14/12/2024: Worst drive in France. Employees make mistakes all the time...but really. And when we tell them no professionalism or even basic customer relations. Last time for us, one time too many.

11/12/2024: I didn't have a Pokemon card in my happy meals on an Ubereat order, and after calling, the manager decided to kindly exchange toys! Thank you very much to her, I was able to have my charizard 🫶

26/01/2025: First time ordering from their website. The burnt tacos and the burnt Greek behind you don't pay for the sandwich to be burnt but hey. The fries are soft, they should be a little crispy. Although the tacos were burnt, it was a little edible.

24/01/2025: First and last time. One order and 3 errors as well as 1 oversight. The girl who picked us up at the drive-thru was so warm that we had the impression of clearly annoying her, not smiling at all. I had to come back after eating (because we are from the next town) and I wanted something hot. The desserts we ordered had a different topping than the one requested and forgot the peanut for the sundae. The door to the restaurant was disgusting (around ten to work and not a single one who has 2 minutes to wipe it down) everything needs to be reviewed, especially the organization, the reception and the cleanliness, basically everything needs to be reviewed.

12/12/2024: The person at the drive at 3:15 p.m. so no customers, no rush, no stress was unpleasant! I make the remark to her and she responds to me at the time of payment by opening the window “what am I supposed to do with this information”. All this to end up making a mistake in my order! Fries instead of potatoes I had to ask for a change and I later realized that I had ice cubes in the drink even though I had specified without and a twisted sandwich half of the salad in the package and not in the sandwich. I know I'm not going to a Michelin-starred restaurant but still a minimum of sympathy. I prefer to drive 15 minutes more to go to another McDonald's.

06/12/2024: So when we ask for a burger without onions due to a serious allergy, we still add onions. So my best friend didn't eat, thank you. At the risk of my comment being restrained, I would therefore say that “when you put your ear to your head you can hear the sea”. And what's more, no one answers the phone, you're crazy. A word to the wise

22/03/2024: The last one at this domino's. I didn't appreciate the welcome and especially the wait for my cal'z pizza which had been ready for a while. Here's what happened --> I was alone waiting, the lady at reception looks at me, I look, the very nice cook tells her that my order is ready and she has nothing to complain about. She takes care of other customers but not me, I waited a total of more than 45 minutes from ordering to picking up the order. The predefined time limit was 15 minutes. My problem here in this domino's was the lady at reception. She didn't want to give me my order (more than 15 minutes of waiting after my order was ready on the Domino's display). Frankly treating humans in such a way is hard when you just come to pick up a meal.

07/09/2024: All-you-can-eat formula. Japanese dishes + wok but not only. You can find a bit of everything there: good cheese 🧀 by the cut, a leg of raw ham to cut yourself, and a multitude of desserts 🍨 ice creams, fruits in syrup, mini pastries, waffles... There is also a unlimited chocolate fountain and even candy 🍬. The servers are responsive and smiling 😃. A small downside however, place a little noisy in my opinion.

07/09/2024: Arriving before 8 p.m. I am made to wait and then told that they cannot serve me my takeaway order even though they serve UBER EAT!!!

31/08/2024: Good evening, We won't go back there. Very dated and restaurant that is falling apart... average service, the meals nothing exceptional and the atmosphere is not there. The toilets: a horror. Too bad, we really like this brand but we will return to the one in Villabé (91).

27/09/2024: A truly catastrophic manager, who not only makes remarks to employees in front of customers which is not at all professional. But above all very unpleasant, this one takes me down even though my question was super simple (I repeated it 4 times). Good quality food is not enough! The good reception too, it’s a real shame. One more franchise to boycott for my part. Thank you to the two people who served me at the end who knew how to be professional unlike the manager.

24/09/2024: I recommend!! Super welcome, fast and efficient. Very good waffle, you couldn't dream of better. Go for the Andolouse waffle! Thanks to the team Excellent for a very reasonably priced breakfast.

22/09/2024: I don't understand because it is averagely rated. This KFC is very much better than the one in Villebon. For children there is a big play area. It is huge. The team communicates well with each other, so the service is fast and efficient. The dishes are good. 🙃 3.5 is not representative. The place is clean. There are various types of tables which I find nice. 😶 so maybe I came outside the rush days but for the moment my 9 year old son and I are very satisfied. I recommend coming here too. It's great.

14/12/2024: I wanted to have a little fun with my sister the truth is I thought what to eat on a Saturday lunchtime, so I went to McDonald's and great atmosphere given that I had a bit of a drunken evening yesterday I put the music (I'm a passenger) and the time comes to pay nickel, it seems super fast, but it's not crazy with the crisis you know. When I take my burger I notice the carnage of the salad everywhere as if I were a ninja turtle, the cheese is not even melted even though it is -10. In any case, the cashier is cute, I really like it and otherwise just the cooking is not great. I'm sending you photos of a handsome guy, I love you all the same.
