08/07/2024: Un petit arrêt à ce Bar Restaurant pour boire un verre en cette journée chaude, l'endroit est propre, bien entretenu et les serveuses sympathiques. Nous n'y avons pas mangé, peu être le testerais à un prochain passage.

03/07/2024: Très bien. Nous avons attendu qu'une table se libère, et nous ne le regrettons pas, bien au contraire. Tout était parfait. Et je n'oubli surtout pas le dessert... cette pâte sous la tarte aux agrumes, miam, miam... Bonne ambiance, le personnel ainsi que les patrons ne s'ennuient pas ! Courage à vous et continuez comme çà !

01/09/2024: Wonderful food, beautiful atmosphere, fantastic service at a really fair price! Plus, the abbey and church are glorious. This is a place not to be missed.

14/05/2024: Nous nous sommes présentés à 18h30, venant de Bordeaux, en indiquant que nous souhaitions dîner à trois (dont un enfant de 10 ans) : réponse sèche : nous sommes complets, rappelez vers 20h30 !! A l'heure dite, réponse ; nous ne servons que des pizzas ce soir, et nous n'avons plus de "pâton" !! Circulez, y-a rien à voir !! C'est ce que l'on appelle "l'art de l'accueil"...

04/08/2024: Passage to Nontron, for the knife festival, I put one star not being able to put less. Just pathetic... There are four of us, and we take the menu at €25 per person. Waiting, more than half an hour for our drinks to be ordered. But we don't take our menus at the same time. We wait again to be asked what we are going to eat. Two starters of your choice, two main courses of your choice, two desserts of your choice or two salads. I would like to have three scoops of ice cream for my dessert, rather than two, they refuse me, saying that it will disrupt the organization of the kitchen. Bourata tomatoes, I'll let you form your opinion with the photo. After 1h30, we received our dishes of potatoes and confit duck legs, everything was cold. As a result of this visit to the restaurant, we left without eating and ended up with a merguez sandwich. adventure bill €69.90. They ended up making a gesture of €20.

02/07/2024: Decent hotel, although the lawn in front of the swimming pool is not mowed, and no one is there to swim on the terrace. On the other hand, the restaurant is a disaster. 169 euros for 2 for a salmon carpaccio, without salmon. A salad for 24 euros with 3 gizzards, bad foie gras on soft bread, and a tasteless sauce, not to mention the 5 small pieces of pdt cooked in water. Finally a confit which is not a confit but a classic duck leg accompanied by very bad vegetables, including a grainy broccoli puree. The restaurant advertises master restaurateur but when we approach the plate, we discover that it was in 2016. Avoid urgently. I would like to point out that this is the first time we have left such a comment on a restaurant.

21/08/2025: Spacious, clean room with balcony. Quiet. Very comfortable bedding. Small cakes, tea, and coffee available in the room. Easy parking nearby. The breakfast is also very good. Friendly owner.

31/08/2024: We have eaten here twice whilst on holiday in Eymet. The menu is extensive and the dishes are really creative and cooked so beautifully. The decor and atmosphere are brilliant. Thanks Walnut for two fabulous experiences! We will be back one more time before going home!!

29/08/2024: Very good service nothing too much trouble to the staff. The food was excellent and although the choice of desserts were good and they looked beautiful we had to settle for just the entree and main as we were full. A nice coffee to finish up.

18/06/2024: Nous avons pris ce midi, 2 pizzas à emporter Déjà l'odeur en rentrant n'est que pur bonheur, mais les pizzas, une tuerie ! Un délice, et la personne qui nous a servis, super sympa Ne pas hésiter à vous y rendre Nous n'avons pas mangé sur place mais cela avait l'air très convivial

22/08/2024: Menus enfants très apprécié (burger - frites). Le personnel était vraiment sympathique malgré la grosse fréquentation de l'établissement.

19/07/2024: The staff are incredibly rude at this restaurant, they are clearly not bothered about reputation and happy to rely on the passing trade, of which they were not full and on market day too!!! I would say the locals know to avoid the staff here. We were first to arrive as they opened at 12pm to be treated by an extremely rude, arrogant and dismissive male who told us they were full without even finding gout what we wanted. Passing by 30 mins later they were clearly not full. I wouldn’t bother giving them your business if you would like to be treated like a human being. We won’t be visiting them on our next visits

04/12/2024: Great, but it's been a change for at least a year now, the new name is L'Anthonoir, very good team, welcoming, good atmosphere, I recommend it without hesitation, especially for the wines and the good advice...
