19/11/2025: Shameful! Saturday night! Only one bourride available! At 9:30 pm, you see the waitresses with their arms crossed, waiting for us to leave. A disgrace. And the dishes, like the salmon, were very, very mediocre.

19/11/2025: Passing through in October for a short stay. Excellent place, not disappointed at all. I had a wonderful birthday celebration. And dinner was absolutely perfect. Thank you.

06/12/2025: Disappointing. Luckily we were well dressed, as it was chilly in the crêperie for December, despite the fireplace which was barely burning. The welcome was polite. But we were very disappointed with the crêpes we ordered: - An Aveyronnaise, which was small, filled with potatoes, with very little Roquefort sauce and five measly, very thin slices of smoked duck breast. A Savoyarde, which was also small, filled with potatoes, with very little Reblochon cheese, and served with a small salad. The dessert crêpes were small, okay, but nothing special.

30/11/2025: Excellent crêperie in the old village of Vernegues. The location is superb with an incredible view. The crêpes are delicious and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended! 👍

We were discovering haute cuisine for the very first time, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better setting. From the moment we arrived, everything was designed to soothe: soft lighting, a calm atmosphere, subtle music, and the perfect temperature. Nothing is jarring, nothing abrupt—everything flows smoothly, everything accompanies the experience. It's immediately clear that this establishment isn't about showmanship, but about precision. The service, remarkably precise, was also exceptionally gentle. The head waiters guided us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth, never intrusive. Their discretion, their sincere smiles, and their evident pleasure in sharing the chef's work created a perfectly orchestrated, almost invisible, yet essential ballet. Every time we mentioned a dish, they humbly returned the compliment to the chef's talent—an elegant ritual that speaks volumes about the restaurant's philosophy. And then there's the cuisine.
