13/07/2026: The atmosphere is pleasant and the location is a real plus: right in the city center, a stone's throw from the Palace of Versailles. The prices are reasonable and in line with the average for establishments in the area. However, several things marred our experience. The bartender's welcome was lukewarm, with a clear lack of smiles and friendliness. The drink selection was also very limited: of the four beers advertised on tap, only one was available. The bar doesn't offer table service, which isn't a problem in itself. However, with nearly €200 worth of drinks, we were surprised that we were refused a simple tray to carry our orders to our table. We also noticed some inconsistency in the service: a friend was told there were no chargers available, while another person in our group received one a few moments later. This gives the impression of unequal treatment. Finally, the tables were rarely cleared, which didn't improve comfort, and the toilet door locking system seemed impractical and rather confusing. It's a shame, because the place has potential thanks to its atmosphere and location. With a warmer welcome and slightly more attentive service, the experience would be significantly better.

13/07/2026: One star, because unfortunately, zero isn't an option. I've been there twice, once with a table of 12 and once with a table of 9. The prices are reasonable and the music is nice, with a rock vibe. Unfortunately, that's about the only positive point. The service is simply catastrophic. When we arrived and asked if there was room for 9 people, the owner's response was: "If you can find it, yes. If you can't, then no." That says it all about the welcome. The tables aren't even cleared or cleaned between groups of customers. So, it's up to the customers to find a seat and get settled. Then, you have to go to the bar to order, pay, and carry your own drinks to your table... up to that point, why not? However, after three rounds of drinks costing around €60 each, the owner refused to lend us a simple tray to carry the glasses. A truly unbelievable lack of common sense and consideration. The most absurd incident was the phone cable. I asked if he had a spare cable to help out a friend: a curt "no." Jokingly, I told my friend to go ask herself. Miraculously, he replied that he did have a cable... but that his was already charging his phone. So, he did have a cable; he simply didn't want to help. And what about the restrooms... deplorable hygiene, clearly not up to the standards of an establishment open to the public. In short: an unpleasant owner, nonexistent service, no attention paid to customers, and questionable cleanliness. The prices don't compensate for such a mediocre experience. Thankfully, in Versailles, there are bars where you're greeted with at least a modicum of respect. I will never set foot in that place again.

21/07/2026: An absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived around 12:20 PM and asked if there were any tables available. I was told there would be about a 15-minute wait. I explained from the start that I had to leave and be elsewhere at 2:00 PM for an appointment. I was assured that this wouldn't be a problem. In the end, I waited almost 40 minutes before being seated. Once seated, I simply checked my phone while waiting for my order to be taken. A few moments later, my phone rang. I answered briefly to say that I was finally seated, then went to hang up when I saw the waitress approaching. The waitress came by and told me to take my time, even saying, "Don't hang up, I'll be back in a bit," sounding relieved that I wasn't ordering immediately. About ten minutes later, seeing that no one had yet arrived, I politely asked her if she could take my order. Her response was completely inappropriate: "No, now you wait," she said in a very cold and arrogant manner. I reminded her that she was the one who had asked me to wait before taking my order. She then replied, in a particularly unpleasant tone, that I simply didn't have to answer the phone and that as long as I had it in my hand, she wouldn't take my call, and that I should therefore continue waiting. At that point, I realized I would never be served in a reasonable timeframe. So I left the restaurant without having had lunch. Therefore, I can't judge the food, since I never had the opportunity to try it. However, the service was disastrous. Being treated this way, after waiting so long despite having explained my constraints upon arrival, is simply unacceptable. I wasted my time, my lunch, and part of my afternoon. A minimum of respect and consideration for customers would be the least one could expect. I will not be returning.

10/07/2026: What a wonderful surprise this restaurant was, a real delight. Very reasonable prices, a fantastic welcome, fast service – in short, pure bliss, absolutely top-notch. A true gem.

09/09/2026: The kebab was excellent and the staff were super friendly, it makes you want to go back!

29/08/2026: A completely mediocre kebab, stingy with the sauce, and made with low-quality ingredients. I've had kebabs ten times better and tastier, with real bistro-style fries, in Paris for the same price.

20/09/2026: Shameful. We ordered ice cream at the kiosk around 4 PM for table service via a trolley. We waited over 20 minutes only to realize we had to pick it up at the counter. Our ice cream had been waiting for us for over 20 minutes, completely melted, and the two young female employees present were extremely unpleasant and refused to replace it. Considering the price of ice cream and other products at McDonald's these days, this is simply unbearable and unacceptable. Based on other reviews of this establishment and our own experience, I strongly advise against going there.

11/09/2026: Constant mistakes with orders, never any napkins or sauces available for takeout at the drive-thru, and all the toys are missing from the Happy Meals. In short, one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

29/06/2026: I don't know how they manage to get a good rating? I had a burger where the meat was of very poor quality (the cheapest option). Since this establishment was taken over, it's been terrible. The new owners clearly don't care about food! And the price is far too high. Honestly, after several attempts, I can tell you to avoid it...

23/06/2026: Cute bistro, the food is great. A bit busy between 12pm and 1pm, but from 1pm onwards it's fantastic 👌

21/04/2026: Good place, close to the highway, large parking lot. The kebab wasn't cooked through, the fries were soft, and they needed a little more seasoning. Card payment is OK. I recommend this place. I'll stop by again when I'm on the road.

11/09/2026: We are always delighted to enjoy a carpaccio; it's the only restaurant where the service is excellent, from the welcome to dessert. The dishes are generous and delicious 😋 27 years!!! Mahogany wedding anniversary ❤️ We had lunch at the highly regarded Soprano restaurant. The only restaurant with the best carpaccio! We could see this from the orders while we were there. However, what a waste!! To our left, a woman paid her bill, but without finishing her delicious pizza. Since I don't like food waste, I took the liberty of taking a look; the woman only nibbled. Messrs. Rucassier and Kaskosz, couldn't you implement an anti-waste policy, warning customers of a prohibitive surcharge on the bill, to discourage those who waste food? September 4, 2026, another gastronomic visit to Comptoir Italien Soprano to enjoy a carpaccio, as generous as ever, just like the other dishes on offer. The welcome and service are also efficient; the staff is attentive, helpful, and polite. Thank you.

30/08/2026: A truly perfect experience at Di Napoli! From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from the friendly, smiling, and attentive staff. The atmosphere is really pleasant, and we quickly felt at ease, which made the meal even more enjoyable. As for the pizza, we have absolutely no complaints: it was excellent. The crust was perfectly cooked, with a light, soft texture and a slightly crispy edge. The ingredients were very good and, above all, well-balanced, allowing us to appreciate each flavor without any one element overpowering the others. You can really tell that attention is paid to quality and preparation. The cooking was also perfect: neither overcooked nor undercooked, exactly just right. The pizza arrived piping hot, generous, and very appetizing. It's exactly the kind of pizza where you finish your plate thinking you could have almost had a second one. The service was also impeccable. The team is professional yet remains warm and friendly. The wait was reasonable, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It's friendly, pleasant, and comfortable enough to take your time and enjoy your meal. The cleanliness was also excellent, which is always a big plus. Finally, the value for money is very good considering the quality of the meal and the overall experience. You really leave with the feeling of having had a great time and having eaten something high-quality. Honestly, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the atmosphere, the quality of the ingredients, the cooking, and of course, the pizza. I highly recommend Di Napoli to anyone looking for a good pizzeria. It's an address I'll definitely keep in mind and where I'll gladly return!
