Despite an anticipation of the reservation where everything was set by email, a slight malfunction was largely caught by Florian Karim et. Carol ?? ...PS (the young waitress with the braid lacks a smile, too bad...I can understand because it's understaffed, but we're here to have a good evening, not to get swept up 😊)

10/09/2024: A very enjoyable experience. It is easy to find and very attractive inside and out. Seating inside and out in a covered courtyard. Local beer very tasty, food superb.
Service quick with a smile.
If I could I would like to try everything on the menu.
The gesiers salad is superb and we enjoyed the dark blue bread that came with the duck burger.
30/08/2024: Il cibo è di qualità ottima, con prodotti locali come la trota biologica di un lago vicino o l'agnello con la salsa di ortica. Eccellente carta dei vini.
Ho molto apprezzato che la sera del ns arrivo, piuttosto tardi nello stupendo villaggio di Montségur, benché il ristorante fosse già in chiusura, ci abbiano comunque preparato un piatto freddo con uno squisito fois gras, accompagnato dal buonissimo Muscat.

19/08/2024: The mochis were amazing, the noodles superb with sashimi salmon, and the maki black were the freshest i ever got to taste in my life. The owner himself served us really friendly, and we walked away satistfied with a full stomach and with not a lot of money spent.
07/07/2024: Honestly a very warm welcome even though we were a good hour late. Good evening advice and explanations on their cooking and the dishes were simply very good. We recommend and we will return.

30/09/2024: A very warm welcome, excellent bedding, a large wardrobe to store your clothes and a beautiful bathroom, toilet, the whole is very clean, a relaxing rear view of Ariège and a good quality breakfast. A large public car park about 400m away (rates may be excessive and payment varies) with good restaurants nearby for all tastes. Thanks again to the young girl at reception for her kindness and professionalism.
29/09/2024: Very nice address to stay in the beautiful town of Foix. The hotel is perfectly located, its quality services. Spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast is generous and pleasantly served on the veranda overlooking the Ariège.
Attentive staff, friendliness and a very warm welcome. A family atmosphere.
Recommended without hesitation

Beautiful ski area.
For the summer, in addition to hiking, the resort has a summer toboggan run, mountain bike downhill circuits, outdoor swimming pool, shops.

We collected our 2 pizzas at 10:10 p.m., totally cold, not even a little warm.
Not great cold pizzas ☹️
