18/09/2024: I'm not used to leaving negative reviews but tonight I had an intolerable experience at this restaurant. Regarding the welcome, nothing to say, the waiters are very friendly, I won't say the same about the lady, the boss I suppose. The starter, very tasty, so far, so good. It's on the main course that things get tricky, I chose a classic tartare, served with homemade fries and salad. I eat half the dish without worry, and then I take a good forkful of salad: immediately I feel that there is a problem: I chew something hard and soft at the same time, the size of a large slug . I actually thought it was a slug that I was chewing, but when I spat on my plate, it was earth/mud in good quantity (imagine the size of a good big slug). Disgusted, I call out to the owner and show her the pile of mud I had in my mouth: very surprised, she apologizes and takes my plate to make me a tartare again... which I won't finish because I had already ate half of the first... In the meantime, I had to go to the toilet to rinse my mouth because sand remained in my teeth and the taste of mud, it's better!!! She comes back to talk to us about the incident, doesn't understand how it could have happened, explains to us how they wash their salad etc... EITHER! I'm really not an emm........ and I know that to err is human! With that, this lady “Okay, let’s end on a sweet note!”. Me and my companion quite naively think that she is offering us the dessert as a commercial gesture... but no, at the checkout, she announces the total price! Surprised, I told her that I was expecting a commercial gesture, and then this lady looks down on me, telling me that she has already made a gesture by redoing the plate (still happy I want to say, I I wasn't going to finish a plate where I had to spit out mud!). I express my disagreement to her and that I believe that she should have offered a commercial gesture... I think that in this situation, others would have caused a scandal, this lady must have said to herself that I was nice and that It was going to go like a letter in the mail! At the end of the day, she "offers" us the aperitifs for €9 with a contemptuous air as if we were beggars!!! I have never experienced a situation like this in any restaurant, whether in Quimper or elsewhere. Beyond the incident which I could have brushed aside without worry, it is the contemptuous and unjustified attitude of the boss which is unspeakable! I'm nice but on the other hand, I hate being taken for an imbecile. A word to the wise. PS: Also, I forgot a scarf at the restaurant and strangely, they didn't find it... "a customer must have left with it"... yes yes :)

01/09/2024: Very nice and welcoming hotel located on the seafront in an excellent position. Our room faced the back and did not allow us to appreciate the brightness of the view and the beach. Well-kept and clean with direct access to the beach

25/08/2024: A very nice hotel, directly opposite the beach, where - even during the holiday season - bathers can lose themselves in the vastness of the beach. Clean rooms. The dinner is very good. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful. The street has little traffic in the evenings and at night, which means it is quiet. Only the WiFi is no longer up to date (if you urgently need it). Merci beaucoup! Highly recommended!

20/08/2024: Superb bakery, their pastries are good as well as their crepes, especially when hot. The only downside is that there isn't enough choice on the dirty side (lack of sandwiches for example) but the catering side looks pretty good.

15/08/2024: We had 2 cakes 🍰, 1 chocolate macaroon 🍫 and 1 strawberry cake which were excellent

27/03/2024: Deuxième fois que je me rends dans ce restaurant à midi et 2ème fois que je trouve la porte fermée sans explications et ceci malgré qu'il soit précisé sur le web qu'il est ouvert... Je ne plains pas ce genre de restaurant qui néglige sa clientèle potentielle et il est clair que je ne m'y rendrais plus jamais...

21/03/2024: Only good products on the plate for an attractive price. I just find it a shame that the lemonade is extra where the wine doesn't have it. Otherwise perfect 😀

19/09/2024: We have eaten there several times and have always been happy. The welcome is warm, the burgers are very good and the fries too. Easy to park, fast service, it's great. Well done to you, we will come back with pleasure, taste the pizzas :-)

24/08/2024: On vacation in the area, wanted a quick burger, and here we arrived in this place, clean, the owner is very kind, it's very pleasant!!! Lots of choice of homemade pizzas and burgers, real meat, real bread, homemade fries, not forgetting the homemade mayonnaise, frankly we had a great time!!!! To finish, a tiramisu and chocolate mousse, also homemade, both really excellent!!! Go there with your eyes closed, I highly recommend it 👍😁😋

25/09/2024: Great, warm welcome. The rooms are a pleasant size, as is the bathroom. Location very central. Underground parking available. Unfortunately, on the other side of the street there is a club that provides sound for the entire district. We have a room with a window facing the side street, all the windows are closed, I have earplugs in my ears and you can still hear the hum of the bass. Unfortunately, it really damages the overall impression.

26/08/2024: The hotel is well located in the center of Brest. I only had one night without breakfast, however I expected more service in terms of comfort to feel like home. For example, there was no cup to put your toothbrush and toothpaste. The same goes for the toilet brush which was missing. It's really a shame.

13/09/2024: I come quite often because I live not very far away I have never been disappointed the service is always fast and I have never had a problem with my orders there is always a wide choice of sauce for a taco around the 10€ I recommend

31/08/2024: Correct welcome but nothing more. On the other hand, it is a good bakery that I recommend. People pancakes by 6 are good. The butter croissant too. This bakery is located a 26-minute walk from the station.

10/09/2024: In front of the boats of the marine museum, you can have something to eat at a reasonable price with a decent menu. Smoked salmon pancake and pancakes with caramelized apples or chocolate whipped cream. The menu at 13€. Efficient and smiling service. Not to be missed, before or after visiting the maritime museum.
