08/07/2026: Horrible! We arrived early in the morning by bus. We wanted to greet the sunrise with coffee and croissants, but the salesperson told us that two coffees and three croissants was too little for a family of five, and he refused to serve us! Not only did the kids go hungry, but he also ruined our entire day! The cafe only had one type of croissant and three types of dry, cold pastries. The atmosphere was terrible! The place was dirty and smelly! And no matter how the owner tries to justify his comment, the fact remains! I asked for coffee and croissants first! When I said coffee first, while I asked the kids what kind of croissants they wanted, he refused to serve us! To get good reviews, you need to work on yourself and your business! And be happy and welcoming to every customer, regardless of whether they ordered 2 euros or 200!

15/07/2026: Passing through Marseille as a restaurant owner, the service was perfect! But above all, it was really delicious! The beef had a wonderful flavor, and the homemade sauces were excellent!

11/07/2026: Don't be fooled by the photos on social media; the reality in Joliette is quite different. The chain emphasizes its high-end offerings (Angus, Limousin breed, etc.), but no clear traceability or certification is prominently displayed in the shop. The value for money is simply not there. For a high price, you're greeted with a piece of paper barring entry to the dining area. As a result, you eat on the sidewalk of Rue Mazenod on uncomfortable trestles, exposed to the wind, while delivery drivers are given priority. The wait was 35 minutes, even though we were the only ones there. The self-service kiosks were poorly maintained, and there's no handwashing station. As for the food, it's a huge disappointment. The presentation is extremely minimalist, served on cardboard. The portions are really small (it took three burgers for my companion to have enough to eat, while I stuck to the basic menu for budget reasons). The burgers were very oily and overcooked, the taste of grease overpowering everything else. The fries were made of scraps from the bottom of the fryer. For this price, you'll find much better quality, more comfortable, and more transparent options in the Joliette district or on Rue de la République. It's a virtual experience that neglects the customer. Avoid it.

26/07/2026: A must-try restaurant! Don't even bother trying to eat it anywhere else. The wood-fired pizza is a Marseille tradition, a tradition dating back over 50 years. The management is exceptional, and it won't be around much longer. A truly typical Marseille restaurant... the owners are super friendly. I had a wonderful meal tonight...

19/05/2026: A 5-star stay from beginning to end (and even before, when we booked our stay). Comfort (room, bedding), cleanliness, responsiveness (important for us as we have a disability). Friendly and personal welcome. Super friendly and dedicated staff across all departments, from the restaurant team and wellness area staff to housekeeping, reception, and the management team, who were always present on-site. The hotel is well-located by the sea, surrounded by all kinds of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.
