14/01/2026: I was passing through Chablis for work and received a very warm welcome. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming; you immediately feel at ease, and the setting is inviting. I also had a delicious meal; the traditional dishes are served in generous portions. The staff is friendly, and the central location is convenient. I will definitely return on my next visit.

25/12/2025: We shared a Christmas meal with our family, and it felt just like home! Impeccable service, and the food was as delicious as ever. Well done to the team, best of luck for the future, and Merry Christmas!

09/09/2025: This is my third time here, and I was thoroughly disappointed. We ate outside and were invaded by green flies that landed on our food. The meat was very good, but the vegetables were forgotten to be cooked. The dessert was revisited, but it didn't look like much. I would have preferred the original version. The waitress was a little too informal, which was a shame because a little restraint would have been welcome. One good point, though: the broken glass was replaced at no charge.

01/12/2025: A short stop on the way between Rouen and Lyon. A very pleasant little village and a very nice little restaurant with decent traditional cuisine at a reasonable price. A place to remember.

24/10/2025: After going there several times, I'm adding one star. It's true that the food is very simple, but that's kind of the point. There's no menu or drink list, so don't hesitate to ask if they make a certain drink, or if you don't like the dishes, ask for one that's not on the menu. It's a nice place when you don't necessarily want to cook, or when you want to eat quality food for a reasonable price. It's perfect for lunch with colleagues, for example. The menu is €16.50 per week, which is very affordable. The waitress is cheerful and friendly if you take the time to chat. They'll be cold to you if you're cold to them. The three dishes that come up often and that I think they do best are: 1. Flank steak 2. Burgers 3. Fillet of pollock Currently, for weekday starters, there's an all-you-can-eat (or almost all-you-can-eat) cold buffet with salads and charcuterie. The fries are very good and I think they're homemade, as are most of the desserts. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area :)

12/12/2025: Superb establishment, beautifully decorated. Traditional, flavorful, and generous cuisine. Attentive, efficient, and discreet service with complete respect for the customers. Just 2 minutes from the tollbooth; don't hesitate to take the Nitry exit off the highway.

10/12/2025: Excellent value for money. Perfect for a one-night stay with dinner and breakfast. The staff is very welcoming, the room is unique and beautifully decorated (the seamstress's touch!), everything is spotless and clean, the bed is spacious, and there's a bathtub. Dinner was delicious, and the restaurant staff were also very professional. In short, I highly recommend it.

07/01/2026: We received a very warm welcome at Moulin des Ruats. The rooms have all the necessary comforts: a shower and bathtub for us, as we were in a triple room, a TV, a separate toilet, and a very comfortable king-size bed. The meal on December 31st was exquisite. The wine pairing was perfect. We discovered surprising and delicious flavors and combinations! We were able to take our time over dinner to wish each other a Happy New Year properly, which was much appreciated. We will definitely return in the warmer months; the place must be very pleasant.

06/01/2026: We came as four couples for New Year's Eve 2025, but unfortunately, we were cold throughout the entire meal despite the addition of a small heater! Some dishes lacked seasoning and were barely warm (which is a shame, as that would have been nice). We were disappointed that the owners didn't come to wish us a Happy New Year! What a pity!

14/11/2025: A fantastic find! This Cambodian restaurant is truly excellent, with delicious dishes and a freshness that you can taste in every bite. Honestly, it's one of the best I've ever tried! I recommend it 100%!
