat too) It's very affordable. Frankly, we were pleasantly surprised, for a bistro atmosphere, the cuisine is sought after. After expressing it to the cook, we confirm here the quality of this establishment. Well done, keep going Many people at Herbiers should take example....

11/09/2024: We are passing through for a family weekend. Great experience, the risotto was exceptional. The children ate everything. Finally devoured. The staff is super nice! Don't change anything!

08/07/2025: Just incredible, superb. It's still quite expensive, but it's worth it. It's been a long time since I've eaten in such a good restaurant. Thanks to the whole team, especially the cooks.

08/07/2025: The Roquefort was almost nonexistent in the mussels, however, there was a dead fly in the sauce at the bottom of the pot. It didn't die from a Roquefort overdose!

20/09/2024: We would have liked to be able to leave a comment... We made a reservation yesterday afternoon for tonight. We first received an email awaiting validation, then secondly the confirmation of our reservation. And finally this morning, while checking our emails by chance because we are on vacation, around 10:24 a.m., we received an email announcing that our reservation is canceled!... No more comments.

29/09/2024: For an indoor meal, the portions seem very decent, but take away €16 for a honey goat's cheese pizza where you barely smelled the honey, little cheese and a slice of ham that you could see through! On the other hand, if you like bread dough. It's great

27/10/2024: Between friends and passing through Jard sur Mer, we stopped at Le Transat and did not regret our entry into the restaurant. Welcomed by the very friendly Frédéric who sat us down facing the sea, the decor could not have been more unexpected. The cooked dishes are deliciously excellent. The sea sauerkraut is a real delight (well done to the chef!), although we were full, we were unfortunately not able to taste the sweet sea sauerkraut (recommended by Yen 😉🤣), we fell back on the gourmet coffee which was also a delight. A big thank you to the entire Transat team for their sympathy, their complicity and lots of laughs. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant both for their “home made” cuisine and for their kindness. Dear Yen and dear Frédéric, prepare the mussels and fries and the sweet sea sauerkraut, we'll be back on the terrace next year & don't forget the UFO box!!🤣🤣🤣 See you soon 😉

27/10/2024: Still very disappointed, this is not the first time we have left hungry. However, we come from the time of the previous owners, i.e. 13 years and this time will be the last despite several attempts.

31/08/2025: We were very well received in this well-decorated bar. The cocktails are well-stocked, and the value for money is assured.

20/08/2024: We simply wanted to have a drink on the terrace at the end of the afternoon but this is not accessible without going through the entrance to the casino which is prohibited for minors. Here we are all turned away before we even finish going through the main door. The person in charge of the entrance did not take the time to say anything other than "entry is prohibited for minors" the sight of our stroller even when we expressed our wish to enjoy the catering and the outdoor bars without going through the slot machines…

20/08/2024: 3e visite au Galway les deux premières nous ont paru tout à fait satisfaisante puisque nous sommes revenus. Je doit avouer que cette troisième visite a été en dessous de nos espérances.Cette brasserie faisait quelque chose de tout à fait correct et là nous avons été quand même déçu coktail pas bon (Spritz uniquement à l eau ?) le tartare de dorade n était pas bon(les tables autour n ont pas fini les assiettes), quant au baba au rhum c était celui de la cantine. Bref, attention à la descente
