30/11/2025: ⭐ A wonderful time at "II Castello Pizza" in Maisse! We enjoyed delicious pizzas with a thin and flavorful crust, just the way we like them. The owner and his partner were friendly, welcoming, and truly lovely, which made the experience even better. We even got to exchange a few tips about chili peppers… but shh, we won't say any more, it's our little secret 😉 We'll gladly come back to try their homemade chili peppers! 14/10/2025: Top-notch pizza, we've been ordering from this pizzeria ever since they opened six years ago, and the quality hasn't changed. The pizzas are good. The welcome is friendly. I highly recommend it.

07/09/2024: Heel fijne avond met vrienden doorgebracht in het kleine maar gezellige restaurant. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk en de service liep zeer vlot. Beperkte kaart maar kwaliteit was top ! Zeer lekkere gerechtjes en voldoende grote porties. Absoluut een aanrader in de streek !

16/11/2024: We have just had a wonderful evening, the service team is fantastic, the atmosphere is very nice! As for the quality, what can we say, we enjoyed chicken, beef and duck, marinated minion fillet, parsley scallops and even octopus! Accompanied by homemade fries, a real treat! We'll come back!

16/01/2026: We were looking for a venue for a wedding and had spotted this restaurant, which was visually appealing and had good reviews. A visit was therefore in order. Reception & Service: Polite but distant service, a waiter who wasn't very friendly and seemed to ignore us. Food: A huge disappointment. Steak and fries: Overcooked fries, tough meat. No steak knife, a real hassle; we had to ask for one. Steak tartare: Adequate, but served with the same disappointing fries. Child's hamburger: Ordered medium-rare, served raw in the center; sent back to the kitchen, it came back overcooked. Result: We barely ate anything. Child's dessert: An ice cream cone with a wafer so soft it was difficult to cut. I was the only one who finished my main course (slow-cooked veal), which thankfully turned out well. Atmosphere & Comfort: The dining room wasn't heated enough, which didn't help the experience. Verdict: A place that started off well, but the most important thing—the meal—fell short. Very disappointing, especially considering we were looking for a restaurant for an important occasion.

28/12/2025: Comforting hot chocolate in a beautiful setting at a very reasonable price, served with a warm smile. The homemade foie gras is delicious... I can't wait to experience the restaurant now.
