My wife and I went there to celebrate our 19th birthdays, and we received a lovely surprise at the end: a heart-shaped plate with a candle, even though I hadn't asked for anything. A truly touching gesture! The atmosphere is superb, hard to describe, but you immediately feel at ease. The servers are passionate, and their explanations are excellent, both clear and simple. The meat... of exceptional quality. We will definitely be back!

From the moment you step inside, you feel the soul of a true inn: stone, wood, soft lighting... a warm, authentic, and elegant atmosphere. You settle in as if in a characterful tavern, with that rare feeling of being in the right place. In the kitchen, everything is just right. Perfectly creamy scrambled eggs with fragrant truffles. A crayfish tail casserole whose recipe I'd love to know! And a Bigorre pork chop... Absolutely divine!! Not to mention the chestnut cake for a sweet finish. Here, there's no pretense. Serious work, a wonderful ambiance, and genuine generosity. The service is attentive and professional: You can feel the passion and pleasure they take with each table. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation. Can't wait to return!

14/03/2026: Beautiful hotel grounds with superb rooms. We dined at the Cabro d'Or restaurant where the cuisine is refined and inventive. Just one small criticism: we would have liked the dishes and plates to be hotter. We will be back.
