14/08/2026: I've rarely seen a restaurant with such delicious and generous cuisine! Special mention goes to the gourmet salad, served in a huge bowl and so full that two people could easily eat from it. The portions are more than ample, and the mountain views and mini-golf course are superb. A delightful discovery in the Ariège region.

02/08/2026: Located at the foot of the Pog de Montségur, which can be seen from the terrace, the restaurant welcomes us with a simple atmosphere and surprises us with refined cuisine. The chef is very, perhaps too, generous with the portions—ideal for big eaters! The food is delicate, the products are mostly local, and my order was cooked exactly as requested. The fries were homemade, not boiled in oil 😲—that's becoming so rare, it's worth mentioning. In short, a wonderful culinary experience that makes us want to return. Thank you to the three of you.

30/07/2026: Excellent, I highly recommend this gourmet dish, very good for the price, between €14 and €17 for beautifully presented plates. I recommend it if you're passing through.

16/07/2026: I was craving a burger. I dropped by during the lunch rush, without warning, to place a takeaway order. It took 10 minutes. And as a result, I stuffed myself silly. One of the best burgers I've ever had, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The chef and his daughter are very friendly. In short, the best restaurant in the area, by a long shot…

16/03/2026: Despite the stairs for three floors (especially when returning from a night out), we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We slept well, and the breakfast kept us going during our mountain excursions.

27/08/2026: A delightful surprise awaited us during our lunch stop on the way back from our holiday on the N20. We enjoyed a truly exceptional homemade foie gras. A wonderful and delicious discovery. I highly recommend it.

12/09/2026: A pretty bad experience. This restaurant is only worth it for the €25 set menu. Ordering à la carte is quite expensive. We booked a table for 13 people a month in advance. When we sat down, they rushed to serve our drinks and then told us they only had 6 set menus left, and that the rest of us would have to order from the à la carte menu. We asked them to prepare a menu with other dishes that would fit the €25 price, and they said it wasn't possible. We had to split the 6 set menus with some extra salads to avoid paying an exorbitant amount. It's the first time I've ever been in a restaurant where the set menu runs out and they don't offer alternative dishes. If you offer a set menu, you have to serve it. We won't be back.

10/06/2026: We went there for dinner. The setting was very pleasant with a sunset over the Ariège river, a friendly welcome, smiling waiters, and good regional specialties. I recommend it.

18/08/2026: A unique concept where you order your pizza from a kiosk accessible at any time. I tried the Ariègeoise, which was very good. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and flavorful! I recommend it.

15/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. Simple but effective. The meat is very tender and the fries are delicious. The salads are the same. Local beers are a bonus. The place is very pleasant and the service is good too. We recommend it 100%.

20/07/2026: The location is superb, served by the restaurant La Sapinière. Frankly, avoid it. It's a nightmare in the kitchen. The menu is expensive compared to the quality served; the goat cheese in the salad is inedible, the trout has no taste, and the cooking is careless.

05/06/2026: Truly, a timeless bubble, and I know I'll get criticized for this, but the child-free zone is a real bonus when you're highly sensitive and want to relax. I thank my darling; it was the gift he gave me for Christmas, and this moment away from everything with him was very pleasant. I'll definitely do it again 😉
