08/08/2026: Hello We didn't stay at this hotel, but we ate there twice. Our gîte (self-catering accommodation) is located not far away in Ainhoa, about 2 km away. We were recommended by our hosts. A truly wonderful place where we ate very, very well, and especially homemade food. The specialty is paella made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. A very good menu. (The homemade trout fillet platter. The platter of Basque ham and pâté made with pork raised on their farm. The baby squid and homemade fries. The lamb was excellent. The albacore tuna salad was a delight.) This Logis restaurant is truly recommended; a wonderful discovery in the Basque Country and near the Spanish border. The owner is very pleasant, as are the waitresses, and my mother-in-law is always behind the bar—a truly lovely place. Thank you very much. See you soon. 08/03/2026: The table setting was nice, and the meal was quite good. But... The waiter, with his boundless energy, constantly offered commentary; it was impossible to move without being subjected to a remark, and he was quite pushy. Exhausting. Furthermore, there was a significant lack of basic service. Very surprising for a restaurant of this caliber. It's a shame the service was so different from the food.

15/06/2026: Being from the Paris region, we eagerly await our annual holidays in the Pyrénées-Orientales, and one thing is certain: a trip without a visit to La Patanegra wouldn't be a proper holiday! It's become a must-visit for us, to the point that we go at least once a week during our vacation. The quality of the products is always exceptional, with outstanding charcuterie, generous and flavorful platters, and a selection that perfectly showcases the region's specialties. The welcome is always warm, the service efficient, and the atmosphere friendly. You can feel their passion for good products and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I recommend it 100%!

02/08/2026: Sunday at 2 pm, Thierry warmly welcomed us with his big smile. Offering the evening and weekend set menu (starter/main course/dessert), we chose the all-you-can-eat baby squid (chipirons) with Xipister sauce, rice, and peppers. The price was fair, the food was good and plentiful, and the owner's friendliness made for a very pleasant experience – I highly recommend it! (Shaded terrace, large parking area)
