17/05/2026: We came to eat with our friend who lives across the street. Sunny terrace ☀️ or shaded by trees, friendly atmosphere, impeccable service, and good, homemade food. We'll be back on our next holiday in the south.

04/05/2026: A very pleasant surprise. There were 11 of us, including 3 children. The menus offered by the owner were excellent, nothing to complain about. The atmosphere was wonderful. We were supposed to have lunch in the dining room that had been set up for us, but as the weather was lovely that day, the owner offered to set a table for us on the terrace. We were perfectly comfortable there, especially the children. The owners were welcoming and kind. I highly recommend it.

05/06/2026: I had a wonderful day at "Le Tanger" in Saint-Étienne! The welcome and service were excellent, the waiters were very kind and efficient. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a stylish setting and tasteful decor. The value for money is also excellent. It's very easy to get there; I didn't have to wait long to be seated. Spotlessly clean, I highly recommend it!

14/06/2026: Incredible place, courtyard, atmosphere, service. Family run. Beautiful location. Amazing food beautifully presented, superb drinks, friendly people. Smart but not stuffy. Make sure you don’t miss this place. Make sure you reserve a table. They only open for a couple of hours each evening. Tables get booked up.

The staff is consistently friendly and fast, making it an easy, laid-back choice for a weekend hangout. Highly recommend stopping by for a fun, casual evening in the city!

12/05/2026: Note: Flammekueche (Alsatian flatbread) is only served in the evening, which was a shame for us, as it was recommended by the locals. So we opted for the lunch special: Starter: asparagus, salad, ham, bacon, vinaigrette 👍 Main course: chicken supreme stuffed in the style of a tarte flambée, served with spätzle 👍 Friendly atmosphere Thank you, we'll be back for the tarte flambée!

16/01/2026: Chez Ammad: a neighborhood institution where the few remaining Montmartre locals still gather with renewed pleasure, while also attracting strollers discovering the Butte and looking for an authentic, affordable, and welcoming spot. Not forgetting the other Parisians who frequent the theaters (theaters like Abbesses, La Manufacture, and L'Atelier). You'll always be greeted by Foued's impeccable wit, humor, and charm, under the watchful eye of the great and endearing owner, Ammad, who has been running the bar for four decades now and preserving its history, which you'll discover when you visit. Bonus: a great musical atmosphere and often jam sessions and/or live concerts.

24/05/2026: Excellent experience at Sherazade in Meaux! I ordered 10 portions of royal couscous to take away and everyone loved it 😋 The portions were generous, the meat was perfectly cooked and very flavorful, with excellent semolina. The order was ready on time and the service was pleasant. I highly recommend it!
