22/07/2026: The best bakery in the world, hands down. Exceptional pastries, it has that old-fashioned charm, with religieuses, acorns, tarts, éclairs, and more... Generous portions! The bread is delicious, the prices are more than reasonable, it's worth the trip when you're in Chablis. You'll also find the must-try Duché de Chablis biscuits there. The viennoiseries are truly excellent; we didn't have enough time in a week to try everything! The two ladies who work there are gems, always smiling and welcoming. We can't wait to come back next year from the Var region. A huge thank you again for your warm welcome. P.S.: The gougères are also to die for!

21/03/2026: During a hike and visit to Sens, we had lunch at Guy's. The food was excellent (the blanquette was delicious!), the rosé from Burgundy was lovely, and above all, the service was top-notch, all for a group of 25 people. A truly great place, well done!

The hotel is simply fantastic: the rooms are magnificent, the setting is peaceful, and everything is designed for the comfort and well-being of the guests. The restaurant service is exceptional: a truly memorable gourmet experience, dishes as beautiful as they are delicious, and staff of rare professionalism and kindness. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless moment. We will definitely be back!

19/05/2026: An incredible experience shared with my wife. The setting is sumptuous. The room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner lived up to the restaurant's two Michelin stars, with sweetbreads and Wagyu beef cooked to perfection… We spent a truly timeless moment at this establishment. (Special mention to Mathieu who made our visit to the bar an unforgettable experience.)
