29/08/2024: We came to enjoy a kebab today. We were well received, the server was very nice. The price is all the more reasonable for a tourist town. Slight downside for the amount of space outside but this remains understandable given the number of shops nearby

27/08/2024: I come from far away and I recommend this very good Kebab as well as the welcome, the owner is very pleasant. The food is very good at a reasonable price.

21/08/2024: Nous y allons régulièrement, l'accueil est chaleureux, le lieu est bucolique et la cuisine est goûtu. Le rapport qualité prix est au top .La côte de bœuf, le camembert rôti, les salades, les pizzas sont délicieux . Ne pas oublier le spritz et un très bon petit vin italien pour accompagner le repas, nous vous recommandons ce petit cabanon au bord de la rivière .

16/08/2024: The location for this eatery is magical. Sadly the whole experience was totally ruined by the staff who were so unfriendly, abrupt and lacking in charm or personal service. Perhaps they have forgotten, in their mad rush to serve customers, that we are paying them rather than us being there as a nuisance to them. Despite this the food that was served was of a good standard and pizzas were well presented and tasty. The menu is fairly limited and not a gastronomic delight but for a lunch it is adequate. We were not allowed to sit at a table in a prime position overlooking the river being told that table had been reserved although it stayed unused for most of the duration of our visit. we too had reserved! The waiter managed to catch our little dog on the back when he moved a table and the waitress too managed to tread on her tail. (she is only small) No words of apology were forthcoming. This restaurant ( I almost find it difficult to call it this) takes only cash or cheque which in this day I find rather infuriating. I shall not be returning here; I don't like being treated with no respect and no friendly words at all.

05/08/2024: Catastrophique!!! Du jamais vu ce midi... Désorganisation totale de ce Mac Donald. Repas servi froid 25 mn après la commande alors qu il n est que 11h45 et que le restaurant est désert. Les serveurs ne sont pas du tout réactifs. Les clients ont été enfermés dans le restaurant. C est la première fois que j entends le personnel dire on ferme on ne sert plus personne alors que le restaurant est aux trois quart vide... Il manque le livre et le bracet à la commande et ma queue des réclamations est interminable... On a dit fast food🤣?? Nous n avons pas voulu faire de scandale car le personnel semblait dépassé mais nous n avons jamais vu un tel établissement avec un personnel si peu concerné... 😴

24/05/2024: A fast food restaurant where if you're not in a hurry, it might do the trick. Whether it rains, winds or snows, they remain overwhelmed, slow and incompetent. And of course, there is usually something missing. Today it’s a children’s book. This is awesome 👍🏿

15/08/2024: Sommes passés au clos des Elfes déjà visité quelques années auparavant , coin toujours aussi bucolique et merveilleux, cuisine non gastronomique mais délicieuse et copieuse. Très bonne omelette aux cèpes , délicieux magret bien rosé avec pommes salardaises , tout ceci à un prix compétitif, continuez le bonheur est aussi dans l’assiette et la gentillesse du personnel.

21/08/2024: We had lunch on the terrace. Great welcome. Our two dogs were also welcome. The dishes were delicious. Especially the fish, served with lemon ravioli. Original and full of flavor.

10/07/2024: Old-fashioned hotel with a welcome that leaves something to be desired. Unpleasant smells in the corridors of cigarettes etc. And the room had been washed with an oily product on the floors with a very strong smell.. very strange. We also found hair and stubble on our pillows.

27/05/2024: Ideal for a group of 30 hikers with full board (with picnic lunch) wishing to visit the surrounding area (Brantôme, castles, caves, abbeys, etc.) and numerous possible hikes. Friendly welcome, good restaurant and pleasant rooms.

18/08/2024: Uniquement deux personnes pour le service . Une pour les apéritifs et vins et l’autre pour les plats . Attente longue . Manque d’organisation et de même pour le petit-déjeuner.

26/08/2024: We do not recommend this pizzeria if you are a fan of classic pizzas with good dough and good ingredients. Unfortunately the pizza was dry and impossible to eat. There was a lot of Emmental and no mozzarella Very disappointed

21/08/2024: On vacation in the region we found it by chance. Very good pizza 🍕, the welcome is friendly and nice. Although these are takeaway pizzas, there are a few tables outside I recommend 😉

05/09/2024: We stayed for 1 week in an exclusive mobile home. Positive point: -Clean and spacious mobile home - Quiet and peaceful campsite, ideally located for visiting the region - pleasant and friendly staff - bar area - the swimming pool, ideal for the whole family Negative point: - lack of activities and entertainment (perhaps due to the end of the season?) - pizzas. - washing tokens at €6.50

03/09/2024: A square in the historic center of Périgueux where there are many interesting restaurants. In summer the terraces cover it entirely.

01/09/2024: This restaurant has changed a lot. Regular customers but we won't go anymore. We were refused because there were 7 of us. They preferred to take two tables of 4 arriving well after us. Not very commercial. To be avoided
