03/07/2026: The real deal! An authentic Bouillabaisse! Russian-style service with fish carving and tableside service. Something that has sadly disappeared. The atmosphere is reminiscent of "Le Grand Restaurant chez Septime" for De Funès fans! We absolutely love it. It's certainly pricey, but it's a memory for life. Avoid the pale and poor imitations and run to Michel's. Worthy of the Duchemin guide to "L'Aile ou la Cuisse" this time!

30/06/2026: Definitely overrated and overpriced: there are just two dishes, and you still spend no less than 80 euros a head. A huge disappointment; the menu really doesn't offer much choice. It's old, certainly with a great history behind it, but it hasn't been updated in the slightest. I wouldn't recommend it.

20/04/2026: A truly enchanting experience! Stepping through Ida's door is like finding the comfort of home. The welcome is incredibly warm and the food is simply delicious, authentic, and generous. You feel right at home, the food is wonderful... You can't wait to go back. I'm especially looking forward to trying the spaghetti and meatballs.

25/07/2026: Really not good. The fries were overcooked and tasteless, and the cuttlefish was fried to a crisp and also tasteless—it was like eating popcorn. The only positive point was the nice setting. We mentioned this to the manager and staff, but they didn't offer any compensation.

29/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There are restaurants where you eat well, and then there are places that transport you to another era. Chez Charlotte, in Aix-en-Provence, definitely belongs to the latter category. As soon as you enter, with the piano at the entrance, you're immersed in an artistic atmosphere. Then you discover the small internal garden: cozy, intimate, romantic. For a moment, it truly feels like you've stepped into an Impressionist painting, with colors and light reminiscent of Van Gogh's Provence. The cuisine is excellent and Provençal (not touristy), prepared in full view, a detail that adds even more charm to the experience. The service is friendly and spontaneous, never overly formal, perfectly in tune with the spirit of the place. What I appreciated most is that it doesn't feel like a restaurant built for tourists: it's frequented mostly by locals, and this gives it a rare authenticity. A little gem, one of those places you never forget. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

01/08/2026: This place is over hyped for what it is, sure it is in a bustling area with a good vibe but the food was completely forgettable. The fish lacked flavour and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was frozen. It took around 30-40 mins for a table and it definitely wasn’t worth it. There are plenty of other good restaurants around Cour Julian with a similar vibe so I would recommend going to one of those instead, yes they may not be as hyped on social media, but I guarantee they will serve better food.

01/08/2026: Let me tell you the truth no one else is telling you. The food is okay at best. Dont bother with the squid it’s over cooked and bland. Octopus is okay but lacked flavour. The potatoes were soggy. The fried fish with aioli was the only thing worth getting but it was super salty. The vibes are good and the prices are good. But I left feeling unsatisfied with a thirst in my mouth because of how salty the fried fish was. After waiting 35 mins for a table it just wasn’t worth it.

16/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were primarily looking for a peaceful getaway, a moment of escape to recharge in an authentic setting, surrounded by nature, that was both elegant, welcoming, and simple. Thanks to our reservation, we discovered Le Mas de Peint, which we had never heard of before, and it was a wonderful surprise. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the estate. Everything is perfectly maintained, impeccably clean, with remarkable attention to detail. We were also fortunate enough to be upgraded, a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated. The warm welcome from all the staff deserves special mention: reception, housekeeping, breakfast service, poolside team… everyone demonstrates exemplary kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Breakfast, enjoyed in the shade of the delicately scented jasmine, was a truly delightful experience. As for the swimming pool, it's simply exceptional: pleasant, soft water, high-quality sun loungers, plenty of shaded and sunny spots to suit every preference, all in an absolutely serene setting. We also had the pleasure of enjoying a magnificent horseback ride with Océane. An unforgettable experience in the heart of the Camargue, through fields, among bulls, with breathtaking scenery. We saw flamingos, discovered the richness of this exceptional region, and experienced a truly timeless moment. Le Mas de Peint offered us much more than just a hotel room: a genuine escape to happiness and relaxation in a magical setting. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. We recommend this establishment without hesitation and will return with immense pleasure. An exceptional place that truly deserves to be known and recognized. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

15/06/2026: Mas de Peint is an absolutely magnificent place, where everything invites calm and relaxation. The estate is remarkably well-maintained, every detail is carefully considered, contributing to a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. But special mention must undoubtedly go to the cuisine and its chef, Dan Rodrigues, who has recently taken over the reins. From the very first courses, one senses his passion, his commitment, and his desire to offer a unique experience. We were particularly impressed by the work done around the kitchen garden, developed to showcase local produce grown on-site or nearby. This approach is fully reflected on the plate: creative, sincere, refined, and perfectly executed cuisine, where each ingredient is enhanced with precision. A huge congratulations to the entire team, and especially to the chef, for this magical moment that we will cherish forever.

17/07/2026: Excellent food, very warm welcome, and very reasonable prices... in short, perfect! Go without hesitation!

15/07/2026: We were drawn in by the "fresh truffle platter" advertised on the sign. However, for 22 euros, we ate a piece of bread, a slice of ham, three small pieces of burrata, and a few slivers of tasteless summer truffle (and we know truffles, both winter and summer varieties). This was accompanied by a tiny green salad and a cherry tomato cut in half. The waiter gave the dirty table a very quick wipe, without using any cleaning products. The table wasn't very clean after he'd finished. He was supposed to bring us bread, which we never received. As a result, we didn't order dessert (which was very expensive on the menu) or coffee. The reviews don't reflect our experience and what we ate at all. A real shame. I understand that my review wasn't well-received, but considering the reviews I've left for other restaurants of the same type as yours, you can see that I'm not one for negative criticism; I always try to find the positive aspects. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case at your establishment. I don't think to take photos. I'll learn from this. You could have seen that I'm not lying and that we didn't receive three slices of ham or 100g of burrata. Perhaps we just had bad luck? Was it a busy day when things weren't running smoothly? Please take these (factual) observations to heart to improve and avoid disappointing next time. Best of luck to you.
