26/08/2024: Not very honest receptionist!! The stars are shooting. You shouldn't be demanding and agree to pay for stars that aren't there!

26/08/2024: How can such a hotel claim 4 stars! It is not enough to hide behind accreditation, you have to listen to customers and comments (unfortunately read after our stay) For a stay of 8 nights we booked a superior room with bathtub, sea view and requested peace and quiet. We were allocated number 303 which overlooks the back of a restaurant with very noisy ventilation from 10 a.m. to midnight and garbage collection in the morning at 6 a.m.! After the first night we got a change to a smaller room with a shower. The equipment and decoration of the rooms are not up to standard (absence of kettle, coffee and tea, minibar, small safe placed on the floor) Ditto for the common areas with dirty carpets, dilapidated paintings, and decoration with large apple cores, we wonder why Guarded parking too small for the number of rooms which requires street parking. The bathrooms/shower rooms have been redone but are very cramped Decent breakfasts but we would like local products (jam, yogurt, cheese, pastries, etc.) and pay attention to the dates when the boiled eggs are laid To end on a positive note, the location is ideal, the quality bedding, and the welcoming staff Finally, the website is very well done because it suggests that we are going to stay in a real 4 star!

05/09/2024: Situé idéalement sur le GR34 que nous arpentions à pieds, nous avons apprécié cette halte à cap océan. Le souper était très agréable, bien que le rouget annoncé sur l'ardoise se soit révélé être du merlu.... Cependant bonne cuisine et petit déjeuner copieux. On recommande !

01/09/2024: The rooms are good and comfortable. The cleaning staff are quick and leave everything great. In addition, the reception and restaurant workers are super friendly, polite and professional. The location of the hotel is a little far from Plouescat but there is always space in the parking lot and it is great for taking a walk through the town or enjoying the sea that is right in front of the hotel. 100% recommended to enjoy on vacation alone, with the family or for conventions and work meetings

10/09/2024: Venus pour découvrir cette table nous avons été enchanté par cette adresse. Service parfait, timing irréprochable et menu parfait. Mélange de saveurs et de couleurs, tout était excellent. Nous reviendrons pour déguster la gamme supérieure.

09/09/2024: Il faut passer l'austère façade de l'hôtel de France pour découvrir ce charmant restaurant. En formule déjeuner, nous avons été charmés par la cuisine créative et le service sympathique. On y retournerait les yeux fermés !

09/09/2024: Central location on the harbour front with views of the walled town. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We sat outside but indoor seating available which was clean and comfortable with a cosy atmosphere. We ate a burger du chef and a Caesar salad. Chicken was breaded with multi seeded coating, good sized portions. Burger was just cooked, requested medium so ask for well done if you don’t enjoy pink meat. Very reasonably priced, would definitely return.

30/08/2024: Très déçu du début à la fin. Accueil sans sourire, pas de carte pour boire un verre en apéritif, juste une banal carte sur un tableau. Service à table pas mieux, assiette posé sans délicatesse et pas le bon appétit qui va avec.... galette froide je cherche encore les oignons qui accompagne la saucisse , juste mon fils qui a apprécié son burger.... autant dire pas envie d y prendre le dessert mais de tte façon pas proposé quand on a desservi nos assiettes. Je passe en caisse pas plus aimable de ce côté là.... je ne recommande pas du tt

26/09/2024: A good meal for the eyes and a treat for the mouth. We loved the place, the smiling waitress, thanks to the chef and the team....I left a note on the book in the small cloakroom....2 people from Toulouse who were passing through. 😍😋

24/09/2024: An excellent address in Morlaix. The professional staff and the very commercial boss 👌 The dishes are delicious and plentiful. Quality traditional French cuisine.

07/09/2024: Les crêpes sont délicieuses- particulièrement celles au sarrasin. Le cadre est charmant. Quant à l'accueil, nous sommes en Bretagne et non dans une trattoria du sud : la culture sociale y est plus sobre et moins démonstrative. Nous avons pourtant eu une conversation très utile quant à la confection des crêpes avec une serveuse très sympathique. Il semblerait que les Bretons n'aiment pas le baratin et c'est tant mieux.

02/09/2024: Une crêperie typiquement bretonne qui vaut le détour ! Face à la mer à Morgat, ce petit coin de paradis propose des galettes salées savoureuses et des crêpes sucrées délicieuses, toutes préparées avec des ingrédients de qualité. Le cadre est authentique et chaleureux, parfait pour savourer un bon repas en admirant la vue. Mention spéciale pour le cidre à la pression, rafraîchissant et parfait pour accompagner les plats.

01/09/2024: Always very delighted and amazed by this restaurant. The products offered are of very good quality, the dishes are delicious and plentiful, the servers are helpful and smiling and we find a very beautiful interior decor. I recommend without hesitation!

16/11/2023: Arrivée sans réservation, on nous a gentiment acceptées avec un petit déménagement Lol. je conseille vraiment ce petit restaurant sympathique avec une serveuse magnifique et très sympa... un régal mon tartare!!! top merci au chef et merci de votre accueil. je reviendrai certainement à très vite 🙏

09/09/2024: Ce n'est pas la première fois que je déjeune ou dîne dans ce restaurant, c'est pour moi un sans faute. Les plats sont très divers et toujours délicieux. La décoration est très sympathique et le personnel toujours très accueillant. Je recommande vivement !

19/08/2024: 4 years ago, I wrote a flattering review but now, I really have to update it because the situation is so different. Today, and this is the main criticism, there is no respect for opening hours and, sometimes, the place is even closed without any explanation or note on the door. Several times, we found ourselves faced with a closed door and this is very disappointing to the point that we will no longer return to this place that we have frequented since it opened in 1989! In addition, there is a shortage of draft beers, rosé and, each time, we are told that they are in the process of changing suppliers. In addition, during the Cornish festival, they served a formula of the same name but exclusively, no longer serving the rest of their menu at all. It was really designed to generate maximum revenue but it did not respect their name as a restaurant! The string is a little big. I will pass on other reasons for disappointment, there are enough for me. Very disappointing. A shame because such a house with its rich past deserves to be respected.

16/08/2024: I have already been to this restaurant where the service was impeccable and the food good, I called on 08/12/24 at 5:50 p.m. to reserve a table for 6 people for 08/14/24 at 7:15 p.m. for a special surprise. 'birthday. The surprise was there but not the table since it was closed... Very disappointed that I was not called, if there was an error on the part of the person who noted our reservation. This does not give confidence to reservations in your establishment...

20/08/2024: Delicious food, special flavors, not too spicy. Super tender meat but also plenty of vegetarian options. Friendly service. Highly recommended if you are looking for something special in Brest.

05/08/2024: The welcome is more formal than warm, but the cuisine is excellent. The 3 sauces served with the naan are a real treat and the 12th lunch menu offers unbeatable value for money.
