The food was excellent, the service was attentive and on time—I had a pressing matter early this afternoon and was able to leave without any stress. The location in Septèmes is convenient, especially for those working in the area. I will gladly return, particularly for business meetings. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

18/09/2026: Frankly, Cappadocia has really changed since the business was passed down from the older generation to the younger one, and unfortunately, not for the better… The bread is far too thick, with an excessive amount of crumb, to the point where you can taste the bread more than the meat and everything else. The sandwich I got and ate straight away was cold, and the fries were undercooked. It's a shame, especially considering the quality that used to be there and that we were used to better. I really hope you'll reconsider all of this, because you risk losing many of your loyal customers. This is still constructive feedback, and I hope to see the quality return to what it was before soon.

02/09/2026: I love this restaurant where the food is delicious and refined. The welcome and service are impeccable. Last time, I had the baked egg with Maroilles cheese and mushrooms as a starter, and for my second starter, because I couldn't decide, the endive and goat cheese tatin. Mmm, it was so good! I haven't yet tried the famous 3T specialty, stone soup. Apparently, it's very good, made with seafood, and it's a dish best shared by two. On August 20, 2026, I finally tried the famous 3T specialty, stone soup. I won't reveal its ingredients, but this dish is worth the trip. I added a photo.

14/09/2026: Wow, what a change! The new team has really made a difference. We hadn't been coming for years because of the previous, unpleasant staff. Now we were very well received and served, and the food was excellent, just like when I used to come when I was younger. Well done to the new team for restoring the reputation of La Moule Gourmande!

14/09/2026: It was a pleasure to enjoy delicious mussels with several sauces, thanks to the excellent recommendations of a very kind and professional waitress who treated us like VIPs without pressuring us to choose or free up tables (even though the restaurant wasn't full at the end of July). The pizza was also very much appreciated. In short, a great holiday restaurant with a friendly, family atmosphere at a reasonable price. Perhaps a little noisy for a romantic conversation...it depends on your table neighbors. But we will gladly return. We would like to know the waitress's first name so we can thank her personally and wish her well. We hope the manager will recognize the qualities of...Anaïs... We are a Franco-Dutch couple visiting for the first time, so we don't know the staff...see you soon if we return to the area.

05/09/2026: Without hesitation! A warm welcome, impeccable and attentive service. Flawless cuisine, plenty of choice, delicious flavors, and a perfect balance of tastes that delight the palate. The wine list is concise and to the point. A friendly, always positive atmosphere with live music on weekends. Whether alone, as a couple, or with family, this is a must-visit on the French Riviera! The owner… I'll let you discover the man for yourself; Morgan Freeman must be proud to look like him. In short… go without hesitation!

27/09/2026: We were very disappointed by L’Escaladou. Given the prices and the numerous positive reviews, we expected much better. The ingredients were very low quality: the salt cod brandade, served in a tiny bowl, resembled mashed potatoes, and the poultry dish was cafeteria-style. And to top it all off, the owner forced us to share our table with other customers, without giving us a choice. Very disappointing value for money. We will not be returning.

07/06/2026: Based on the value and the excellent room condition, I am giving 5 stars. The hotel is part of the FORUM complex. It's next to the Gare Part Dieux station, but it's quiet. It's very modern. The price is very reasonable. The staff is friendly.
