A generous and expertly crafted burger: homemade foie gras, duck breast, thick ground beef patty, potato waffle, caramelized onions… all served with delicious crispy homemade fries. The servers are lovely, the chefs know their stuff, and the value for money is simply unbeatable. A real gem—authentic, hearty, and delicious! 🍔🔥

08/01/2026: Charming hotel and restaurant. The rooms are quiet, very pleasant, tastefully decorated, and feature a functional and elegant bathroom. The cuisine is refined and sophisticated. The staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend it for a wonderful stay in a typical village.

05/01/2026: Ideally located in the beautiful and unique village of Salers, the hotel offers stunning mountain views. The impeccably renovated room had a somewhat impersonal decor. The staff was welcoming, the food authentic, and the service excellent. Don't forget the lovely mountain walks to complete a pleasant stay.

06/12/2025: A very nice hotel, however, the prices have been steadily increasing for the past few years. A shame. I've been coming here for 5 years, and the half-board option is a bit overpriced.

01/09/2024: Correct room. We were in the trailer, without air conditioning. Avoid during a heatwave. Meal-wise, it’s just OK. No seasoning. And the “truffade” which is not a real truffade… Very kind staff, and very nice and quiet location

09/11/2024: Great moment with friends. We ate succulent spring rolls with the wok. The fish is excellent. Never disappointed when we come. We travel 90 km to come and have a great time. Maybe lack of choice in your desserts 🍨 🍨 🍨. The ice creams are great. We will come back. Correction: we ate there yesterday November 8, 2024 and the knives at our table were dirty (chocolate) as well as the paper placemats full of grease. Lack of choice in food, not enough quantity and not restocking. Hot dishes are cold. The desserts are inedible, not good. When paying not even a thank you goodbye. We won't come there again. You have lost customers.

09/11/2024: I strongly advise against this place. This is not an all-you-can-eat restaurant. It’s a donation place. The service is non-existent. There is almost no choice. The food is rotten, the meat is brown. The fight is very hard. Cold fries. You will be alone eating because the restaurant is empty. If you come to this place you come to donate money, you really have to come with this in mind otherwise you will be very disappointed.
