11/09/2024: Really disgusting!!!! I do not advise you on all!!!!

05/09/2024: Staff is not smiling and the service is slow. They wait to collect the plates from the table and take drink orders. The calamari and spring rolls had a rubbery texture. The service seems to operate like a factory.

20/08/2024: On August 13, 2024 around 2:35 p.m. I decided to have a coffee at the Pariwest shopping center. The expected pleasant moment turned into an unpleasant moment. I sat in the customer area, people were very discreet, however this was not the case for an employee. Indeed, I was shocked by the behavior of this employee, who is a lady (between 45 and 53 years old, boy haircut and wearing glasses), this person seems to be in charge of the place, since she was speaking to her employee, from the uncleaned cart from the day before. The most shocking thing was the unpleasant way she spoke to a customer of about 16 years old who asked for extra sugar. The screaming manager tells him that it's 2 sugars per drink, and no more, and this in the most unpleasant form possible. The client made me sad since she seemed to be very bothered and upset. I had my coffee without sugar so she could have just given him the sugar that I didn't consume with my coffee. The loss of profit in sugar is not considered that significant in comparison to the potential loss of customers with such poor service. Pomme de Pain seems to be very stingy in terms of sugar, so there is no longer any reason for me to consume it from this store. I had to consume my coffee quickly in order to leave this place as quickly as possible. It is an uncomfortable place, because this manager of the premises does not speak but screams, instead of approaching her other employee to speak to him, she shouts very loudly so that this employee who is far from her, in the customer area, can answer one of his questions concerning a can of drink he consumed.

15/09/2024: I went to eat with my daughter and my partner, the reception was mediocre, the dishes were extremely expensive (you'll find better elsewhere and cheaper) and the exploitation of the servers is clearly visible. the little pseudo-Portuguese gentleman who we imagine to be the very haughty manager, his way of speaking makes you think you are in the 40s despite his young age. not to go ladies and gentlemen

31/08/2024: We reserved a table for dinner. We warned the waiter that we would be a little late and he replied that there was no problem. Once we arrived, we were informed that we had to wait because our table had been given to someone else. 20 minutes later we went to see them because there was no news, just to tell us that there was nothing left in the fridges. This is unacceptable!

29/09/2024: The food is good, wok and classic Asian all-you-can-eat buffet. Been several times so far no bad surprises, the price has increased but also includes unlimited drinks (non-alcoholic).

28/09/2024: We had already been here a few years ago, we wanted to try again and well we won't come back again... A lot of choice but the quality leaves something to be desired.... Products whose freshness is questionable... Even the coffee was undrinkable with lots of coffee grounds in it....

21/08/2024: Excellent value for money in my opinion. I order from them for takeout weekly. Sometimes there are difficulties in meeting the deadline announced on the telephone, but efforts have been made.

21/08/2024: Always a pleasure to eat here. I've been coming for 7 years and it's a real pleasure. The team is very friendly and kind. The restaurant is a victim of its own success, so you have to be patient but it's worth it. The new terrace is pleasant.

18/09/2024: I think I have the Palme d’Or there! Order placed yesterday at 11 p.m. Someone took a bite of my pizza, with the pleasure of paying €18 for it without reimbursement from deliveroo Pizza without seal so to find out who made it good luck! I'll call you tomorrow my wolves ❤️

12/05/2024: The quality of the sushi is similar to that of Japanese all-you-can-eat/wok although the prices are much higher and it is obviously not all-you-can-eat! I strongly advise against

13/04/2024: I have been around this restaurant for a long time and I have to admit that its quality has declined. The quantities are smaller, the prices higher and the sushi/makis have a portion of rice that is far too large compared to the fish. I still recommend it, it's simple, quick and effective when you have a fairly big budget and you want Japanese.

11/09/2024: Very bad pizzeria. The main (senior) server makes mistakes, doesn't even apologize and doesn't offer any compensation. To flee!!! (A priori they are closing, a fair blow)

As a prefecture agent, I know how unpleasant it is for users to be poorly received, worse with my three children we were customers. Order placed at 1:10 p.m. and served after 1:50 p.m. For my part, I ate with my 8 year old daughter who wanted to eat at Pino at all costs. 07/19/24 In addition to an error in the addition which given the attitude I no longer consider as an error. I would no longer set foot in this high-priced franchise when there are other restaurants with more attractive prices including unlimited pizza and other dishes.

Arriving at 2:10 p.m., we were surprised to be refused the opportunity to eat on site, the establishment only offering takeaway meals at that time. This decision lacks logic, especially since the restaurant was busy and we were ready to place a full order immediately. The attitude of the staff at reception left something to be desired, bordering on indifference, even bad faith. Furthermore, hygiene is a worrying point, the establishment having already received several warnings on this subject. I strongly advise you to check the reviews on Google and Uber Eats before venturing there. Frankly, it's better to move on.
