30/06/2024: Quel plaisir rare de découvrir un restaurant aussi parfait en altitude ! L'Essentiel porte bien son nom, offrant une expérience culinaire véritablement exceptionnelle. Les saveurs délicates et raffinées de chaque plat enchantent les papilles et démontrent un savoir-faire remarquable. L'atmosphère chaleureuse et le service impeccable complètent cette expérience gastronomique inoubliable. Un véritable joyau à ne pas manquer pour tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine !

23/07/2024: We had such an enjoyable time at Babel Babel, we came back the next day, where we were also able to have a great view of the Tour De France, thanks to the excellent hospitality of the owner. The food was some of the best we had during our stay in Nice and we were glad to see they had a great natural wine list. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t have been more attentive.

Each bite was flavor packed and was so tasty, highly recommended doing yourself a major favor and getting a Ressie here when visiting Nice!! 08/07/2024: Locale pulito e arredato con gusto e stile, proprietario gentile, affabile e sorridente. Cibo buonissimo, fresco e curato nei dettagli. Ambiente accogliente,top!!!

18/06/2024: Restaurant formidable, avec des plats du jour maison renouvelé tout les jours par le super chef Nico. Accueil super agréable et super pro du patron José et de Tatiana, gentille à souhait. Rapport qualité prix imbattable sur Juan les Pins.

27/06/2024: Étant devenu un local depuis 3ans j'ai testé un bon nombre de restaurants du département et c'est une des rares fois où je retrouve un sincère plaisir de servir. Que ce soit sur la générosité des assiettes ou de la bienveillance de la serveuse envers mon bébé ( qui n'était pourtant pas des plus discrets.) C'est une franche réussite. A faire et refaire les yeux fermés PS: je n'ai même pas parlé du décor en extérieur que ce restaurant offre car je vous laisse le découvrir ;)

24/06/2024: Plats délicieux et copieux. Service rapide car nous étions nombreux. Accueil et service au top. Déjeuner en terrasse face au pré.

30/09/2023: Apparently this restaurant has two lives... The one described by the people who visibly enjoyed hearty and tasty meals, typically Portuguese, and the one we experienced, a meal worthy of an average quality canteen, nothing more. So, if you are tempted by Portuguese cuisine and want to try the "Bar du Rocher", give them a call first to find out if it's a Chef Jekyll day (Sunday, for families?) or a day Hyde Canteen.

23/08/2024: Personnel très impoli et temps d'attente interminables. La confiture de la crêpe, vous ne pouvez pas la choisir. Ils la choisissent pour vous, ça vous semble normal ?

16/08/2024: Abbiamo aspettato almeno mezz’ora prima di attirare l’attenzione dei camerieri che facevano finta di non sentire/vedere. Una volta ordinato si sono ovviamente dimostrati antipatici inoltre se paghi meno di 10€ non accettano il pos. Sconsigliato anche per una birra veloce.
