21/11/2025: A fantastic restaurant in Pélissanne with lovely background music and a strong focus on original and innovative dishes cooked on the plancha grill! The three-course meal is very reasonably priced, and everything complements and harmonizes beautifully within the menu, which is also customizable! I highly recommend the combination of Foie Gras with fig sauce as a starter, followed by Duck cooked on the plancha with a refined sauce as a main course, and a chocolate fondant and special tart for dessert (except for the one in the photo, which I had two desserts in one for my birthday 🤣😂). The second photo, the one of the red fruit financier, was a dessert for a loved one! A magnificent dining experience with breathtaking background music that catered to all tastes, including the most popular jazzy favorites! Thank you so much for this wonderful birthday meal and for the warm welcome in such a beautiful setting! Don't hesitate to reserve a table for your special, unforgettable meals, a feast for the senses and accompanied by music, all paired with an excellent glass of rosé wine! Pierre

05/11/2025: The saleswoman was very unfriendly, rude because we gave her change, and not at all professional. She was a woman in her fifties with a ponytail, and as unpleasant as could be. We will never set foot in your establishment again. At least she'll get some rest, since she constantly says, "I get up at 4:30 in the morning." Well, that's your job; you shouldn't have accepted it. We'll go to Logis Neuf; it's far, but at least the service is excellent.

29/09/2024: We opted for the Bistrot menu (€39) Michelin (€49). The dishes are elaborate and good overall (the risotto was super salty but otherwise everything else was OK). The pleasant and responsive service.

24/09/2024: Small restaurant with a simple menu and few place settings but the quality of the dishes is really there. A little extra for the coffee at the end of the meal served according to the rules of the art. I recommend!

15/12/2024: Aucun reproche pour la cuisine et les serveurs. Par contre, un gros manque de transparence sur les tarifs. L’eau est facturée 15€ par personne mais on n’en connaît pas la provenance. Elle est servie au fur et à mesure dans un contenant anodin. On pourrait penser à la carafe classique mais sur la note finale, on en verra la difference. La tarification des vins est également opaque.le service au verre est annoncé de 18 à 30€ ( de mémoire ) et sans information c’est 22 et 25€ sans avoir recherché le haut de gamme. Le café (accompagné) à 9€ finit d’achever la facturation. Et puis, dès le début,quand l’apéritif est proposé, le serveur arrive en présentant 3 champagnes. Et la , naïveté du client!! La coupe à 30€ par personne. Bref, une expérience culinaire mais qui restera sans suite.

08/12/2024: Ludovic Turac est un magicien, avenant et, de l'avis unanime des filles présentes, beau de surcroît. Mêmes les males, jaloux, ne disent que c'est pas faux. Une cuisine exceptionnelle à laquelle il manque sans doute une étoile, qui ne saurait tarder. Une équipe adorable. La vue sur la Bonne Mère et le port ne gâte en rien ce délicieux moment. Merci pour le voyage.

04/09/2024: Wow! What an experience to visit and dine at Dan B. Our party of 5 (two couples and 1 child) recently enjoyed the tasting menu on our last night visiting the beautiful region of Provence. We were greeted by exceptionally friendly and welcoming hosts who were very accommodating to our specific dietary needs (child, vegetarian, and I’m expecting). The tasting menu was phenomenal and expertly curated by the chef - who was so kind to greet us near the end of our meal. The views of the sunset are also breathtaking! We will cherish our memory of this dinner for many years to come!
