28/09/2024: We've had canard laqué and canard with shiitake, pluz riz cantonais. As dessert we've had banana flambé, beignet ananas and perles de coco. Since the main dish was rather small (but with a fair price and good) I would strongly recommend a menu or an entrée if you're hungry. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly. You should definitely reserve, we were really lucky to get a small table. The place was overflowing with guests.

26/09/2024: Surprising: it is extremely rare, including in Paris, to taste such fresh and fine Asian dishes and products. Congratulations to the friendly Saigon team, above all don’t change anything!

09/01/2025: Great restaurant, great atmosphere and service, we had a “Don-Quixote” as well as a “Érable”, everything was excellent, I highly recommend!

03/12/2024: The old shutters is a restaurant with gourmet cuisine. The pancakes are always good, plentiful with local offerings (Chaource, Cider from the Pays d’Othe, etc.) Reservations are strongly recommended as the team does not accept unforeseen visits. Perfect for a light dinner, early in the evening

25/06/2025: As part of a business trip. An excellent discovery in the area. Superb food, exceptional welcome and customer service from Kunal and Romuald! I'll be back soon for an evening with my partner, whether it's a cabaret or magic night. The venue is well worth its 5 stars. Bravo to them and thank you for the welcome, as if I were a regular. I highly recommend it.

15/12/2024: I have been going to this restaurant for several years now. I obviously started in their first restaurant, then I worked upstairs in the neighboring building, and recently on the ground floor with their new room. Already I really appreciate this new place, very chic and refined, much larger than the other 2. Regarding the dishes, I have never been disappointed when eating here. The menus change regularly and all the dishes are very subtle and tasty. Always in season. The first price is €39: starter + main course + dessert + 2 appetizers (before the starter and after the dessert). I find this to be very reasonable. The only remark, but I would say that it is in keeping with the times, a few years ago the plates were more copious than now, but they have changed style, currently we are really in a gourmet restaurant which has not nothing to envy anyone. I recommend +++

09/12/2024: Everything is perfect, from the appetizers to the sweet treats with coffee. Everything is excellent, a feast for the eyes and taste buds. The staff is very attentive and gives good advice. The new room and decorations are superb.

03/11/2024: Restaurant ouvert le 1er novembre. Restaurant très chaleureux. Laurence est une propriétaire extraordinaire, d'une gentillesse inégalable. Le serveur et la serveuse gentils, efficaces. Un cuisinier extra. De très bons produits frais, locaux. Nous avons pris escargots et boudins noirs avec diverses garnitures fines, fraîches, raffinées. C'était vraiment excellent. Parking gratuit juste à côté. Nous sommes allés ensuite acheter des produits à la boutique de Laurence des vins, crémants, moutardes à des prix défiants toute concurrence. Laurence donne de très bons tuyaux pour les visites dans Tonnerre. Je recommande très vivement les yeux fermés tant le restaurant que la boutique. Merci Laurence et à toute votre équipe. Surtout pensez à réserver tellement c'est plein. Je pense que les personnes qui mettent de mauvais avis n'ont pas mangé dans ce restaurant, pas dans le même car ce restaurant est EXTRA. 02/11/2024: Qualité prix très bonne. Les plats sont fait maison, produits frais, de la région. Présentation originale. Quand on finit de manger on ne se sent pas lourd. Ça donne l’impression vraiment de manger à la maison. Le personnel très sympathique et aimable.

25/11/2025: All the bakery products are truly excellent: Swiss bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, they are the best in the region by far! Their baguettes are also excellent and very crispy.

We started with lunch at the mill where vegetarians, vegans, and meat lovers enjoyed themselves together thanks to our attentive hosts who told us about their ecological and very involved approach, which we can only support. Then we discovered the farm and the animals where everyone lives in harmony: peacocks, hens, roosters, chicks, dogs, cats, horses, ponies, cows, sheep, goats, billy goats, pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs, geese, and donkeys. A walk with the dog "Wago", the goat Barnabé, and the little boy Aloïs, who adopted us and made this moment enchanting and full of tenderness and laughter. And a big thank you for the birthday candle... it was such a kind gesture. See you soon.

27/06/2025: This lapwing mill is a wonderful discovery, worth visiting with the family. I recommend it.

25/08/2024: Only one problem, we are from Burgundy, my nephew is a sommelier, and if we say that a wine is stinging, it is not to get a refund for the bottle but to say that it is unpleasant. It was not a 10 euro bottle.
