15/03/2026: The meal was excellent (the Saint-Nectaire fondue was superb, the beef tataki was superb, as was the steak), a family-run restaurant with a great atmosphere, and the servers were fantastic 👌 (thank you to Ange who was wonderful with the children). I'll definitely be back as soon as I'm in the area. Well done to them for the warm and welcoming atmosphere, thank you for a lovely evening.

28/02/2026: We spent three wonderful days on holiday with my children. Christine is a true sweetheart: kind, attentive to her guests, helpful, and punctual. The room is very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean—nothing to complain about! The restaurant is very good. We will gladly return. A big thank you also to Françoise and Sylvestre for their professionalism and friendliness. A big thank you to all three of you.

07/12/2025: First-floor room, to the right of the elevator... Well heated, despite what must be extremely thin interior walls. The restaurant is excellent, the service discreet and warm.

15/02/2026: When I order an iced tea, why do they bring me a tasteless peach syrup that has nothing to do with it, just to save money? Outside, the sign says Truffade €12.60, so why give me this spiel about it being a side dish? Change your sign, change your line of work! Besides, the truffade was overflowing the plate, it was poorly served with a single lettuce leaf to sell me a steak that came from Lidl across the street. Luckily I was hungry, otherwise I would have run for the hills. The plate was empty, no joke. It's not enough to have a nice decor; you also have to serve good food. We're far from that. I won't be eating at your place again; I had a stomachache all night. Run away!

19/02/2026: It used to be a good kebab place. The fries are awful, and the atmosphere is terrible—there's nobody there at lunchtime on a midweek. Meh, I won't be going back.

09/09/2025: We dropped by by chance and were simply very disappointed with the meal. The salmon was way overcooked and not really prepared. We were hoping for an improvement with dessert, but no. I don't really know how to cook, but I'm sure I'll do much better.

09/09/2025: Cheap, OK, but... for the same price, anyone could do better. No choice of dishes! OK, but what was offered was inedible, or nearly so (we were starving). Two large ladles of rice to fill us up, accompanied by three slices of zucchini and a piece of overcooked salmon. Dessert? Instead of crème brûlée, I got warm custard with sugar. The only positive was the excellent local cheese. What a shame, we would have enjoyed it so much more with real bread! Sorry, but out of a week of eating out for lunch and dinner in half of France, you will remain our worst memory.

25/10/2025: While passing through Aurillac, we had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant and were delighted. Everything was very good, with excellent quality ingredients. The welcome was warm and the staff very friendly. A wonderful discovery, we left very happy!

10/10/2025: My grandmother is a regular here; she comes almost every day for her coffee! Yesterday was her birthday, and I called the milk shop to ask if it would be possible to put a candle with her coffee, since no one in the family could be there with her... The milk shop actually gave her a waffle with a small candle on top. I want to sincerely thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness; this small gesture touched her and brightened her day!

14/11/2025: If I had had the foresight to read the reviews beforehand, we wouldn't have been ripped off... Well, we learn the hard way... Basic room. Decent bedding. Bathroom Open to the bedroom. Be careful not to splash water on the bed you're going to sleep on. Curtains half-closed... Extra pillows without pillowcases. The person who greeted us was very nice. The evening meal was basic...for 20 euros, you'd expect better. The bill wasn't sent to my email. However, my credit card was charged for an amount they had trouble justifying. In short, I received a refund of 21 euros...and they still kept 20 euros for two breakfasts included in the room price, according to the person who greeted us. In short, a hotel to AVOID!!!!
