14/06/2026: As regulars, since we stop here every time we're in Chablis to enjoy the famous oeufs meurette (which we highly recommend), we stayed here for the first time and we weren't disappointed! The room was recently renovated with a superb shower room and toilet, and it even had air conditioning! See you next year!

10/07/2026: The steak tartare was a pure delight, served with a side of fries and a delicious salad/cooked eggplant... absolutely amazing, at a lower price than some restaurants. The meat was super fresh and delicious... I highly recommend this place, and the setting is exceptional, dining on the square facing Sens Cathedral.

02/07/2026: Some of the food was delicious, but a lot of it lacked creativity and was mediocre in taste. We were disappointed with the average wine pairing, pretty much got the same wine regardless of what we ordered, but in all fairness it was only 23€ for three glasses. I expected better based on the reviews. Cheese chariot was great.

09/05/2026: Excellent restaurant! Fresh ingredients, superb pho, and friendly service. One suggestion: replace one of the fritters on the platter for two with Vietnamese crepes, as it's quite a lot of fried food. I only deducted one star because they don't accept restaurant vouchers, which is a shame.

28/06/2026: Air conditioning broken, asparagus sauce was watery, chocolate fondant wasn't at all fudgy—in short, a restaurant not recommended, lacking in flavor.

The ice creams weren't the flavors I ordered, and I also got two cans of ice cream, but those weren't the two cans I ordered either. I also ordered seafood pasta, which had practically no seafood in it. Too expensive for what it was.

15/07/2026: Ordered today. 30-minute delay on the takeout order; not a word of apology; not a discount. Nothing! This will be the last time at this pizzeria! Seeing the manager's response, I'm forced to change my review: a response that reflects the service provided, appalling, especially for a business owner. A sad impression indeed.

19/07/2026: A very pleasant restaurant with cuisine that breaks the mold. I loved my mini hamburger with Époisses sauce. Mini in terms of the bun, but not in terms of its filling!

16/07/2026: Fantastic find!!! 🤩 We were two couples, a baby, and two large dogs (not easy to fit on the terrace, right by the Yonne River, but we managed...). Excellent welcome and very accommodating staff. As for the food, I highly recommend it! We thoroughly enjoyed it! Delicious, high-quality ingredients... A menu perfectly suited to the warm weather... Thank you for this wonderful family meal.

03/04/2026: A very nice cafe/restaurant with a "Tonton Flingueurs" (a French film series) atmosphere and a touch of French history. The homemade food is very good, with generous portions and fresh ingredients, all at a reasonable price. The owners were friendly and kind, taking the time to chat. Just 5 minutes from Guédelon. A good stop before or after your visit. In peak season, be sure to book ahead.

30/03/2026: Superb restaurant, warm welcome, typical decor, and of course, exquisite cuisine served by the smiling and attentive owner. We wanted a royal couscous, traditional style, and it arrived piping hot, with its intoxicating aroma. My partner preferred a chicken tagine. Everything was delicious and in generous portions. For his birthday, our grandson, a couscous enthusiast, fulfilled his wish: to taste a real couscous! Thank you to the chef and thank you to our lovely waitress. The best part is the exotic background music that transports you. I highly recommend this establishment! The only downside: the dining room was a bit chilly; bring a light sweater in colder weather.
