We went through the drive-thru around 8 pm, there was no one in front of us, and very few customers at the counter.
Between paying for the order and waiting: 20 minutes!
The wait was absolutely unacceptable; there were at least five orders being prepared in front of us, none of them finished. Our order was barely warm when it arrived... And we discovered a terrible sandwich once we got home. Of course, it was cheaper than the one we ordered! Unacceptable.
The waitress was unpleasant, offered no apology, no explanation... but claimed to be "in the middle of a rush" to explain the delay (the restaurant was empty!!!).
We will never return to this restaurant.
In response to the manager: having the ambition to do well doesn't mean you succeed. The service at your restaurant is deplorable, as evidenced by all the reviews.

23/09/2025: After ordering I took pictures of the menu on the screens to send the prices to my friend. I saw a lady with red hair yelling at me saying ^^I hope you didn't take a picture of me^^ I told her no she was looking at me badly. Honestly the saleswoman's behavior is not great I don't recommend you!!!

I just received a Minato delivery from Orsay this afternoon, February 18th, 2025, and I'm very, very disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars!!!
- Salmon roe Temaki: a real rip-off. Very little salmon roe, just for decoration. So, they're just cones of crunchy, not creamy, rice for €9.50.
- Yellow radish maki: €4.00
*The radishes weren't crunchy at all; they looked like they were past their prime, maybe even expired.
*The rice was crunchy instead of creamy.
- Beef/cheese skewer meal: not great, €11.50.
I usually order from Minato Chilly Mazarin for work, and I guess the culinary expertise is completely different. I've never been disappointed in Chilly.

15/03/2026: I used to go there often, but I won't be going back. The service is subpar and has been getting worse over time. In particular, one unfriendly waitress forced us to sit at a noisy table and refused us the table next to it for no good reason.

05/04/2026: The espresso was extremely strong and bitter, undrinkable. And the decor is really outdated. I know we're in a busy airport, but it's truly disgusting. I urge you to look under the table; it's full of dust. This doesn't give a good impression of the group, but I suppose it's all about the numbers, and that travelers don't have many options anyway.

12/06/2025: Honestly, I come here regularly and I have to say the sauces have changed… The sweet sauce is inedible, it has no taste at all, it's so watered down and it's practically transparent. The sweet and sour sauce is just disgusting, it's tomato sauce diluted with water. I definitely won't be back.

Go somewhere else.

Over a 20-minute wait for two meals during off-peak hours (Sunday at 9 pm). We ordered in-store at 9:05 pm and received our food at 9:30 pm, and the cashier even dared to show her annoyance. The tray of two meals had no sauce on it, and the person brought the trays to us dragging their feet. The worst McDonald's in the area, truly 0/10.
13/04/2026: Very slow service, small portions, and no sauces or napkins with any of our meals.

18/04/2026: We opted for the all-you-can-eat menu, but the experience was very disappointing. The wait for our food was extremely long, and the restaurant was clearly overwhelmed. Despite placing several orders, we didn't receive all of our food.
After waiting a long time without any improvement, we decided to leave without receiving our remaining dishes or the desserts we had ordered. This is unacceptable for an all-you-can-eat menu. Better organization is essential to avoid this type of situation.

20/03/2026: It's been several months since they disabled the option to enter your loyalty card at the kiosks (scan + manual). Also, the ice cream has very few toppings compared to other McDonald's. And there are extra charges everywhere that don't exist elsewhere...

31/03/2026: Hello, avoid this place at all costs! I'll never eat there again. There's no respect. We ordered regular bread sandwiches from the set menu. One of the two sandwiches, the "Chika Rouge," didn't even have any meat, just five pieces. You pay for it, it's not free! The meat wasn't even cooked. The sandwich was practically empty, with no salad or tomato left in the bread. Aren't you ashamed? I'm telling my family and friends, never eat there again, not even at my family's place.
24/02/2026: I ordered a kebab sandwich meal on Uber Eats. The bread was white, poor quality, and completely tasteless. The kebab was ice cold, as were the fries. It looked like a sandwich that had just come out of the morgue. Honestly, make an effort. I absolutely do not recommend it.

18/01/2026: Hello, I ordered this evening and the waiter didn't understand anything. I asked for a full kebab with cheddar and a surprise, and it was a plain kebab. And for the chicken kebab, it was full instead of plain. Bravo! He didn't even appreciate my kebab, just the fries. Thanks a lot.
13/12/2025: Where to begin? The cashier is the same person who makes the burgers—aggressive and not at all customer-oriented or welcoming. The hygiene is appalling. He was on my phone before I even started taking my order, he was coughing, and he wasn't wearing a mask. In short, the hygiene is extremely questionable.
Now, let's talk about the burgers: industrial patties, of course, handled with his bare hands, and frozen fries, grabbed by the handful, again with bare hands. NOTHING FRESH.
PRICES WORTHY OF A 4-STAR RESTAURANT FOR FROZEN FOOD.
And the premises? Don't even get me started—they're filthy.
Avoid at all costs.

10/05/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's. I ordered the McDeal meal three times, and on each one, the chicken was overcooked and the fries were unsalted. My partner and I went back immediately to explain that it was inedible. A young man told us, and I quote, "Hahaha, my colleague made that, lol, no, I'm just kidding." Then, while they were remaking our burgers in the kitchen, everyone was laughing at the infamous overcooked burger. In short, I do not recommend it; the floor is greasy and the kitchen is visually unclean.

24/03/2026: It's a real shame. I went last week for takeout. I specifically asked at least three times not to have wasabi because I can't stand very spicy food. The young woman confirmed there wouldn't be any.
As a result, there was wasabi in it—this is the second time this has happened!
Honestly, it's not very considerate of people with intolerances. And the young woman taking my order spoke so fast that we didn't have time to choose our meal.
15/02/2026: The restaurant's facade is unfortunately very damaged and covered in graffiti that has never been cleaned off. This gives an uninviting first impression and doesn't inspire confidence. It's a shame, because the exterior plays a significant role in the desire to enter.
