25/08/2024: Que dire de l’attente pour une gauffre et une boule de glace (40 minutes pour la gauffre)… Un serveur mal aimable qui ne dit ni bonjour ni bienvenu. Heureusement que la serveuse est agréable et souriante :). Ne parlons pas de la gérante qui est la plus mal aimable et impolie du monde. Une belle crêperie grâce aux anciens propriétaires mais qui devient mauvaise et dont la qualité de service devient déplorable….. A EVITER.

08/08/2024: Mais quel dommage que la responsable ou proprietaire..soit si mal aimable avec les clients c est terrible de mal parler aux clients et elle est irrespectueuse aussi vis a vis de son personnel! Je les plainds!!!! Manquerait plus qu une badine!!!Elle devrait changer de metier!!! Sinon les crepes etaient bonnes.

11/03/2026: Perhaps we should start a petition to denounce the poor behavior of your employees in order to close the restaurant. For 50 minutes, they were waiting on my table even though there was no one there. I politely asked if I could place my order, and they told me there wasn't time, they had too many orders, and to go somewhere else.

13/02/2026: This restaurant is getting worse and worse!!! It's unbelievable. I went in for takeout at lunchtime, and they offered me a tiny container for €15... Something's not right here! The all-you-can-eat lunch menu is €12.90 to eat in!!! This means that someone who eats the equivalent of 3, 4, 5, or more containers at a table will pay less than for a tiny takeout container, even though eating in means using plates, cutlery, a glass that needs washing, a dirty table that needs cleaning, and using water, but all of that costs less than getting a takeout container... It's utter nonsense!!! Don't be surprised that customers are abandoning your restaurant, especially since the quality of the food has dropped significantly since you opened. It gets worse every month. I think you'll be closing down very soon, and it's understandable given the poor service and the inconsistencies in your pricing. Too bad for you, we were quite loyal customers, but that's over now because the competition is so fierce for this type of restaurant, which is far superior in quality! In the end, I didn't get takeout and went somewhere else.

30/04/2026: I am very disappointed with the person who served my husband this morning at 10:30. He didn't take our order properly, didn't even know what a hazelnut was, was condescending to my husband, and then had the nerve to say that my husband spoke rudely to him. I find this kind of attitude towards customers unacceptable. We weren't the only ones; two other women were there and noticed his behavior. This is the last time we will go to this Starbucks in Vélizy. A dissatisfied customer

13/04/2026: Quite scandalous. It's advertised as being open until 1am, but already closed at 00:15... we made a big detour to come and eat, I should have read the previous reviews more carefully and trusted them.

12/04/2026: I arrived at the McDonald's drive-thru in Plaisir at 12:37 a.m., even though closing time is clearly indicated at 1:00 a.m. (app, website, and signage in-store). Despite this, they simply refused to serve me. But the most shocking thing was the staff's attitude: they accused me of having opened the drive-thru barrier myself. An absurd and completely inappropriate accusation. Refusing a customer before closing time is already problematic. Accusing this customer falsely is downright unacceptable. If you can't provide service until the advertised time, update your hours. And above all, train your staff in a minimum of professionalism and respect. Very bad experience.

27/03/2026: I received two pizzas delivered through Uber Eats that didn't match my order, and the restaurant told me it wasn't their problem. They choose to make money through Uber Eats but refuse to take responsibility for any mistakes they or Uber Eats might make. Outrageous.

14/02/2026: I ordered a very generously topped vegetarian pizza with delicious ingredients like artichokes, peppers, and a great price. And a tasty Margherita pizza too. I recommend it.

11/05/2026: I stopped by this morning since I was 15 minutes early for an appointment. I said hello when I walked in, but there was no response (two servers were there, one tidying up and the other preparing a drink). I figured they were busy, so I went to the register to order and waited patiently for them to be available... then impatiently (lingering glances, "well..."). After five minutes during which neither of them looked at me or asked if I wanted to order, I finally left. I did say "have a good day anyway," and again, no response. It's quite incomprehensible; it's basic customer service, after all. And it was clearly open since they served someone just as I walked in (and it was 8 a.m.). It's not like Starbucks is particularly good or cheap, it's just that you usually know you'll be served efficiently and get your coffee before leaving. So clearly there's no point in this one...

12/03/2026: Disappointed... out of 3 pizzas, all 3 were disappointing. We ordered a Reine pizza with extra pepperoni, but we didn't get the pepperoni. We also ordered a Cannibal pizza without merguez sausage and with extra pepperoni, but they replaced the ground beef with pepperoni. The same thing happened with the other pizza. And sorry, but you're a bit stingy with the toppings compared to other Domino's locations...

06/02/2026: I thought I was the only one who noticed the quality wasn't the same anymore, but judging by the other reviews, we all agree. It's a shame; it used to be very good, but it's much worse now. P.S.: The opening hours are incorrect. They close at 11 p.m. every day, not 2 a.m. on weekends as stated on Google.

26/04/2026: The rooms have just been renovated, but the finishing touches need improvement, and the cleanliness of the toilets and showers is also questionable. It's also quite something to just dump the dirty sheets on the lawn. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was appalling: no supplies, disgusting cutlery, a coffee machine that left grounds and no milk, and the receptionist as friendly as a prison guard when you ask him to refill anything. Cold crepes, cold scrambled eggs and bacon, and the water in the egg dispenser was as clean as the cutlery. I think we pay extra for breakfast, don't we? Truly shameful.

26/04/2026: Clean room, perfect walk-in shower, but breakfast is a nightmare because if you don't go early, there's nothing left and it's never replenished. You have to be there from 6 am onwards 🐓🐓🐓 and the staff... well, let's not even go there...

10/12/2025: There was a time when it was so filling you could barely finish your sandwich. Now, the tuna one is more like mayo/tuna than tuna/mayo. Smaller bread, less filling—I'm switching to another place.

04/12/2025: The croissant was cold, but that's forgivable compared to their shameful hot chocolate (be warned, you have to wait 20 minutes for it to cool down, otherwise you'll burn yourself). It was incredibly sweet. I asked if it was possible to add milk, and they did so reluctantly, as if I were asking a huge favor. Plus, the waitress didn't even stir it. In the end, I had thick hot chocolate at the bottom of the cup and milk in the other half. I didn't notice right away. It was only after drinking the milk, thinking it had been stirred, that I saw this diabetic-looking mass of hot chocolate. PS: Okay, I understand that eating in is a bit more expensive, but if only they cleaned the tables, it would be justified, wouldn't it?
