23/08/2024: Extraordinary view, delicious traditional cuisine, very local atmosphere, I recommend. We come from time to time, with pleasure. The coffee has little taste, it looks like it comes from a Turkish coffee maker, but that's part of the rustic atmosphere. Quiet service, you don't have to be in a hurry, and it fits well with the spirit of the region, where you take the time to live.

01/04/2024: Very well maintained rooms in the heart of Aurillac. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Difficult parking situation. Use the garage behind the house, but parking spaces are tight! No restaurant on site.

20/03/2024: A charming hotel that fully deserves its 3 stars, the Grand Hotel de Bordeaux is located in the heart of the small town of Aurillac. Our room was peaceful and flawless. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub. An elevator facilitates access to the floors. Laundry services offered at a reasonable rate. Breakfast is offered in two options: “traditional” and all-you-can-eat buffet. The staff was professional and helpful. We appreciated the possibility of leaving our luggage in the afternoon after our departure, allowing us to fully enjoy our last day in Aurillac without constraints. Take a detour to the bar/lounge to admire the pretty, bright glass tile ceiling.

13/08/2024: We called on the Oh à la Bouche team for a family event, with an aperitif, dinner and breakfast for 120 people. It was great, delicious and plentiful. Special mentions for the bread-crusted ham, the slightly spicy ratatouille, the mini tomato pizzas and porcini mushroom tartlets, the chocolate and whipped cream tart! The breakfast pastries were to die for! Friendly and efficient staff (with Ms. Lebrun), a cook (Mr. Lebrun) with real talent who seeks solutions accessible to our budget, a choice of impeccable local products. The whole family recommends!

23/09/2024: No matter how hard we tried, we don't understand the general rating of this restaurant... we didn't dare turn around because we had reserved and then we didn't dare to make a comment because we weren't asked if It was fine and the person was quite cold... but already the musty smell and another smell resembling the smell of pee... we really had a hard time holding on. The food was OK although not always completely defrosted… in short. We absolutely do not recommend

01/09/2024: Spacious, pleasant room, quiet location. A downside because you can hear the shower and the toilet flushing from the room next door. We enjoyed breakfast with a varied choice and excellent croissants. Very pleasant staff

24/08/2024: Very disappointed during our lunch with friends. No map offered. Only menu of the day with fish skewers (2 tiny pieces) and cuttlefish. Very few vegetables. As for those who chose the entrecôte, it was very limited. Let's not talk about fruit salad straight from a can, given its sugar content. The meal was served to us even though we had not finished our aperitifs. Halfway through the meal we had to ask for a bottle of water because we didn't have one. Disappointed because it was a day without many customers. Too bad, there were 8 of us and we didn't want to come back.

24/08/2024: My worst hotel experience to date Old rooms which have no charm and which are not soundproofed, you can hear the neighbor walking next door. My room was simply disgusting, the carpet full of hair, bits of chips under the bed, the sheets full of hair and I'm not even talking about the bath towels which were stained with blood and also full of hair. and hair... Let's talk about the bathroom: just as dirty as the bed area, dirt on the floor, hairs in the shower tray and the glass cabin full of limescale which was out of order, under "repair" according to the management affixed to it... Besides, the shower leaks because after using it a stream was literally created in the bathroom. I went down to reception to ask if all this was normal, and I was told that the cleaning had been carried out (huge joke!). Despite everything, the person at the reception changed my room and gave me another room on the top floor The new room was a little cleaner, hairs still visible in the shower cabin, but the highlight of the show, and not the least, is the water jet in this cabin which is totally eaten away by mold. Mr. Director, it is time to hire real competent and qualified staff to carry out cleaning, a shame to welcome customers in such unsanitary spaces, it is clearly not worthy of a 3 star but rather of a dump!

27/07/2024: Incredible discovery of this little restaurant on the side of the road. The Saint Nectaire burger and the blue cheese burger are incredible and the Tiramisus tasted for dessert were perfect! The service and kindness of the employees made the experience incredible!

25/08/2024: Arrivée à 13h, personnel pas souriants pas aimables et pas accueillants , boissons servis après plus de 30 min d’attente, la commande de notre repas n’était pas noté donc je n’ai pas eu le plat demandé car il n’y en avait plus… en plus de l’attente d’environ 1 h pour être servi ! Personnel très désagréable et c’était limite normal sous prétexte qu’il y avait du monde ! Dans ce cas proposer un plat unique ! Pour ne pas décevoir les gens 😊 Je déconseille ce restaurant

14/08/2024: One of the best culinary discoveries I have ever had! If the title of the comment seems raunchy, it is no less sincere. We're not going to beat around the bush: rather cocooning atmosphere in the room, very decent welcome, sublime cuisine (and I insist because for me it's the "main thing"), very copious portion, in short.. I don't regret it only one cent unlike other comments I have read. I can only encourage you to go and discover these flavors for yourself!
