14/12/2025: We booked a double room on Booking.com for the 2025 Douarnenez Carnival. The hotel manager called us a week before our stay to say she had booked our room on another website for someone else. We asked her for a solution, and she offered to find us a place in the hotel to put our "air mattress on the floor," which we found very kind. I asked her over the phone how we could arrange the price since she had canceled our reservation. She said we would sort it out later, so I didn't press the issue. Upon arrival, she showed us to the "gym," which you can see in the Google photos, with a glass door. She offered us the use of the sauna shower, which also had a glass door opening onto the hallway. She never mentioned the price; we assumed we would pay her a small fee for the favor. When it came time to leave and pay, listen to this: this woman asked us to pay 80 euros, the price of a room! We paid an additional 26 euros for breakfast, which included stale bread. We politely told her that this was too much to pay for sleeping in a gym, especially since we had brought our own sleeping bag and air mattress. She got angry and told us we had to "pay for the electricity." What a joke. In short, we find it outrageous that we were charged 106 euros to sleep on our air mattress with our sleeping bag in the gym.
10/10/2025: A parenthesis out of time, this place is extraordinary, it resonates with a past life that was rich and elegant. Today the hotel needs a little freshening up, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the view of the ocean is magnificent, the gourmet breakfast in a dining room facing the ocean is captivating, homemade cakes, jams too, the hostess of the place welcomes with great kindness and a lot of elegance. There you have it, lots of little things need to be reviewed, but in a large building this is not surprising.

15/03/2026: Order not fulfilled, two-meat sandwich only had one meat... We usually check that everything is there before leaving, but not to the point of having to open all the sandwiches. We asked for the book and got the game, no sauce...🤦. Even though I don't go there very often, it's still every time that things are forgotten. A serious lack of professionalism.
12/03/2026: A customer for years! These last few weeks have been a disaster. There's always something missing from the drive-thru... A child's toy or a book. The applesauce and apples are unreliable. Today I ordered a Mac & Fleury with caramel topping... the caramel wasn't there, and yet I paid the extra 30 cents. Take the time to do things properly...

11/09/2025: We ordered two pizzas. I chose the 4-vegetable pizza, but I only got 3 vegetables: the artichoke bottoms were missing. The pizza was tasteless, with strange-tasting eggplant. As for the mozzarella, there's no point in talking about it... unless you like plastic. My friend had a mountain pizza: the same, nothing special. The night was restless, with stomach cramps until morning. In short, I really don't recommend it.

12/12/2025: I wasn't expecting much, but this is serious. If you go there, I guarantee you'll get sick. I was there with three friends, and we all caught a terrible case of diarrhea. It was so bad we were confined to our bathroom for hours; even the kebab was questionable. IN SHORT, DIARRHEA IS EXPENSIVE.
11/11/2025: No music, no atmosphere, then they throw half the tray at you to serve you, the prices seem to depend on the customer, what kind of scam is this? Disappointed

06/02/2026: Avoid at all costs! The owner's welcome is shameful; she's ready to charge you 22 Euros for your meal, even though your fries come with an eyelash or eyebrow from her cook! I didn't even eat the dish... And I won't even mention her aggression. This place gets a double zero! 🤑
22/12/2025: A huge disappointment with the owner, who initially seemed friendly! A complete lack of tact, knocking on our room door when we weren't alone to demand payment for our stay. She accused us, without any proof, of having dirtyed the room, even though we had left the key at reception. She told us we were the only guests, while noise from upstairs ruined our last night. The owner, Céline, seems to have a management problem with her hotel, as well as a problem with her customer relations, which is consistent with the other negative reviews left before ours. Strongly discouraged. A word of advice: have your room checked before you leave; this might prevent a reprimand from the owner. And if you're looking for a hotel with a restaurant in the area, as the owner would say, LOOK AWAY...

31/01/2026: As a regular customer, I can attest that the service is impeccable! The food is simple, delicious, homemade, and prepared with fresh ingredients. The servers' sense of humor is present at every meal. I love it!!!! Don't change a thing 😉

02/01/2026: Although this establishment boasts a beautiful location and a superb sea view, we left with a bitter taste in our mouths… The value for money is truly appalling! We paid €440 for two nights for a room that fell far short of the expected standard for that price! The air vent was clogged with dust, the shower had blackened and pitted grout, and the shower tray, originally white, was covered in numerous brown stains… the water didn't drain properly and overflowed into the bathroom… and the manager seemed to think this was perfectly normal because we were on an island! For New Year's Eve, we were sent a card that bore no resemblance to the one presented by Ty Korn that evening… I think the most unpleasant thing was that upon our departure, aside from asking us to pay for breakfasts that weren't included, the manager didn't even ask if everything had gone well (I think he's afraid of negative feedback) and offered no apology for these inconveniences or any gesture of goodwill… We do not recommend this place and will not be returning.
15/12/2025: The value for money is not up to the standard of the service offered. The view is magnificent, the bedding is adequate, there was mold on all the bathroom grout, the towel warmer was broken and rusty, the room had been renovated but the comfort and quality were lacking. The view alone does not justify the price... far too expensive... on the last day, we couldn't even leave our luggage at the hotel's luggage storage because they closed after us... even though it was raining and our return ferry wasn't until 4:30 pm... the owner had already left for vacation... So why accept bookings if you can't provide the service? The staff present were very friendly, that's the positive point. Just because it's the off-season doesn't mean you should treat your customers with contempt.

28/02/2026: Catastrophic... the service, the prices... I used to go there when it was Partouche, but this time nothing was particularly appealing.
15/02/2026: The meal was satisfactory but overpriced for what it was. The menu was too expensive for the location. The service was quite good. However, the reception at the casino on Friday evening was deplorable, with an overly arrogant employee who was indifferent to his customers. We preferred to go gambling in Plouescat.
