The table service is very welcoming, as is the ambiance of the dining room, with its tasteful decor and open fireplace. The food is truly excellent, with a set menu of starter, main course, and dessert at a reasonable price considering the quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend this establishment.

We couldn't access the hotel with a horse van – the hotel offered no solution.
We were charged for our room and forced to find another hotel.
Double whammy! Appalling, they refuse to refund us, no apologies.
29/04/2026: The hotel is very well located in Aix, close to all amenities. It has been tastefully renovated and, above all, the staff are wonderful, from the housekeeping to the dining room and reception staff. They always have a kind word and a thoughtful touch! It's the only hotel I've stayed in so far where everyone is so incredibly friendly.

02/05/2026: Bad experience… zero atmosphere and an annoying owner playing karaoke when we didn't want it. In conclusion, avoid this place; you'll find better for the price we paid.
