02/06/2026: Avoid the Bains de Mer hotel! While the Grand Hotel is pleasant, its annex, Les Bains de Mer, is a disaster. Thank you to the reception staff for allowing me to change rooms at the last minute.

12/09/2026: A wonderful place I stumbled upon while strolling along the port. The service is efficient, welcoming, and very pleasant. The dishes are generous, fresh, high-quality, and homemade. A true Brest institution, passed down through four generations. I highly recommend it!

01/08/2026: At the end of my visit to Brest, I had an ice cream on the port before heading home. A pleasant little break with a great banana sandwich! And as a side note: you should check out the restrooms, which hold a surprise very much in the Breton spirit 😉... I won't say any more, you have to go!

26/08/2026: I was one of the restaurant's first customers when I was still a student. Over the years, I feel everything has declined: the quality of the burgers, the service, etc. It's a shame because it's a place I really enjoyed.

21/08/2026: Really good burger spot for family lunch or supper. I highly recommend the teriyaki sake salmon burger, just delicious. No disappointment here, delicious burgers.

16/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! We ordered a goat cheese pizza and a royale pizza, both excellent. The welcome was truly warm and the service very attentive. We were even able to charge our phones and get honey to go with the pizzas. The owner also took the time to cut the pizzas so we could easily take them with us to watch the sunset. He recommended Plage de la Baleine (Whale Beach), which was indeed magnificent for enjoying the sunset. A place we highly recommend!

05/09/2026: Another great evening! But I still prefer the medium-grain semolina... Couscous evening in a setting with slightly worn drapes, pleasant atmosphere. A generous portion of excellent meat (imperial couscous), but the kefta were a bit dry. A lovely time for two, thanks also to the kindness of the owner/waiter. Just like in Morocco!

19/08/2026: I ordered a kebab: dry, reheated fries? Lack of sauce and a tasteless kebab. It was my first time in Brest, it was supposed to be the best… Quality is important. Customers are worth the effort!

14/08/2026: I'm usually quite satisfied, but this time I ordered an extra 90 cents of goat cheese and got a piece of rotten cheese in my burger, and the lamb tasted worse than mutton.

27/08/2026: We stumbled upon this place on our way back to the Virgin Islands. A pleasant surprise! The welcome and atmosphere were very friendly and relaxed. The local cuisine was delicious. The mussels and fries were amazing (the owner will explain the difference 😊). There was a lovely, idyllic little garden, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. No fuss at all 👍

15/09/2026: I noticed that most restaurants in Brittany serve lettuce salads with sand in them, but this one was the absolute worst: the waitress told me it was dirt because the lettuce hadn't been washed. Horror! It was cat poop, disgusting! She apologized and changed my plate and cutlery. Furthermore, I just read on their website that they have a chef, but everything is swimming in butter, an addition to the fries, soggy, greasy, a horror! A few days later, I asked the waiter or waitress to wash my salad. I didn't dare mention that in another restaurant (La Voilerie), there was cat poop: it's too repulsive.

12/02/2026: The salad was very good, the croque monsieur was excellent, but the price was slightly excessive. A little less expensive and it would be perfect. But the quality was undeniable.
