19/07/2026: Unfortunately, my experience in this restaurant was very disappointing. The brochettes were very hard, dry and sans saveur. On avait l'impression que la qualité des ingredients n'était pas au rendezvous. Le zereshk polo au poulet était extremely gras et ne ressemblait en rien à un veritable zereshk polo iranien, neither par le taste nor par la preparation. If you want to discover the Iranian cuisine to someone who doesn't know it, it might be convenient. En revanche, for those who know the true Iranian cuisine, the experience is very disappointing. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this restaurant. The kebabs were very hard, dry and tasteless and it seemed that the quality of the ingredients was not very good. The chicken barshk polo was also too fatty and, in terms of taste and preparation, did not resemble the authentic Iranian barshk polo. Considering the quality of the food, the prices were not justified at all and it was not worth paying this price. Of course, the restaurant's atmosphere is stylish, clean and tidy, and in this regard it gets good points. If someone has never eaten Iranian food before, this restaurant may not be a bad place to start; but for those who are familiar with authentic Iranian cuisine, the quality of the food is truly disappointing.

14/07/2026: An excellent restaurant for discovering Persian cuisine. The setting is modern with touches of Persian culture and history; we enjoyed admiring the decor while waiting for our food. And what a marvel when the dish arrived! The blend of colors, aromas, and flavors was incredible. The kebabs were delicious. We will return to try other dishes because everything on the menu looked so tempting. The service was very pleasant and warm. Thank you to the restaurant for the shot of saffron liqueur; I loved it! And thank you to Papacito for this wonderful discovery.

And a big plus for the poutine selection, which was all delicious (pastrami and chicken in particular). 🤤 A great place to have in mind for a night out with friends or for exploring new places. ✨ And a big thumbs up from my partner, who gave it his seal of approval 👀 (he lived in the US 🇨🇦). And a big thumbs up from me for the absolute kindness of the restaurant owner. 🫶🏻 PS: The choice of punk/rock/metal music was fantastic! 🤘🏻

31/05/2026: Warm welcome. Pleasant outdoor terrace. Generous and delicious food. Good burgers with soft buns and generous toppings. The salad dressing is a gem 😉 Delicious maple syrup iced tea.

13/08/2026: One of my favorite bachata nights in Paris, the only downside: all the windows are closed the whole evening, and a fan just creates steam. In the end, the heat and humidity quickly become unbearable, but there's the terrace to cool off, which is very pleasant!

A special mention for the extra olives I always ask for: the portion is always generous, which is much appreciated. The pizzas are good, the service is pleasant, and the quality is consistent. 30/07/2026: A very pleasant surprise! After our surf lesson, we found ourselves in this little beach restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was amazing, and the decor was impeccable. The value for money was more than perfect; it's a shame it was our last day, it could have become my regular spot.

Spotlessly clean, I highly recommend it!

08/11/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times and I love it every time! Lovely decor, fantastic Caribbean atmosphere. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the portions are generous 🍽️ For dessert, I adored the coconut blancmange 🤤 Don't hesitate to go, it's worth the trip! They even have a room for events.

18/10/2025: A true Creole gem in Marignane! I enjoyed a swordfish loin with saffron rice, sweet potato mash, and a green salad—an absolute delight; the swordfish was simply succulent. My companion opted for a plate of Creole tapas, generous and full of flavor. The service? Impeccable. Dany, the owner, takes great care of his customers, and it shows: 35 years of passion and experience in every plate and every smile. Warm atmosphere, homemade cuisine, generous portions… Le Cocotier is a place to recommend without hesitation. Thank you, Dany, for this delicious and friendly experience!

08/08/2026: Very disappointed. The restaurant is known as a neighborhood classic, and I can't understand why. The pizzas (€24) are supposed to be house "specialties" but are on par with an €8 food truck pizza. Generally speaking, everything is expensive for the average quality, even the cocktails. Add to that the 15-minute wait despite having a reservation, the lack of water and bread served, and the very stuffy atmosphere, and it all falls far short of expectations. The only real positive point is the friendliness of the servers.
