22/09/2024: Atypical friendly place. Waiter at the top. We came without reservation, the restaurant was full. We were warned of a wait and in the end we didn't wait that long. The truffled tartare is a treat and the matured beef is a delight. Go there with your eyes closed

30/09/2024: The food was good but nothing more. The starter, cheese with honey, was very little in relation to the price. The entricôte was nicely grilled and good. I had ordered dessert, but it was forgotten and not served. All in all a nice place and good food. However, with small errors

02/10/2024: We went to the restaurant for dinner twice. First a warm welcome and then excellent service. The food was of exquisite taste and the wines were top notch. We were completely satisfied, we can only recommend the restaurant, a prior reservation would be advisable.

In addition, the waiter reconciled me with the Merlot.

Very pleasant little vaulted room and a nice surprise when the dishes arrived. First of all we say wow🤩 before the tasting. The dishes are nicely decorated and the portions are correct.
The kitchen is very good. An address to remember

05/09/2024: Evening meal during which the superb outdoor terrace was unfortunately not accessible because it was a little cool. So we ate inside in a beautiful room which was extremely noisy. Really not pleasant to have a conversation. The flank steak was good and served with small potatoes and ratatouille cooked over a wood fire. Dessert with sweet chocolate Religieuse (a little hard!). Great service with a young and dynamic team.

Quite a few steps, the arrival is easy (a descent) but then you have to go back up again!
The steps are sometimes high and they take up a good part of the journey to the waterfall. The walk to get there is absolutely magnificent and a large part is in the shade, allow 15 minutes of journey time if you take your time. The route is accompanied by a rope that you can hold on to, it is present on the majority of the path.
Be careful, in summer there is less water flowing from the waterfall.

Limited guanciale with lots of toppings.
Tiramisu chestnut a little heavy.
Reception a little cold.

05/10/2024: We have known this hostel for over 30 years. Last night it was a family meal, the two of us and our two daughters, a very nice moment. Whether it's the meal, the service, the welcome, we are never disappointed. Thanks again to the Belin family for delighting our taste buds.
