29/11/2024: An absolutely perfect place! The boss is adorable and welcomes you as if you were part of the family. The terrace in summer is a true haven of peace: shaded, cool, and located on the edge of the canal, it invites you to relax. The waitress is charming and attentive, always smiling and attentive to every detail. And what about the kitchen? Delicious! Tasty dishes, prepared with care and fresh products. An address not to be missed!

15/09/2024: Le rituel annuel, un weekend en amoureux à la petite auberge☺️. Accueil chaleureux on se sent chez soi. Chambre très propre bien insonorisée literie top sèche cheveux bouilloire café thé à dispo. Petit déjeuner local avec pains de toutes sortes viennoiseries fromages et charcuterie ariegeoises. Côté resto que du local aussi. Croustade aux pommes à tomber, filet de bœuf hyper tendre...merci à la jeune dame qui sert en salle son sourire sa gentillesse même quand la salle est pleine. Merci aux cuisines aussi 🙏. Merci à Fabien et toute son équipe pour cette parenthèse ariegeoise très agréable.

17/09/2024: Bonjour Pensez à mettre à jour les infos internet. Nous sommes venus le 17 septembre 2024 à midi et nous avons trouvé le resto fermé alors que sur le site Web il était noté comme ouvert

04/09/2024: Magnificent and relaxing place with a superb wooden terrace at the back of the restaurant which gives a magnificent view. Made to look like a large mountain chalet. I recommend this place.

16/08/2024: Excellent menus. Porcini mushroom sauces in many dishes. Congratulations on the sweetbread, taken and taken and taken again. We had a blast! We will come back, that's for sure.

17/08/2024: Small, timeless, warm place, mountain view terrace and interior with a magical atmosphere. Perfect for the end of the day, hiking, motorcycle riding, etc. The boss is adorable and the products are super good. To taste beers, cold meats and other small dishes I recommend. Please note it is not open all year round, only in summer depending on the boss's arrangements.

16/08/2024: What a great discovery of this completely atypical little restaurant nestled in the heights of UNAC. We liked it so much that we ate there 2 nights in a row. Only local products, with homemade recipes concocted by the boss, Raphaël. We tested everything and everything is very good: the charcuterie platter made up of 5 items (cured ham, lomo etc...), the pâté, the ham, the salad with pickle vinaigrette, the sheep's cheese with its little jam, its Ariège square. The local beer is very good. We eat casually, without fuss. The pattern is extremely simple and user-friendly. The place is quiet with the mountain as a view if you want to eat on the terrace. What a great discovery!!! We will definitely come back during our next summer trip to Ax les thermes. We recommend ++++

16/09/2024: Accueil désagréable du personnel alors qu on pourrait s attendre à un accueil digne des auberges de montagne . Dommage car cadre sympathique.

02/09/2024: Un cassoulet toujours aussi bon et généreux dans ce cadre familial mais le lobe de foie gras était très foncé et quelques points rouges parsemaient le foie dommage

17/08/2024: Excellent welcome, excellent prime rib cooked to perfection (which is not often the case for meats served in restaurants), the same for the other dishes, excellent wine... You will have understood, 2 couples with 2 teenagers we had a great time on the garden terrace. Don't change anything, we'll be back!
