10/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at this inn, which lived up to its reputation. The welcome and service were outstanding: professional, discreet, and friendly. Thank you to the entire team. Tastefully decorated, this inn resembles a mountain chalet. Enjoying mulled wine or herbal tea by the fireplace, an aperitif, or a digestif in the bar's lounges... I highly recommend the gourmet dinner and the hot trout starter (which must be ordered in advance). The relaxation area, swimming pool, spa, and hammam complete this idyllic picture. The breakfast buffet is impeccable. The prices are reasonable and entirely justified. We will gladly return.

25/09/2025: Incredible restaurant with cuisine like almost no other. All-you-can-eat starter buffet, choice of two main courses, cheeses, and desserts. Everything is homemade and excellent. I recommend it. The entrance from the road doesn't look like much, but the interior is an incredible surprise when you sit down at your table.

19/08/2024: We found at Lac du Pêcher a very beautiful place to rest: far from everything, in the middle of the immense landscapes of Cézallier. It is a vast buron tastefully landscaped with respect for the site, the birds, the lake and the meadows. Not a sound, no light pollution, very pure spring water on tap and a wonderful Japanese bath to relax... Laurence and Daniel are calm, considerate and friendly. The evening cuisine, under the stars, is creative, delicate... delicious!

12/11/2025: I stayed there at least five times between 2003 and 2020. I was never disappointed, neither by the hotel nor the restaurant. The owners and their staff are lovely; they love talking about their region and their cuisine, and they enjoy getting to know their guests. It's a must-visit in Aubrac.
