09/09/2024: I agree with many people, we waited years to have McDonald's in Rambouillet but what a disappointment!!! The quantities are getting smaller and smaller but on the other hand they are increasing the prices (double cheeseburger requested and it is the size of the children's menu) then served almost cold, and the cleanliness we are talking about????

08/09/2024: Surprise de voir qu’une personne certainement la responsable n’avait pas de charlotte sur la tête pour éviter d’avoir des cheveux dans la bouffe N’est ce pas obligatoire ??? Un gros manque d’hygiène

06/09/2024: Endroit sympathique mais gros gros soucis sur la fraîcheur des aliments! En voulant faire mon wok je me suis aperçue que la viande était avariée. Je suis très déçue de ce restaurant !

01/12/2024: Improbable experience... Terrible service, overwhelmed team while the room is half empty... 44 minutes to be served...as a priority 👍and the order is incomplete, the manager arrogant...to finish in 50 minutes with a it's not my fault...with the tray full and of course cold.. . All this for 2 happy meals and 1 best of Big Mac Message to owner.... review recruitment. My worst experience in a fast food restaurant...

01/12/2024: THE CREDIEST MAC DO I HAVE SEEN!!! It's simply abominably dirty. To throw up! Everything is greasy, sticky, stinks, the trash cans are dripping, there are pools of soda in front... The toilets are a horror! The waiters seem surprised when we ask to clean the tables. I wonder how we're not sick... I can't even imagine the state of the kitchen...

14/09/2024: Burger and fries served cold. We reported it 4 times and 4 times the staff (arrogant) told us to wait at our table and nothing. Very dirty restaurant.

14/09/2024: McDonald's not clean, hygiene really needs to be reviewed!!! The trays are disgusting! And the fries, let’s not talk about them, are cold and not cooked. And obviously two days later sick!! Avoid unless you have pounds to lose and want to have a good stomach ache.

15/09/2024: Accueil irrespectueux !! Nous nous sommes présentés en famille. Ils nous ont ignorés, sans bonjour. Mauvais accueil. Nous sommes partis sans prendre de repas et mes enfants étaient dessus.

10/09/2024: Horrible, intoxication alimentaire avec des Girassoli...malade pendant 3 jours. Mauvaise ambiance entre les serveurs, aucun n est à la place. Restaurant à fuir,

24/09/2024: Golf played in June 2024. Original golf course due to its location and the views it offers over the river, but a little short without being hyper technical and a little in its own right. The bunkers are clearly abandoned. The majority of the greens are in fairly good condition, but some are very damaged. The fairways look like meadows. A little disappointed given its reputation.

11/09/2024: Nous avions réservé une table pour déjeuner, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le service est rapide et les plats sont bons et chaud. Nous avons adoré le far breton tiède bien vendus par le serveur ☺️. Nous reviendrons car le cadre est agréable et au calme, peut-être pour la soirée découverte du golf du mercredi !

13/12/2024: We had two happy meals at the drive-thru... a unique experience, never to be had again. In addition to a long wait at the terminal, we were told that there were no more toys... so we had the same book twice, which is nothing compared to the cheeseburgers we got discovered once we arrived at our place! The latter did not have steak (photos supporting), which boiled down our children's hamburgers to two slices of bread, a slice of cheese and a layer of ketchup. I've never seen this anywhere else... avoid it!

12/12/2024: Ashamed! The notions of business sense and customer relations are completely absent at Mc Donald's Achères! No consistency between them. I asked if it was possible to buy a toy alone, the person at the checkout said yes. When it's time to pay, his manager sitting behind me, her nose on her computer, calls him and whispers behind my back! In the end the person at the cash register tells me that she can't have her colleague say that I have to pay for the Happy Meal menu. Scandalous for a manager not to take responsibility and prefers to hide behind her computer and send her colleague. What a cruel lack of professionalism! I travel often and this is the only McDonald's in France to refuse this. Run away before you even park.

21/07/2024: Sommes nous à Lyon ou en Bourgogne, Au bord du Rhône ou de la Saône ? Non, nous sommes au Port-Marly au bord de la Seine ! Les spécialités lyonnaises sont toutes parfaites. Mention spéciale pour les terrines maison, la quenelle et la tarte praline. Pour les vins, une carte incroyable, particulièrement en Bourgogne. Tous les domaines qui font rêver sont à la carte à des prix que l'on ne trouve jamais en région parisienne; Méo-Camuzet, Georges Roumier, Trapet, Comte Senard, Noellat, Lacroix, Dujardin, Dauvissat et bien d'autres.... Un moment inoubliable !

07/07/2024: Good products but simple. I go there especially for the price thanks to the 3 + 1. Fresh breads keep well in the freezer. Early in the morning it can take a long time to get served even with 2 people in front because the cashier has to stock her shelves at the same time as serving and cashing. After 7 p.m. it is difficult to still have bread.

05/07/2024: An incredible experience. I came there on a Monday evening to order pastries for 30 people on Friday. At my request, I leave with a copy of the order form. I called on Thursday to make sure my order was processed. They couldn't find my voucher. I had to repeat everything over the phone. And Friday morning when I came by, nothing was ready and for good reason they couldn't find the order. Impossible to have apple fritters which I had to replace with pasteis... No commercial sense, it's a disaster.

23/01/2025: It's more of a fast food restaurant at this level but simply a "food" ... list of problems encountered this evening at 7 p.m.: -30 minutes for 3 menus (luckily I went to the counter because my order CB 87 was not called while we were at CB 94... -No toys in the happy meal -No sauces -No bacon (on paper I paid the extra) -Lady who sighs and no commercial gesture for the delay etc... Message for the manager(s) of this Macdonald: do not train 3 young people at the same time by letting them work alone, review training, customer service and above all focus your priorities on recurring problems, there is no need to do an audit to see what's wrong, read the comments and wake up...

19/01/2025: Really love this McDonald's every time they forget products I was today I asked for a menu and a pistachio ice cream I saw that everyone confirmed their order and each time something was missing so I looked at mine and They forgot the ice cream (mc flurry) I asked for it They gave it to me but without the cookies that are part of the pistachio ice cream🤡 Frankly, the people there are really not efficient.

27/09/2023: J y suis allée ce midi, le service impeccable par contre les tables étaient sales.

10/11/2024: ce soir, dimanche 10 novembre, on aura vraiment tout vu dans ce restaurant. Fidèle client depuis l'ouverture du Mac Do de Poissy, je ne peux que constater le déclin de cet établissement au fil des années Attendre plus d'un heure pour avoir son menu, je n'avais jamais v'cu cela malgré la forte influence de ce soir. Chaque client après avoir été servi, revenait au comptoir pour demander un article manquant , et j'ai du faire de même, pour manger des sandwichs et frites froids (c 'est constamment au MacDo de Poissy d'avoir des repas froids de servis). Bref ce soir, il n'y avait aucun organisation, c était le bordel complet, du jamais vue.... Au final, depuis le temps que j'y pensais, je ne me retournerai plus dans ce restaurant, plus envie ce genre d'expérience (qui arrive trop souvent), pour au final manger des repas froids et continuer à payer des prix exorbitants .... la satisfaction client chez Mac Do, il ne connaisse pas .... il y a que le chiffe d'affaire qui compte ....

30/10/2024: J ai été le soir du 30 octobre 2024, service impeccable serveur souriant attentionnée. J ai passé un bon moment merci au Serveur (Nathan) service incroyable il faudrait plus de jeunes comme lui qui font le boulot avec le sourire c est très important #MCDONALD POISSY 78300 Ps j ai tellement été bien servi que j ai demander son nom au serveur.
