31/08/2024: Nowadays, it is hard to find restaurateurs who are fully aware of possible cooking or other errors. I would like to say that this restaurateur is to be recommended with his eyes closed (for ours due to a cooking error which assessed the proposal to recook and the failure to cover the burger on the bill by the manager.) I salute this professionalism. On the other hand, all the menus were divine. WELL DONE..!

23/09/2024: ⚠️Place to escape..please take a wide detour, especially advice: don't have cocktails, they don't know how to make them and especially mojitos at 9th, never tasted something like this...to vomit.. regarding the dishes, don't expect great cuisine.. more sauce than anything else, nothing is homemade... really disappointed, go spend your money elsewhere.. boss not at all attentive to his customers … in short, to flee

04/11/2025: I'll try eating there next time, given the reviews, but so far, having a drink there hasn't been very convincing... the waiter was completely incompetent (forgotten our order three times), and when the waiters talk amongst themselves, saying they're "getting screwed over on their hours" in front of the customers, well, it creates a less than zen atmosphere 🤔 Come on! A little effort... you have to own up to it

19/10/2025: The setting is beautiful, but the food and drinks are quite expensive. A treat for yourself every now and then.

12/11/2024: Nice owners and a clean hotel; however, there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom in my room which I couldn't get rid of despite my attempts including airing out the room in the middle of November. Unfortunately I had to sleep with my room smelling like this.

07/11/2024: We are not very restaurant-oriented because we are often disappointed and yesterday at lunchtime, wanting to treat ourselves, we randomly came across this one and were delighted by the welcome and the abundant and succulent daily menu. The lady is of Portuguese origin and we visited her beautiful country by bike.

10/11/2024: Nous y sommes allés pour le côté producteurs locaux et nous pensions trouver quelque chose de plus gastronomique( vu le prix des menus)c'était plutôt rustique,( on a rien contre) et question produits locaux , comme dit Charlotte ma compagne ," les favouilles et le bar ils les pêchent dans l'Ubaye?". Tatillonne , la mer n'est pas si loin; bref , c'était pas vraiment mauvais , la cassolette d'oeufs, (huile truffe??), les ravioles acceptables sans être un hommage a la vallée, et la tranche de gigot, ordinaire(au foin?? ), le tout sans casser deux pattes a un dahut.Le dessert était quand même un problème, le frisson du Bachelard c'était plutôt le caisson du Bachelard, meringue et crème de châtaigne, évoquent légèreté , la non,un bloc farcis d'amandes piegeuses, pas fabrication locale ça je pense. Re bref, rapport qualité prix pas au rdv; le service est rapide, une heure a tout casser si on est pressé on appréciera le service em-pressé, où on passera son chemin

06/10/2024: L'auberge ne fait pas honneur aux ravioles de Fours qui sont épaisses, pâteuses et sans goût, quant au rôti de 7heures du pays confit au foin, grande déception ! Dans les deux cas. de figure, La recette est vraiment à revoir !

01/09/2024: Correct value for money. Too bad we waited 40 minutes to get our dish. Which left no time for dessert. Then 20 minutes for a coffee we were once again forgotten. Lack of organization. Plan to hold in advance

01/09/2024: We highly recommend the store-bought coffee. The food is very good, the dishes are copious, well presented and very tasty. The staff is very friendly and pleasant.

09/07/2025: Superb chalet at the foot of the slopes and hiking trails. Warm and friendly welcome. And the Wi-Fi has just been upgraded for more flexible browsing.

10/11/2024: The white pizza dough not cooked at all I think we are going to be sick we will come and get reimbursed from the doctor, the pizza cheese is burnt but when I say burnt it is burnt
