13/07/2026: Excellent pintza, perfectly crispy crust, and delicious ingredients. Aside from the price of some drinks (€7 for a beer) I highly recommend it, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and take excellent care of you.

23/08/2026: Excellent restaurant where we had a wonderful time. The owner, Mitch, is very friendly, and the food is as beautiful as it is delicious; it's a feast for the senses. As a bonus, they offer a rosé from "Space" on their wine list 🤩 You'll understand the term if you ever get to taste it. A truly great restaurant in Aix-en-Provence that you shouldn't miss.

The dining room was very well laid out, with tables that weren't too close together. The service was impeccable; the staff were very friendly, pleasant, and professional. The value for money (considering we opted for the set menu) was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

18/08/2026: We dined at Gibolin as a group of four, with a reservation, one evening during the week. We tried the beef tongue and roasted figs for starters, and the roasted veal breast and beef tataki for main courses (special mention to the veal sauce and the potatoes in the tataki, which were delicious, and the mustard seeds in the starters, a pleasant surprise). The portions were generous; we're quite active and ate our fill. For two set menus (starter + main), two individual main courses, and a bottle of wine, we paid €37 each. -> The service was very friendly and helpful with our wine selection, and the wine was excellent. A charming setting in the narrow streets of Arles, without being too crowded or noisy. The prices seemed fair for the quality of the food. The cuisine is very good and refined, typical of Arles (check local reviews to be sure). *Note that we were 5 minutes late and were called to confirm that we were still coming. We were expecting a somewhat rushed service, in order to make room for a second service, but ultimately we did not experience any problems with that.

10/07/2026: A great experience, well located in Marseille when you're visiting and don't want to stay too long. The lemonade is excellent, one of the best I've ever had. Go for it without hesitation!

05/09/2026: A real gem in Aix that deserves more attention than it gets. The food is excellent, but what stands out just as much is the warmth of the place. The owner and chef could not have been kinder. It feels personal, thoughtful, and far less tourist-driven than many better-known spots in town.

30/08/2026: We enjoyed this lovely establishment during the "Jardin Comique" comedy festival. The welcome was very warm, the room was as described with a very comfortable bed. On Sunday at lunchtime, we sat on the quiet terrace for brunch (a varied and delicious selection of dishes, enough to satisfy even the most discerning palate). Thank you again to all the staff, who were always smiling and helpful 🙏 I highly recommend it 👌
