One small drawback: they don't have wine or alcoholic drinks. But no matter! The good mint tea more than makes up for it.

03/07/2026: Hello, I am extremely disappointed and surprised by the way I was treated by two young women this Wednesday afternoon. This is a place I've frequented every Wednesday and Saturday for years. I've always been warmly welcomed and well served. There used to be a manager who ran the place wonderfully, but I haven't seen him since. I sat down with my little girl, who, in addition to a snack, wanted a bubble tea, something we've enjoyed for many years. The waitress was incredibly rude to us and asked us to leave because it was now forbidden to sit down with a drink not purchased from Columbus, even though I had bought my tray and paid for drinks there. Especially since a group was seated with a large portion of the drinks not from Columbus, and no one said anything to them. I find this reaction unacceptable, especially speaking to customers like that... if you don't like what you do, you should change professions, especially if you have to interact with other people. This is a place I used to really enjoy, and I always found the people there pleasant, except for that one day...

21/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel and booked three rooms. Upon arrival, we were given a Classic room that was extremely small. As a couple, it was barely functional — there was almost no space to move, and the only storage was a very tiny safe. I literally didn’t know where to put our belongings. We politely requested a larger room and they eventually upgraded us, which was appreciated. However, what really surprised and disappointed us was the deposit policy. They took a deposit for the three rooms and told us it was for any spa services or restaurant orders. At check-out, they did not return the deposit immediately. Instead, the receptionist had to go and personally inspect all three rooms before releasing it. The rooms had absolutely nothing valuable — no mini-bar, no valuables, not even bathrobes worth worrying about. It felt as though the hotel treats its guests as potential thieves, which created a very uncomfortable and distrustful atmosphere. If you are a couple, I strongly advise against booking the regular Classic rooms as they are too small and impractical. Regarding the deposit process, it needs serious improvement. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The breakfast has a nice French touch with some distinctive items, though the variety was quite limited. The waitresses in the restaurant were very friendly, understanding, and attentive, which was a highlight. we would like to thank the hotel management for their understanding, quick responses, and assistance with any questions we had.

13/05/2026: A very nice hotel, perfectly located in the pedestrian zone of Aix. The rooms are high quality and the staff are lovely. The breakfast was also excellent. I highly recommend it.

28/02/2026: We've been to Brasserie du Parc twice recently. The food is good, with excellent value for money. The welcome is pleasant and polite, which is worth mentioning. The only downside concerns the service. On our first visit, we pointed out to the manager a rather long wait time and a few hiccups: coffee spilled in our dessert and coffee ordered but ultimately not served. It was very busy that day, which is understandable, and we remain lenient on this point. This week, on our second visit, the same thing happened: a 30-minute wait after ordering before we had to ask again. The dishes then arrived quickly. However, once we'd finished our meal, it was impossible to get their attention to order coffee or dessert. So we decided to leave it at that. Far from being gratuitous criticism, as the establishment has real qualities, it would simply be appreciated if an effort were made on the follow-up in the dining room in order to achieve a flawless experience.

13/06/2026: I ordered a pan bagnat, what a disappointment! I don't know if they bake the bread themselves, but it was incredibly dry and not very good. I understand why it's hidden in its box. It was almost suffocating, which is a shame considering the recipe's origins. The only good point was that it had anchovies. The cheesecake was also heavy and dense, nothing like the cheesecake I know. I didn't even finish it. I'm really disappointed.

11/12/2025: The transfer of ownership was handled perfectly, by both the new and former owners. Go without hesitation. A loyal customer for years. It's a great, relaxed bistro, not to be confused with a restaurant. Given inflation, the prices remain competitive.
