14/10/2025: Very nice hotel, warm and friendly welcome. The rooms are spacious and very typical of the Camargue with old-fashioned decor. However, the very unpleasant thing is the smell of humidity in our room.

04/01/2026: The atmosphere was great, no complaints there, even the prices were reasonable. But the food really needs improvement. The Caesar salad had no flavor, the dressing was awful (I preferred the white sauce to the Caesar), and the rum steak was bland and tasteless. And the portions you serve on a plate are a real shame, because the atmosphere is great. There were several of us, and we all had the same experience.

31/12/2025: The evening of December 31, 2025, was pathetic. The dishes were cold, barely cooked. And what about the dessert... thanks, Picard. Lamentable. At €90 per person, it's blatant robbery.

24/01/2026: I had a very pleasant lunch with my cousin. I chose the set lunch menu, which is regularly updated, and the food lived up to the restaurant's setting. A beautiful farmhouse with ample parking at the entrance, a courtyard and a terrace for sunny days, a restaurant area with a small conservatory where we were seated, and a particular favorite being the recently added bar area (May 2025) with its tasteful interior design. Suitable for both private and business meals, there's even a conference/meeting room upstairs if you're interested. I'll gladly return when I'm in the area. Les prix sont très abordables voire même étonnant comparé aux prix qu’exerce les concurrents👍 J’enlève une étoile pour le language et les remarques du serveur…☹️ Ne pas oublier que nous sommes des clients et pas ses amis ! Je recommande tout de même l’expérience ! 🥘

We go there for the meat, and I've never been disappointed; in fact, I'm always surprised by their way of cooking it. 21/11/2025: A fantastic restaurant in Pélissanne with lovely background music and a strong focus on original and innovative dishes cooked on the plancha grill! The three-course meal is very reasonably priced, and everything complements and harmonizes beautifully within the menu, which is also customizable! I highly recommend the combination of Foie Gras with fig sauce as a starter, followed by Duck cooked on the plancha with a refined sauce as a main course, and a chocolate fondant and special tart for dessert (except for the one in the photo, which I had two desserts in one for my birthday 🤣😂). The second photo, the one of the red fruit financier, was a dessert for a loved one! A magnificent dining experience with breathtaking background music that catered to all tastes, including the most popular jazzy favorites! Thank you so much for this wonderful birthday meal and for the warm welcome in such a beautiful setting! 25/06/2025: This was one of our very favorite experiences in France! It is a new concept by the chefs who want to combine exceptional gastronomy with a warm and pleasant evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. Wonderful ambiance, fun environment, spectacular food combined with out-of- this- world wines! I wish we had skipped other Michellin stared restaurants and just returned to this one again and again!

In the exceptional setting of a Provençal country house, your taste buds will be stimulated by the seasonal dishes from the "Menu Cézanne" currently on offer. Olivia will do her utmost to make you feel welcomed and pampered. Mickaël's dishes will surprise you!
