07/07/2026: One of the worst food experiences of my life. The spring rolls had absolutely no taste and were microwaved, completely soggy. The noodles were just as bad, and the beef with onions wasn't fresh and had a terrible flavor. To top it all off, everything was reheated directly on the same plate in the microwave. I left with a bitter taste in my mouth because I feel like I was ripped off. Definitely avoid this place, not to mention the staff who completely ignored me when I explained that everything was wrong! Honestly, I've never given a place such a bad rating.

03/05/2026: The ventilation in the room didn't work—it was stuffy. Of course, we opened the window, and it was great that it was there and could be opened. But the broken ventilation spoiled the impression of the beautiful bathroom.

29/07/2026: The staff is very pleasant and the food is quite good. Hygiene seems to be up to standard. However, I must admit that the quinoa isn't cooked properly. It's overcooked and becomes a real mush, which is why I haven't been ordering it for several months now, despite trying again several times. That's why I'm only giving it 4 stars.

15/08/2026: Far too expensive for the quality of the food. While the fruit is certainly the most expensive component, the dish consisted mainly of potatoes and fries rather than shrimp and lobster. The service was very unfriendly; we felt like we were bothering them. It was my first time there, and it will be my last. They've built their reputation on the quantity of food in their dishes, but the flavors simply aren't there. Very disappointed.

12/08/2026: We ordered three royal couscous dishes to take away for lunch today, and while they were very good, I agree with the other reviews: the portion size was small. The chicken thighs were tiny, there was only one small meatball, one small skewer, and a standard merguez sausage. Considering the price, it's expensive for what it is. As for the service, the woman at the front of house/waiting was unpleasant (since the restaurant was empty, we can't say her mood was due to being overcrowded). It was our first time ordering from them, and it will certainly be our last (especially knowing that there's an excellent Moroccan restaurant in Plaisir that's impeccable in every way, unfortunately closed in August).

30/08/2026: Disgusting. I can't put it any other way. I ordered the burger with beef and fries. This is what I received—a burger with chicken that was completely undercooked, it was truly disgusting, and there were hardly any fries.

27/08/2026: Really not great. Going on a Thursday at 5pm, there were only five of us in McDonald's and I waited 20 minutes for my order.

28/08/2026: The servers take a very long time to serve you. They're not responsive. We ordered a three-scoop ice cream, and they gave us the wrong flavors. We sent it back, and they gave us the wrong flavors again. 😡 Furthermore, we were the only ones at the table, so there was no pressure on the servers, who preferred looking at their phones in the kitchen to serving customers. Unacceptable.

07/06/2026: I went there Tuesday evening with my daughter, everything was fine, I ate salt and pepper prawns. I was sick all night 🤮🤮 for 3 days plus a headache 🤕🤕🤒🤢. I don't think I'll go back.

03/06/2026: The manager was very rude and her behavior was unprofessional. She doesn't know how to speak to customers respectfully, which made my experience very unpleasant.

13/09/2026: The service was great, but the Paris-Brest was a real disappointment. I used to stop and get a Paris-Brest on my way to see my mother. Today I bought a Paris-Brest for four people for €29.50: no praline flavor, very bland. It used to be better. What a shame… I won't stop there again.

05/09/2026: I wanted to try and share the famous Paris-Brest with my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Beautiful display, excellent service.

01/09/2026: A wonderful discovery in Chatou! The staff were incredibly attentive, and the food was high-quality and generous. We had pizzas, which were absolutely delicious. The desserts are homemade. The establishment is clean and has a friendly, family atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! yc

27/06/2026: We were supposed to come to the hotel on June 25th or 26th of this week, but due to the heatwave, we had to cancel our stay because my mother is undergoing chemotherapy (she's considered vulnerable), especially in this heat. We notified Booking.com, who acknowledged this legitimate reason. I've tried contacting the manager, but he's not there. When I call, I get a so-called "employee" who can't tell me when his boss will be in. 😅 The hotel isn't responding regarding our free cancellation. Furthermore, we're facing a €20 surcharge due to this unforeseen circumstance. I find the hotel's behavior lacking in humanity... but I think it's more profitable to charge people... these days, humanity is practically nonexistent. After checking the hotel's status: 'Business ceased operations on 05/31/2026' Even though the reservation was made for a date later (almost a month later) So I find this disrespectful and dishonest towards customers...

21/06/2026: My boyfriend and I were just passing through when he choked so badly he couldn't breathe. I had to call emergency services. We hadn't even touched our supposedly roasted Camembert. He made it clear I had to pay for this thing (see attached). It's frankly despicable behavior. Seriously, avoid this place. The manager is just...horrible...
