25/01/2026: We came as a group of seven to celebrate a birthday and received a pleasant and warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the aperitifs to the birthday cake. The dishes were generous and delicious, and the service was impeccable. A very good, friendly, and delicious restaurant.

18/02/2026: The menu was very good, but the portions weren't sufficient (especially the lamb chop; there should have been at least two for the price of the dish). A small comment to the chef, who justified the portion size by saying it was cooked thoroughly (but a raw lamb chop rarely weighs 150g of meat on its own without the bone). Also, there was no "classic" meat dish for those who don't like lamb or red mullet (squab wasn't included in the menu). Scallops are an option if you're not allergic. Ultimately, you're mainly paying for the restaurant's beautiful setting, as we were left wanting more.

09/04/2026: The Relais du Château in Saint-Fargeau welcomed us at the last minute due to an unforeseen circumstance, with remarkable kindness and agile, efficient professionalism—thank you so much for this warm welcome! The breakfast was very pleasant, generous, and complete. A welcoming place where you feel right at home. We will gladly return!

16/12/2025: This hotel is our home base when we're in the area. Since they offer dinner there (reservations required), we always do! A little treat: their Chablis is excellent! (Please drink responsibly). The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The setting is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. When we came for breakfast, there were mini crepes and pancakes, delicious jams, fruit, and more. We can't wait for spring so we can return and spend some time by the fireplace.

22/03/2026: The welcome and service were excellent. But it's nothing like the exceptional cuisine we used to enjoy; there were no surprises. As for the presentation, the delicate vegetables of yesteryear are gone. Just a simple mousseline to accompany the quality Charolais beef.

13/03/2026: A superb experience in this idyllic setting! The wine-themed escape game featuring regional wines and cheeses was a fantastic discovery, as spectacular as it was enriching and fun. An ideal activity for a group of friends; we'll remember it for a long time.

14/05/2026: Whether you choose to take away or dine in, it's always a treat for the taste buds! The menu changes with the seasons, always featuring plenty of innovative and new dishes. It's a friendly place where our 5-year-old daughter doesn't cause any disturbance, which is always a pleasure and a real plus!

19/02/2026: It's not just the shutters that are old; the dining room, kitchen, and toilets are too. It's like stepping back in time to the 1950s. We were a group of ten, completely alone in the room. If we hadn't come, there would have been zero customers. It was a Sunday lunchtime. The crepes are simple and tasty, but they arrive in dribs and drabs. And to top it all off, the bill was impossible to decipher, requiring us to pay for about twenty crepes or ice cream. We had to pay for an extra crepe to speed up the process. The staff were very nice, but I think they should find another line of work.

13/05/2026: The renovations have been beautifully done, and the service is always friendly and trouble-free. However, there has been a significant decline in the upkeep of the premises and the overall hygiene of the dining area (see photo for example). How can such mold growth occur if the waste hasn't been there for at least several days? This is extremely disappointing, especially when bringing a child for an afternoon snack.

13/04/2026: 2018 with my friend Bruno Belle Auto. I recommend it for authentic Italian pasta 😀, the owner Massimo is very friendly, a true Italian. 2026 I went back with my wife, she worked there in 1987, a wonderful reunion with this iconic place.

04/03/2026: I went to this pizzeria with my partner. The atmosphere seemed nice, and we received a warm welcome. The thing is, they were initially out of spicy salami, and I wanted a calzone with that meat—I can't remember the exact name. They informed me after taking my order, coming back 10 minutes later to ask what I would like as a replacement. I ordered a four-cheese pizza. Again, they were out of blue cheese. The waiter told me they would replace it with scarmozzarella. I said okay. Once the pizza arrived, I tasted it and noticed an amount of cheese I'd never seen before. It was four or five times the thickness of the crust! 🤣 And in the end, all I could taste was one cheese that was incredibly rubbery. My partner asked, "What cheeses are in it?" It turns out there was ALREADY scarmozzarella, so they added a double amount plus mozzarella and some kind of gouda, from what I gathered (which I couldn't taste at all). Honestly, I couldn't even eat half the pizza. I let them clear the table, paid, and we left without any fuss. But it really wasn't good, sorry. Have a good day.
