10/10/2026: We discovered La Gazette restaurant to celebrate an event and had a wonderful evening. We chose the €48 menu, and from the amuse-bouches to the petit fours, everything was perfect. Each dish was exquisitely prepared and delicious. Congratulations to the chef for his creativity. Julie

26/09/2026: After several excellent meals a few years ago, we left a great Google review for this restaurant. We went back today, but alas, things have changed drastically! 1. The wait was far too long: we were served 30 minutes after our children and received our food an hour after ordering. 2. The pork belly in my dish was pink, and the boiled potatoes were undercooked. 3. We found a piece of metal sponge in our daughter's pasta. 4. And to top it all off, the side dish with my wife's dish was the wrong one! Not a single gesture or even an apology when we paid (even though we pointed it out to several servers). It's a shame, because we had such fond memories of this restaurant. We won't be returning.

26/09/2026: This restaurant is situated in a bucolic setting, with a lovely terrace overlooking the pond. The welcome is equally warm; you can tell the staff are eager to please. The 90s nightclub atmosphere will bring back memories for some. The cuisine is traditional, but the desserts are more original, making for a perfect ending to the meal. Prices are on the higher end for this type of cuisine.

29/09/2026: You arrive at 10:30 PM, they greet you in the parking lot... And then they ask you for €20!!! For the night, you explain that you'll have breakfast and a shower the next day. Nothing, it's €20??? Screw you, instead of stopping me in the morning or evening when I can be at a restaurant. Another one who just lost a customer and word of mouth! ... In a company that travels this route very frequently. I'm no longer surprised that truck stops are closing one by one!!!

11/07/2026: A huge thank you to the Lion d'Or cheese shop for delighting our guests at our wedding brunch! The cheese boards were excellent, beautifully presented, and offered a superb variety. The charcuterie boards were also a big hit, as was the homemade cervelle de Canuts served with gluten-free crackers. We received nothing but compliments! We also indulged in their local poultry rillettes, which were absolutely delicious. On the phone and in the shop, Adrien was particularly welcoming and gave us excellent advice on quantities. They were also kind enough to deliver to us that very morning, directly to the venue where we got married. We highly recommend them and will gladly return on our next visit to Gisors!

08/07/2026: I came in June and was greeted by a young apprentice. He was serious, offered good advice, was welcoming and attentive, and understood exactly what we were looking for. I hope other customers have the same experience with him.

31/07/2026: La Musardière was one of the true highlights of our two weeks in France. We chose it because we wanted to spend a night in Giverny before visiting Monet’s house and gardens the following morning, but we had no idea we were about to discover such a beautiful and memorable place. The hotel is incredibly charming, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, with lovely views across Giverny and the surrounding hills. Our room was beautiful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the air conditioning kept everything perfectly cool even as a major heat wave was beginning. What stood out most was the staff. We saw many of the same people welcoming guests at the hotel and then working incredibly hard throughout dinner service. Everyone was so kind, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Their warmth and care made the entire experience feel personal and special. And then there is the restaurant—absolutely extraordinary. We chose the four-course chef’s menu with wine pairings, and it became one of the most incredible meals we have ever experienced. Every course was creative, elegant, and completely delicious. The duck breast course was especially unforgettable. Our server was knowledgeable, gracious, and kind, speaking French with me so I could practice and then translating everything into English for my wife. Sitting outside on the terrace in the evening, enjoying this beautiful meal and the perfectly selected wines, was pure magic. Our deepest compliments to the chef and the entire hardworking team. We would return to La Musardière without hesitation and recommend both the hotel and restaurant wholeheartedly.

18/07/2026: We had a lovely dinner outside enjoying the three course menu which proved to be good price quality. We can recommend the rilettes and the Cesar salad.

18/09/2026: I just had lunch at this small neighborhood restaurant where we ordered the daily special. The waitresses were very pleasant and professional. We were served quickly as we were in a hurry. The food was delicious with a variety of side dishes. I recommend this establishment because the value for money was excellent.

08/09/2026: I had lunch three times in August at this establishment. It's a place out of time. You're not in a restaurant; you're eating in a welcoming home with the feeling of being right at home. The husband is in the kitchen, the wife is serving. They are both highly skilled and clearly love their work. The cuisine is inventive, featuring seasonal produce (it's not uncommon to run into the chef at the Verneuil-sur-Avre market on Saturday mornings, provided you get up early), and frankly, it deserves a Michelin star; this restaurant is well worth the detour. The atmosphere is so warm and familial that you want to stay.

05/09/2026: With its flashy setting that will surely make many people dream, this is undoubtedly one of the most original franchised restaurants ever created, with its vintage and glam 50s-style interior... However, the dream ends very quickly, as the customer service is less than average: in fact, the girl who answers the phone is completely deaf and visibly frustrated. Therefore, it's difficult to make a reservation. For fans of BACK TO THE FUTURE, the various cocktails and ice creams are rather basic and only slightly above the average. I can't say the same for my frozen hot dog with a stale bun, which cost €15! That was very disappointing. For a final rating, I'm waiting to try their burgers. See you soon, 🍔(^_-),

24/08/2026: Overall, we enjoyed the authentic steak tartare, hand-cut with a knife. However, be aware of the prices: €12 for a slice of terrine as a starter and €5.20 for an iced tea. It's a shame to charge such high prices.

03/10/2026: First time at this pizzeria, and I recommend it 200%! The pizzas are delicious (big plus for the crust, which is amazing!), and the service is quick and very friendly. We wish the new owner much success; this pizzeria has a bright future ahead! We will definitely be back!

13/09/2026: As a long-time customer, I've noticed the main course portions getting smaller, but thankfully not the quality. The prices are still reasonable, especially considering the starters, main courses, cheeses, and desserts. Easy parking/Cormeilles town center.

07/09/2026: We hired Florida as our caterer for 36 people. Excellent service; the paella was plentiful and delicious. We highly recommend them!
