03/02/2026: Originally from a village near Lainsecq, we've been passing by L'Escale for years. This time, my husband and I decided to go in for lunch. The set menu was simply perfect. No complaints whatsoever regarding the welcome, the service, or the price. I highly recommend it.

17/10/2025: Very disappointed the price is too high considering the quality of the dishes prepared. I regret coming just like many people today we were a whole group more than half did not like some even asked for the dishes to be returned to the kitchen (inedible) I will never come back too bad although friends told me that the service was great with good dishes and well that was not the case today.. even the pizzas are bland without flavor at 13.50 the pizza they are at the level of a frozen pizza brand reference of Leclerc. Change the cook or close the restaurant it is better

10/05/2026: Wow! I had a galette kebab and it was delicious. It was loaded with sauce, perfectly balanced. An explosion of flavors. Special mention to the staff for their attentiveness, kindness, and the complimentary tea. Thank you!

04/05/2026: I came to order a kefta sandwich, but the order was incorrect. When I pointed it out, the staff responded rudely, saying the mistake was mine. This is a shame for the service, as it makes for a bad customer experience.

18/12/2025: Excellent! Set menu €17, 12 minutes from the motorway exit in a charming little village. We're so glad we took the time to avoid a terrible, overpriced sandwich at a motorway service station.

09/12/2025: Very nice people, nice environment. This place really deserve a great rating. Stop by on the way to Paris and found this gem along the highway. Will surely be back if I am on the same route.

01/05/2026: "FROM CHABLIS TO CHABLIS" A very pretty courtyard adjoining what appears to be an old church—an idyllic setting! An impressive wine list that showcases Chablis wines and also features other fine labels from other regions. The food is decent for the price, but not exceptional. Please stop serving cuts of meat in deep plates; you can't prepare the meat properly. The wait was also a bit long given the number of customers. It's still a lovely place to spend a pleasant time.

26/03/2026: Had lunch here while taking a Chablis wine tasting tour. Ordered the plat devour for both of us. Delicious!

16/04/2026: Not too much, not too little, just the right amount of crepes 👌🏽🥞 Perhaps a warmer, more welcoming smile would make customers feel more at ease. But the team seems decent and professional. And the waitress was helpful! 👍🏽😃

04/04/2026: We had a great time, I highly recommend it! Very good Breton dishes! I loved my galette! They didn't skimp on the beer either :) The waitress was very kind and welcoming! The setting is just as nice! Go there with your eyes closed (well, not too much either, so you can eat :D)

11/04/2026: Friendly welcome. Pleasant setting. Calf's head swimming in sauce. The sauce redeemed it. Canned vegetables. Good meats with decent sauces. Mediocre desserts. Tasteless decorative tomatoes—of course, they're not in season! Overall, mixed feelings.
